I have been attempting to receive a confirmation email for several months without success. I have tried various troubleshooting steps such as deleting cookies and contacting my domain provider, AOL. Despite checking for any blacklisting or filtering issues, the problem persists. Therefore, I kindly request to change my email address once more from [redacted] to [redacted] Thank you in advance for your assistance. I hope this resolves the issue so that I do not encounter the need to reach out again in the future.

I pre-ordered Modern Warfare 3 and received early access to the game. I was streaming while playing about 10 games yesterday. When I decided to take a break and ended my stream, I was unexpectedly banned from the game. I appealed the ban and received an email stating that after a review with the security team, they found unauthorized software on my computer. I am puzzled by this because I showed on stream that there is no unauthorized software on my PC.

Hello, I am having an issue with my Cod Mobile account. Around a year ago, I started playing Cod Mobile and registered with my Facebook account. Unfortunately, on September 12, [redacted], in the afternoon, my account got blocked, and I can no longer access both my Facebook and Cod Mobile accounts. I was at Level [redacted], but I can't remember my in-game name as I haven't played in a year. I really want to recover my account after putting in so much effort to get where I was. I hope there is a solution available for this problem as I value my Call of Duty Mobile account greatly. Awaiting a response...

Hello, I recently played Modern Warfare 2 on PC, but unfortunately, I've encountered issues with my internet connection at my current location. I want to clarify that I do not engage in cheating or hacking, as reflected in my gameplay stats. Despite my limited skills, I received a permanent ban unexpectedly. I have invested in the game twice, and this ban has left me dissatisfied. I have never experienced a shadow ban before. Due to my frustration, I refrained from playing and contacting Activision for some time. I kindly request the reinstatement of my account.

Yesterday, my account got blocked unexpectedly while playing Call of Duty 19 Modern Warfare 2. I promptly filed a complaint but received a robotic-like response from Activision. Despite investing thousands in this account for games like COD16, COD19, and COD20 vault version, I was treated poorly without evidence of any wrongdoing. As a dedicated COD player with over [redacted]+ hours of playtime, I feel disrespected by Activision's lack of regard for loyal gamers. Despite reporting actual rule violators multiple times, nothing seems to be done. The absence of human customer service on their website adds to the frustration. If my account isn't reinstated, I request a refund for all purchased games and items. It's disheartening how a game company can mistreat its players like this. Activision's approach towards customer service needs serious improvement to regain players' trust and loyalty.

Yesterday, my account was unexpectedly blocked while I was playing Call of Duty 19 Modern Warfare 2. I promptly submitted a complaint. I have invested a significant amount - around three to four thousand - into this account, along with the vault versions of COD16, COD19, and COD20 because I am a big fan of the game. However, I am disappointed with Activision's response as it seems automated and lacks evidence. Despite my dedication to the game with a playtime of over [redacted] hours and a substantial investment, the company's customer service is cold and unhelpful. I have reported actual violators in the game multiple times to no avail. As there is no human customer service available on Activision's website, it is frustrating. If my account is not reinstated, I urge them to refund all purchased games and items. This experience has left me feeling disillusioned with a company that claims to value its players. It is disheartening to see a lack of empathy from a prominent gaming company towards its loyal customers.

My wife's CODM account was hacked and deleted by the hacker. We realize her account cannot be recovered along with all the gold camos and weapon progress she had. However, she purchased both the Shadow Sting and Carrot Cutie Lucky Draws until she obtained the Epic Operators Nyx and Scylla associated with each draw. She did not acquire the legendary guns in those draws. In the event that account restoration is not feasible, we are hopeful and requesting to have these two operators included in a new account under her name. I have credit card receipts, Google Play receipts, etc. to provide evidence of purchase history. Even if she does not receive any of the other items she obtained in the draws, as long as she regains those two operators, we will be content.

I believe I have been unfairly banned from playing Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 due to accusations of file manipulation. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach out to Activision support for assistance in appealing this ban. I am quite frustrated with the lack of explanation or support provided, as I am eager to resume enjoying the game. It's disheartening to discover that I am even unable to access Modern Warfare 3 due to the ban extending to that game as well.

Hello, I seem to have unintentionally linked my Activision account with my PlayStation account. I'm encountering an issue where I cannot deactivate the connection myself due to a message indicating it was activated within the last 12 months, which I didn't do. Can you please assist in deactivating the connection on my Activision ID: WolfsGirly#[redacted]? This has resulted in the loss of all progress, purchased bundles, and more on my PS5. Details of my PlayStation Activision ID are WolfsGirly#[redacted], and I had purchased the Tracer Pack LILITH operator bundle, completed the Battle Pass, and I'm at Rank: LVL 55. I am attempting to link my Activision account to my Battle.net account, but I keep receiving an error message saying that the gaming account I am trying to link is already connected to a different Activision account. I am unsure which other Activision account this could be referring to.
