Hello,
I am receiving penalties in ranked matches due to game crashes on the BattleNet application! While I understand the need for suspensions, being penalized for 5 minutes the first time and then 30 minutes the second time seems excessive. Especially when I cannot control the game crashing suddenly! How can I play ranked matches without facing penalties in the future?!

I recently noticed that my COD points have vanished, making it impossible for me to purchase the upcoming season pass that I had been saving for. Despite reaching out to Activision through various channels, including social media, I have not received any response regarding the issue. Upon checking my purchase history, I discovered two skin packs that were bought without my authorization. I do not recall making these purchases, as I typically only buy season passes and do not have any interest in the team-themed skins that were acquired. It seems like there may be a bug in the system causing these unauthorized transactions. My gamer tag is "Mr Chalemi#[redacted]" on Xbox, and my Activision ID is "chalemi." The skins in question are the Los Angeles Thieves team pack and the Violent Embrace pack. I believe I am missing over [redacted] COD points as a result. Hello, I've been playing COD Mobile for years and invested a lot of money. Due to the game being ruined by hacking the gameplay, I will start a YouTube channel to prove that you destroyed the game with automatic headshots and hacks. I am entitled to a refund for the meaningless purchases of special packages and weapons no longer useful in the game you destroyed. Therefore, I will initiate a class-action lawsuit against you and demand compensation while posting videos online as evidence of hacking in the game that you are aware of but do nothing about, without even offering an apology.

I would like a refund for the destroyed gameplay or else I will expose the hacking in the game on YouTube. It's frustrating that this issue has not been addressed despite users paying for in-game packages. If the hackers are not removed promptly, I will have to seek compensation for the damages caused. I bought a special package that does not provide the promised benefits due to hacks such as automatic headshots, wall hacks, and even immortality hacks with immediate healing after being hit. Please either compensate me with additional in-game currency or be prepared to cover the damages through legal action.

Hello, I was recently banned from Warzone despite not violating any rules or cheating. I have been playing for about a year without any problems, but after the latest patch, I got banned during my first Battle Royale match. It seems to be an issue with the new patch.
I appeal to you to review my case and lift the ban from my account. In the past, there have been instances of players being mistakenly banned after an anticheat update, and I think I might be facing a similar situation.

I no longer have access to the email address linked to my Activision account. Modern Warfare and Warzone now require Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for me to play, but the verification code is being sent to the old email that I cannot access. Despite my Blizzard account having my current email, all password reset links are still being sent to the inactive email. This issue has prevented me from playing for the past nine days, even though I have dedicated a significant amount of time to these games. I have explored the support page extensively, but it only provides solutions that involve the inaccessible email. I simply need to either retrieve the password for the old email or update my Activision account to use my current email address. It has been difficult to reach out for assistance, and the online support has not addressed my specific concern.

Hello, I've been experiencing an issue with my MW2 account for the past three days. It seems like I may have received a "shadow ban" as I'm unable to join multiplayer SnD hc games. Hello dear support team, I have been experiencing an issue for several days now. When I'm in the game and play 1 to 3 rounds, whether in Quick Play, Co-op Mode, or Ranked Mode in Call of Duty, no matter the mode, suddenly the game crashes, and an error window pops up with a message about scanning and repairing, stating an unknown error. I am unsure why this problem started, but it began after the latest Call of Duty update. I have been playing the game for about 1 month or 1.5 months without any problems until now. I have reinstalled all drivers, yet the issue persists. I even tried reinstalling the game, but it didn't fix the problem, which is very frustrating. My account was permanently banned because I purchased this PC from my brother, who used to cheat. I acquired the PC about a week ago, and although I disagree with his actions, he assured me he reset the PC before selling it to me. I play Call of Duty regularly, and I am consistently experiencing shadow bans, with a current temporary ban in MW2 for a week, and I am unsure why this is happening.
