Hello, I am Stephen Loftus, and I currently have two COD accounts, one on Battle.net and the other on Steam, both currently shadow banned without any explanation. Despite spending €[redacted] on these games, I have been unfairly banned after buying a new account to play with a lower-ranked friend. I never hack in any game and will provide any evidence necessary to prove so. It is frustrating to be banned after just one game. I request the immediate reinstatement of both accounts as it is unjust when actual hackers go unpunished while I, a legitimate player at level 48 in Crimson II on my main account, face repeated bans. My account details are as follows: Steam - [redacted] - LOFTY - Activision ID (Lofty#[redacted]) Battle.net - [redacted] - #LOFTY21117 - Activision ID (Lofty#[redacted]) I am looking forward to a prompt resolution. Being falsely reported by someone I defeated should not lead to bans, and I believe my main account being shadow banned three times is unwarranted as I have not violated any rules. Hello, I am encountering a significant issue. I was disconnected from a ranked game due to a server problem, which also affected my friends. This issue is not related to my PC setup or my WiFi/LAN connection. Despite reaching out to support through six emails, I have not received a response. As a result, I lost over [redacted] EP and was down-ranked. This occurred just before the new season started, and the problem persists today as the new season begins. I have lost a substantial amount of EP and have been down-ranked. I kindly request assistance in restoring my EP. Hello Support team, I am currently facing issues with accessing my email account [redacted], which is linked to my Activision account. I am looking to update my email to [redacted] Additionally, I have tried creating a new account with [redacted] to unlink my PS5 console, but encountered difficulties in doing so. I am at a standstill as I cannot access [redacted] and am unable to unlink my PS5 from the Activision account. Hello, I have a problem. I own a PS5 with Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 associated with the email: [redacted] However, my personal email is: [redacted] The console and Activision's site recognize the first email, but the site is linked to a different one. I want to replace the email on Activision's site with the one linked to the console: [redacted] to [redacted] I cannot do this myself because I no longer have access to [redacted] Attempts to reset the password or change the email on the website have been unsuccessful.

Hello, I just received two account warnings. One stating that my name is offensive and the other saying I wrote something prohibited in the chat. I have been using the name THOR from the start, which refers to the Nordic god of thunder. I fail to see how this could be considered offensive. The only things I write in the chat are GG or GG thx. Again, I don't see any violation of the rules here. So, why the account warnings?

Good morning, I am writing to address an issue regarding a notification I received last Friday night about the alleged use of offensive nicknames and chat text during a match in Call of Duty MW2 - DMZ. My name is Emanuele Nieli, and my in-game nickname is GURZU, while the 10-year-old boy playing on my team goes by the name THOVISE. Both nicknames were flagged as offensive, which we find puzzling as we do not see how they could be interpreted in such a manner. I would like to clarify that I have never engaged in chat text conversations during gameplay as I am not familiar with how to use this feature. The young player on my team is also unaware of how to use the text chat function. Despite this, it appears that our accounts are still being monitored. I respectfully request a review of this matter to understand what actions were deemed offensive by both the boy and myself. Activision player support addressed my concern regarding the in-game voice chat mute in response to my claim. They mentioned that the mute was due to potential offensive behavior, as detailed in their Security & Enforcement policy. However, the claim was closed before I could reply. It seems that my account reflects a mute/ban for game chat due to reported offensive language, which I believe stems from false reports by other players. Despite this, when I checked the appeal website, it stated that I do not have any bans related to Modern Warfare 2. This discrepancy makes it challenging for me to appeal the mute/ban accurately. Without the ability to appeal, I am uncertain how to resolve the game chat issue. I am concerned about the possibility of a permanent ban for something beyond my control.

I purchased Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 for my PS4 a few years ago. I played it extensively, even bought the DLC for the zombie maps. However, due to lack of playtime and its large 100GB storage size, I uninstalled it. Now, upon reinstalling, I am prompted to purchase the game to access it as the free trial of Blackout has ended. I have played zombies and earned trophies in both [redacted] and [redacted]. I definitely bought the game but am unable to access it.

Good evening, a few years back, I set up an Activision account linked to my PSN, but I accidentally used the wrong email domain by typing ".it" instead of ".com". Is it possible to update this email address? Currently, I am unable to make any changes as the system requests a verification code for any modifications (email, password, name, etc.). If changing the email directly is not an option, I am curious if there are alternative methods available, such as disconnecting the current account and connecting it to a new one. Hello, I am reaching out because my account has been banned. I submitted a ticket and was informed that it was banned due to the use of software. I use a joystick because I have a disability that limits my hand function. I rely on joytokeys to map my joystick and mouse buttons to play the game. I feel unfairly punished for my disability without any warning or explanation. Playing your game has been a significant help in improving my hand movement and keeping me connected with others. If I were cheating, my stats would reflect that, but I do not win many games or get high kill counts. I hope we can resolve this issue. Hola, estoy experimentando dificultades con mi cuenta de Activision. Al comprar artículos con dinero en la tienda, como los Paquetes Blackcell, Acechador de Dunas y Veterano, que incluyen operadores, Codpoints y/o camuflajes, no los recibo completos. Aparecen en lotes, pero al intentar equiparlos desde la armería u operadores, no se muestran y los Codpoints simplemente no se añaden a mi cuenta. Yesterday, I attempted to connect my Xbox account to my PC after purchasing one. However, I noticed that the email linked to my account had been changed to [redacted], which is not a valid email address. The correct email that I signed up with is [redacted] When trying to link the account, it requires email verification through a code sent to the email address. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to that email and cannot retrieve the code. I do have all other details of the account, including my password.

One of my best friends, Seth, was unjustly banned from playing on PlayStation. I am positive this was an error as he takes gaming seriously and doesn't cheat. We are responsible adults with jobs who enjoy playing games in our free time. Seth attempted to appeal the ban twice, but the responses were not satisfactory. It seems his account may have been hacked, changing the name from NAV to maniac without his knowledge. I urge the authorities to investigate the data servers, track the IP addresses, and verify his innocence. We reside in Pensacola, Florida; Seth plays on PlayStation while I use a PC. It is likely that the hacker used a PC to cheat on his account. I believe a more thorough investigation will reveal the truth and lift the unjust ban. I received a report a month ago questioning why my Username, "gingermanpierce," needed to be changed due to other players reporting me. I fail to see why "gingermanpierce" is considered offensive, especially when compared to other usernames I encounter online. I refuse to change my username simply because some players are unhappy about losing to me in ranked games. I also find it peculiar that I was flagged for not using in-game chat, as I typically reach out to fellow adult gamers to form a full squad. This situation is quite amusing to me, as it seems to be driven by sore losers who can't handle being outplayed.

My account associated with the email [redacted] and my Activision name Stew#[redacted] is currently under review following a Warzone game where I got 3 kills. I usually play with my cousin Augie, a former CoD competitor with a high skill level, who often achieves around 30 kills per game. In our last match, he had 27 kills, and I had 3. I suspect multiple reports were made against us, resulting in me being shadowbanned due to not being a priority member like my cousin. I maintain a KD ratio of approximately 1.3 and have never engaged in cheating activities. Is there a way to rectify this error quickly? We are eager to practice for the World of Warzone tournament.
