In [redacted], my email was hacked, and although I managed to secure all my accounts at the time, I now encounter issues connecting my Battle Net to a previously hacked Activision account linked to an old, forgotten email address. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the old email, but I do have access to my Battle Net, which has been updated with a new email. I have been subscribed to the "Ground Forces" package in "Call of Duty Mobile" and always anticipate the new character skins and weapons each month. I am confused about being banned from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II as I did not violate any policies. In a previous communication, I was advised to avoid violations while playing other Activision games. I am careful not to engage in any misconduct in this game. Some time back, my email got hacked, and I struggled to recover it. Finally, Activision returned my account after two weeks, but it was linked to a different email address. Recently, I tried the new cooperative update on the 18th and, after playing three rounds, found myself banned. I want to clarify that I play fair, without hacks or mods, my only advantage being a Scuf Vantage controller for PS4. My wife has been receiving abusive calls because her mobile number is being used without her permission as someone's user ID in Call of Duty. The player is being abusive to others in the game, and then they call her to be abusive back. This needs to stop. Since her phone number is considered personal information under GDPR legislation, she wants all references to it removed from the Activision systems.

I've had my original account shadowbanned for three months now, and when I created a new account, it also got shadowbanned. I recently switched to playing on PC for the wider field of view, and while it improved my gameplay, other players accused me of cheating and reported me excessively. My second account, which I mainly used on Xbox, got shadowbanned as well. I purchased Modern Warfare discounted for PC, but before even getting a chance to play, I found out I was shadowbanned. It's frustrating that I haven't even played the game on my new account and already faced reports from Xbox players. The frequency of false reports is making it difficult for me to enjoy the game.

I seem to have lost my operators, weapons, and stats in my game, and suspect I may have been hacked again. Hello, I was banned for using unauthorized software. I am puzzled as I recently returned to the game after a month-long break only to find out I was shadow banned and then permanently banned.
