When logging into my Activision account, the prompt asks for a two-factor authentication code from Google Authenticator, which I no longer have access to due to it being on a lost phone. I can access all my other accounts except this one, which I cannot restore access through. The main issue is with the two-factor authentication hindering my login. I seek guidance on the appropriate action to take as I've been an account holder for three years but now can't log in due to the lost two-factor authentication. I am not receiving any reset codes. Grateful for help on how to reset the two-factor authentication setting.

I have been seeking assistance for several days and weeks without any luck. I submitted a ban appeal but received an automated response denying my request. I have been permanently banned from MW 2, despite never engaging in cheating activities in my 20 years of playing your games. I am a distressed Italian streamer in need of help from a competent representative. After spending $[redacted] on your game, I find it unfair to be banned without justification. My original hacked ID is LUCHETTO_TV ツ # [redacted], and my new ID is LUCHETTO_TV ツ # [redacted]. My email is [redacted] Additionally, my ID was changed to "ICEMAN # [redacted]" without my consent. I seek clarification and resolution as an innocent player facing an unjust ban.

I am requesting a refund for Call of Duty. I have reached out multiple times through messages, calls, and online forms, only to have my messages deleted. I am frustrated with the lack of response and false promises from the company. As an active duty soldier, I find the game unrealistic and poorly designed, making it unenjoyable to play. I believe the company has not delivered a complete or satisfactory product and I want my $70 refunded to my credit card. I have stopped playing the game and have contacted both Microsoft and Blizzard about the issue. I simply want a refund and do not wish to engage in further communication with the company.

Hello, I would like to seek assistance regarding an issue with my Activision account. A few years ago, I registered on Battle.net using an Apple account, inadvertently creating a hidden email for receiving messages solely from Battle.net. Later, I also registered on Activision using Battle.net login, which linked the same hidden email to my Activision profile. The problem now is that I am unable to confirm my Activision account since the confirmation code is sent to this hidden email which does not forward messages to my primary email. I have contacted Apple support, and they mentioned that emails can only be forwarded if the Activision website and my Apple account are directly connected. I am willing to provide screenshots proving the ownership of the hidden email and its forwarding capability to my main email address. If sending the Activision confirmation code from Battle.net is a feasible solution or if there are other ways to address this issue, I would greatly appreciate your help. I am Paul L. and I require urgent assistance with my Activision Account. Approximately two years ago, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address when registering. I used "[redacted]" instead of my correct email "[redacted]". Unfortunately, this has caused problems as I am unable to verify my account because the incorrect email is linked to it. My PlayStation account "Smack_U_Girl" is associated with the email "[redacted]". Consequently, I cannot change the email, verify the account, or unlink my PlayStation account. I have never been banned from Cold War/Warzone or any other game before. Today, as I tried to load into a match, the game crashed with a Game_ship.exe error, and my account was immediately banned. At the time, I only had Discord, Fortnite, Wooting Double Movement for Fortnite, Spotify, and Microsoft Edge open. I had only played a couple of matches. I am aware of many similar cases that have not been addressed by the Appeal Team. From Beta crashes/bans to Campaign bans and now crash bans, this situation is truly frustrating. I am eagerly awaiting a resolution and the unjust bans to be lifted. If there is no proactive response and resolution to this issue, I will refrain from purchasing or investing money in any future COD games. I am greatly disappointed by these unjust bans and the lack of communication and support from Activision. I am hopeful for a personalized reply from the appeal team, not just an automated message like others have reportedly received. I am seeking to have my account unbanned as this situation is completely unreasonable.

I have previously opened a ticket for this issue but have not received any response. I attempted to link my PC (Warzone 2) account with my PSN to play on PS5. I logged in through my Blizzard account (Activision - Call of Duty page) and linked my Blizzard account. When I tried to link my PSN account, I received a notification to verify my email. Unfortunately, I mistakenly typed the wrong email address and did not realize this until now. The incorrect email is: [redacted] Realizing the mistake, I created the correct email: [redacted] I did not receive any verification emails after creating the new email. Consequently, I opened this ticket to request the removal of my Blizzard account so I can connect it to the correct email address. After purchasing Call of Duty Modern Warfare II ([redacted]), I enjoyed around 7-8 hours of Warzone before closing the game for the day. To my surprise, upon trying to play the next day, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned. Activision Support informed me during an appeal that the ban was a result of "third-party software and game manipulation," but did not provide specifics on the software. I am puzzled by this, as I haven't used any questionable software on my computer before and have had no issues with other games, including those by Activision. I would appreciate a clear explanation for this ban, as I would like to continue playing the game for which I paid £60. My Activision Account name is AvonDealer.

I received a ban from Activision for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Multiplayer and Warzone due to alleged manipulation of game data and third-party software use. My appeal was denied with a generic response, leaving me frustrated. I had used Cheat Engine earlier that day but had shut it down before attempting to join an online game, which may have triggered the anti-cheat system. However, no Cheat Engine processes were running when the ban occurred. I believe the ban was unjust, as I did not cheat or manipulate any game data intentionally. On November 4th at 1:00 AM, I attempted to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2 but was unable to due to a ban citing 'Malicious software' or 'Game modification'. Despite submitting a ban appeal that was rejected, I maintain that I have not engaged in cheating or used hacks in the game. I am seeking clarification on the reason for my ban and any logs that support it. I suspect a false positive from the Ricochet anti-cheat engine due to a notification about missing/corrupt files being redownloaded after verifying my steam files. Despite reaching out to Activision employees via Twitter and email, I have not received a response. I am hoping for assistance in having my account unbanned, as this ban now affects my 19-year-old Steam profile.

German! Ich habe bereits zweimal einen Bug gemeldet, aber er ist immer noch im Spiel. Es ist eine Unverschämtheit! Das Spiel kostet 80 Euro, und man kauft nur noch unvollständige Spiele mit zahlreichen Fehlern! Ich habe alle Waffen auf Gold, kann Gold auswählen, aber das Spiel sagt mir, dass ich erst 3 von 4 Sturmgewehren auf Gold habe. Mittlerweile habe ich alle anderen auf Platin, kann aber nicht weitermachen, da wieder ein Camo-Bug wie bei Vanguard auftritt. Das Schloss bei Platin verschwindet nicht, obwohl es geschlossen ist, und die Fernkämpfe zählen nicht. Es ist wirklich nervig. Das Freischalten von Tarnungen ist seit Jahren ein Teil des Spiels, aber ihr schafft es einfach nicht, ein vernünftiges Spiel herauszubringen. Absolute Frechheit. Bringt das schnell in Ordnung! Als jemand, der Call of Duty seit Jahren kennt und spielt, möchte ich noch ein Feedback geben. Ihr macht das Spiel immer kaputter. Es entstehen immer mehr Bedingungen für Anfänger und Camper. Und wer kam auf die Idee, HARDCORE in STUFE 1 umzubenennen? Absolut absurd. Holt lieber Leute ins Team, die das Spiel gut kennen und wissen worauf es ankommt. MW2 neu aufgelegt erreicht nicht annähernd das Niveau des alten Spiels. Aber Hauptsache, der Shop funktioniert und man kann sein Geld bei euch ausgeben. Bitte behebt endlich die Probleme mit den Tarnungen. Ich bin nicht der Einzige, der betroffen ist. Danke, dass ihr mir meinen Ruf im Freundeskreis ruiniert. Es ist enttäuschend, dass ein so großes Unternehmen so schwer zu erreichen ist. Armutszeugnis, wirklich.

I purchased the Vault Edition but did not receive any of the additional content that was supposed to come with it. I spent $[redacted] on this and am disappointed that it's not included. When I contacted customer service, they asked for my credit card information, which I am not comfortable providing since I already paid for the product. Please resolve this issue promptly and provide me with the content that I paid for without needing my credit card details again.

Hello, my name is Tiarnan Moss, and my account name is MOSSLAD16 on the PS4 platform. I've been experiencing issues with Modern Warfare 2 and Warzone 2.0 after updating to Verso 1.10. Upon trying to play the game, I received a message indicating that one or more Warzone DLC packs are out of date, prompting me to download and install them. Despite successfully installing the required content packs, the same message reappears when trying to play Warzone 2.0. The issue persists in Multiplayer as well, with a message stating that DLC packs are missing, even after installing Content packs 1, 4, and 5 as instructed. Following the installations, I receive notifications of successful installation, but the game still prompts me to install the packs. Additionally, I'm getting error messages prompting me to sign out with the error code (#×[redacted]f55ca6cela) and a status of GOLDFLAKE.

I accidentally linked the wrong Twitch account to my Activision account. I've been attempting to rectify this by changing it to the correct one, but I am unsure how to check which Twitch account it is currently linked to and how to make the necessary adjustments. I unintentionally created a second Twitch account and now wish to delete one without losing the connection to my Activision account. In summary, I would like to know how to identify the Twitch account linked to my Activision profile and the steps to update it if required. Additionally, I participated in the latest livestream on both Twitch accounts yesterday but did not receive any of the rewards.

My in-game chat isn't functioning properly. I have tried adjusting all the chat settings available, completed microphone checks, and still no response. Chat functions fine in other games and on the home screen, but specifically for Call of Duty, it's not working. Although my microphone is operational, the microphone icons for other players in the lobby are crossed out, and there is no audio. I've attempted hard and soft resets on my headphones, disconnected and reconnected my Xbox console, but nothing has fixed the issue. Strangely, the chat briefly worked for about 30 seconds during a match before all player microphones suddenly stopped working. Despite quitting the game, reloading, and power cycling my headphones, the problem persists. Game audio is audible, but player chat audio is not, and I'm unsure if they can hear me. I'm at a loss for what else could be causing this problem.

I recently attempted to access Call of Duty after a month and discovered I was banned. Despite appealing what I believe to be a false ban, it was rejected. The message stated my account was permanently banned for using unauthorized software and manipulating game data. I find this confusing as I haven't played the game recently and was not provided evidence to support the ban. I would appreciate a reversal of the ban or at least an explanation detailing the alleged unauthorized software and manipulation.

I mistakenly provided a non-existent email in my Activision account. When I try to change it, it asks for a confirmation email to be sent, but the email doesn't exist. I would appreciate if the email on my Activision account could be changed forcibly if possible. I have all the data linked from the first Call of Duty I played and I don't want to lose anything. This is because I need to connect the Activision data to my Battle.net account, but without that email, I can't do anything. Thank you in advance.
