Hello, my boyfriend and I have been experiencing a recurring issue for the past few weeks while playing MW. Almost every other game, he encounters a glitch where he is moved from the MW lobby/game to Warzone. Regardless of the map we play on, after every game or two, this glitch occurs. Recently, he was wrongfully banned due to a new glitch/error that caused him to be stuck in the game. Even though he could choose a class to use, from my perspective, it seemed like he hadn't loaded into the game or had left. He received a notification stating that he was perma banned. We are both PlayStation 5/console players and have never hacked or had any intention to do so. We play for fun, not for competitive advantage. We are concerned that he lost access to his account, which he has invested time and money in. Despite attempting to appeal the ban, it was denied. We believe this is because he was unable to effectively explain the ongoing glitch issue or provide evidence like the picture we have. We did not report the issue earlier as we were unaware of the possibility of being falsely accused of hacking due to these glitches. We are seeking direct contact information to address this issue and restore access to his purchased game content. We hope to raise awareness about innocent players being wrongfully banned to prevent this from happening again. Thank you for your prompt attention.

I am experiencing connectivity issues with my games, including Modern Warfare, Cold War, and Warzone. I have attempted various troubleshooting steps such as restarting my router, switching to a wired connection, and optimizing the connection for the console, but I am still unable to connect to online services. I have been trying to resolve this issue for a week now without success. I am seeking assistance as I am keen to be able to play these games again. If a resolution cannot be found, I would appreciate a refund for the purchases made for these games.

I have been playing Call of Duty on Xbox One for years, sharing the console with my wife. Recently, my Activision account got banned despite never using hacks or cheating. I can't appeal this decision, and I feel unjustly punished. Someone else used my account without my knowledge, affecting my progress and purchases. I value fair play, and losing everything due to another person's actions is disheartening. I can provide any information needed to prove my innocence. It's important to note that my wife's account, used on the same console, has not been banned. Please assist me in recovering my account. Hello, I recently encountered a ban from various Call of Duty games such as Warzone, Modern Warfare, Cold War, and Vanguard due to alleged use of unauthorized software and manipulating game data. I want to clarify that I have never engaged in such activities. The issue began when I logged into my COD account on my PC instead of my usual PS4 to play Warzone, after which I had trouble finding matches and my account showed as "Under Review." Despite support claiming no restrictions on my account, I was still experiencing difficulties. I resolved the match loading issue by adjusting router ports, but later on, I was unexpectedly banned with the reason cited as using unauthorized software. Hola a todos, Necesito ayuda con un problema que he tenido al intentar cambiar mi cuenta de Call of Duty de PS4 a Battlenet en mi nuevo PC. Inicialmente desvinculé mi cuenta de PS4 sin saber que podría haber vinculado mi cuenta antigua a Battlenet, y ahora no puedo desvincularla de PS4 para hacer el cambio necesario. Dear Community, I am seeking assistance regarding a ban that was imposed on my account 2 to 3 years ago due to the installation of software named "Cheat Engine" on my PC. I want to clarify that I utilized this program solely for personal purposes such as enhancing my experience in single player games and not for any unfair advantage in online games, where it is ineffective. Despite the ban appeal response from Activision accusing me of using unauthorized software and manipulating game data, I did not engage in such activities. Notably, at the time of the ban, Cheat Engine was not even running on my system. I have invested in various Call of Duty products including CODMW, Season Pass in Warzone, and CODMW2 Remastered for exclusive content, indicating my commitment to fair play. The ban on my phone number has further hindered my ability to create a new account. I am having trouble accessing my account. When I first created it on my Xbox One, I mistakenly entered the wrong email address "[redacted]," which is invalid. I am currently trying to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare, Call of Duty Warzone, and Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, but I am struggling to log in. I know a simple fix would be to update my email address, but I have been unable to reach the support team. I have sent emails and recovery requests to Activision but have not received any response in 72 hours. Hi, I am experiencing an issue with my account being linked to another profile on PSN. For two days, we have been unsuccessful in disconnecting the link. Whenever I try to log into Call of Duty, it directs me to the other profile instead of mine. We have attempted to disconnect it, but we are being prompted to wait 12 months. I am hoping to resolve this quickly and have the link removed so I can access my own profile without any further delays. Thank you.

I recently purchased an Xbox Series X and installed Warzone along with buying Vanguard. I attempted to link my Activision account to my Xbox profile but couldn't recall my password. The only way to access my Activision account was through my PlayStation account. Despite sending a reset email to my deactivated email address on file, I was unable to receive any verification emails or password resets even after reactivating my email with Yahoo's assistance. Yahoo mentioned that due to account inactivity, the emails were likely deleted but advised that Activision should be able to resend them now that the email is active. I discovered messages in my Spam folder from the account recovery site indicating that my account is active and emails can be sent. I'm willing to provide any necessary information, including my email address and driver's license, to prove ownership of the account. Having already invested nearly $[redacted], I'm eager to regain access to my account without having to start over. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with Warzone. Unfortunately, I was banned for alleged unauthorized software use, which I strongly deny. The ban occurred after transitioning from PS5 to PC using my accounts: PSN: ravensrule0527, battle.net: RAVEN#[redacted], and activisionId: Raven#[redacted]. I reached out to support, but they claimed the ban cannot be overturned. I believe this is an error and request a thorough investigation. I am certain that I did not engage in cheating behavior. I have been permanently banned from the game for allegedly using unauthorized software and manipulating game data. This accusation is false as I only used a single rifle in one match. I do not have the knowledge or capability to manipulate the game or its software. I believe this is a misunderstanding, as I had recently updated the game after not playing for a year due to moving. I was testing the game mode to see my FPS performance for a future gaming session with a friend. Waking up the next morning to find out I was banned was unexpected. I value my account, progress, and do not want to lose everything I have worked for. I am willing to provide details of my activities that night to clarify the situation. For the past two years, I have been a dedicated player of Warzone, enjoying the game at a local computer club around twice a week. Issues started last season when I discovered I was placed in a shadow ban for a period, and despite being puzzled by my combat record (KD 2), I couldn't access the game for two weeks. Upon returning, things seemed to have normalized until recently. Lately, my friends and I have noticed being grouped into lobbies with only 50 players instead of the usual [redacted], with poor ping rates of [redacted] (given my location in Vladivostok). Upon investigating, I found myself in another shadow ban, along with my friends this time. After about five days, I checked and found that the shadow ban had escalated into a permanent ban, prompting me to submit an appeal. I emphasized my clean gameplay history despite frequently playing on different computers at the club, suspecting an IP-related issue. While my appeal was initially accepted, I am now banned permanently, leaving me perplexed by the situation. I have a few theories regarding this situation and am uncertain of my next steps. I purchased a Vanguard bundle to give to my son, only to discover that Vanguard bundles cannot be gifted to friends. I've purchased MW, WZ, and Black Ops CW bundles as gifts before, but this was a surprise. I would like to request a refund of my CP and return the Vanguard bundle. Hello, I recently discovered that my Battle.net account was blocked for reasons unknown to me. After requesting an unlock, my account was unblocked. However, when trying to play my games, I noticed it still displayed "account blocked" and upon launching, I received an error message stating my account is permanently banned for no reason.

I don't have anything on my computer unless it was my brother who occasionally plays with my account. I hope he didn't do anything. I have never done anything wrong. Hello, I have been unable to play Warzone for over four days now, and I am confused as to why. When searching for a match, my ping spikes to [redacted], and after researching, it seems I may have been shadow banned. Despite confirming my stable internet connection with my provider, I discovered on the support website that I am under review without understanding the reason. I can assure you that I am not cheating based on my KD. Following accusations of cheating from upset players in my last match, who possibly reported me as a form of trolling, I find myself unable to use a recently purchased $20 bundle as I cannot play. I've been unjustly banned from Call of Duty Warzone/Modern Warfare. I appealed the ban online, but my appeal was denied after review. I've been playing Call of Duty since the early 2000s and have never used any cheat software. It seems like I've been hardware or IP banned without cause. The ban happened while I was in a lobby, not even playing. I checked my app stats and nothing seems out of place. I even wiped my PC clean of anything that could be mistaken for cheating software. I made a new account, which was immediately banned as well. I rely on this game to unwind after work, so this unjust ban has really affected me mentally.

Despite not being banned, my account name was reset to a generic placeholder, impacting my earned account name change tokens. This change limits my ability to customize my account as intended, infringing on my free speech rights. Additionally, I am troubled by the perceived political bias present in video games, with companies promoting certain ideologies while censoring others. This issue is not about violating guidelines but is a matter of political censorship and propaganda within the gaming industry that needs to be addressed moving forward.

I have noticed unauthorized withdrawals from my debit card account four times in a week. The first withdrawal was on 07/02/[redacted] for .99 cents, followed by three withdrawals on 07/07/[redacted] for $4.99 each. I do not have any connection to this company, nor do I have any family members or kids who could have made these transactions. My debit card is solely used for receiving my SSI check, and I have never authorized any payments to Google Activision. I find it concerning that my card information has been compromised, and I hope it can be traced back to the unauthorized user.

Four days ago, my Cold War account was hacked. With the help of Blizzard support, I managed to recover it. After changing my password, I logged in to play only to find out that my account had been permanently banned. I appealed the ban to Activision, but my request was promptly denied. Despite various attempts to contact them, I have had no success. This forum is now my last hope for assistance. My BattleTag is miqey#[redacted], and I am willing to provide any necessary proof to regain access and play with my friends again.
