I recently purchased the season pass for "Call of Duty: Black Ops 2" on Xbox One, as it was on sale for around 70% off. Unfortunately, I've encountered issues installing the game's map packs after buying the season pass. After doing some online research, I came across a suggestion to "purchase" the map packs individually on the Xbox store, and they would be automatically added to my downloads since they were included in the season pass. To be cautious, I made sure to update my credit card details to a different card than the one currently on file to avoid any accidental charges. However, when I went to buy the map packs, it charged my current card even though they should have already been included with the season pass purchase.

I received information from a friend that my account might be shadowbanned in Warzone. They mentioned two main reasons - long wait times in the queue for matches and encountering a lot of hackers in the game, despite me not being one. It has been a week since I suspect I am shadowbanned, and I am puzzled by the ban as I am certain I have not violated any rules. I am willing to provide video evidence to prove my innocence if needed. After checking the Activision support ban appeal, it is confirmed that I have been banned or shadowbanned without any valid reasons. It is disheartening to be penalized unfairly without engaging in any malicious activities. I have invested a significant amount of time in this game, only to face a ban unjustly. My Warzone account was used with unauthorized software leading to its permanent suspension. Although I have regained access to my Cold War and Battle.net accounts, my Modern Warfare and Warzone accounts are still inaccessible due to the hack. I tried appealing the suspension, but it was rejected under the belief that I used the hacks, which is not true. I have made many purchases in the game and have been a loyal player for years, so it makes no sense for me to jeopardize that. Hello, I have been facing an issue for a week now where every time I try to open my Warzone game, my PC crashes, although this doesn't happen with a different account. I am unable to change my Activision account as I no longer have access to the two-step authenticator on my old phone to do so. I have tried reinstalling the game multiple times, but the problem persists - upon logging in, the game freezes and crashes. I, AKRelevent, and my cousin, Fuego_Dylan, recently experienced a ban on our accounts due to unauthorized activities. We suspect that our accounts were compromised when we encountered a player offering an "unlock all" feature in a match of Rebirth Quads. Despite declining the offer, it seems our accounts were tampered with while we were offline. Upon discovering the changes around 10 PM EST, we were alarmed as we are only 12 years old and would not willingly engage in hacking activities or spend money in such a way. We are concerned about the security of our accounts and request the assistance of your security manager. Our in-game purchases were made legitimately, and we are seeking to restore our accounts to their original state. Failure to address this issue may result in legal action from my father concerning the funds spent and time invested in the game.

Hello, my Activision account was hacked at the end of May or the beginning of July. The hacker used cheat software which resulted in my account being banned. I am frustrated with the lack of assistance from the automated support system and I am seeking help from a real person at Activision. Hello, About 11 days ago, my in-game username in Call of Duty Vanguard changed from Ardolf-Kitzler to User[redacted]0 (#[redacted]). I was surprised by this sudden change and wondered how it could happen. After a couple of days of trying to resolve the issue on my own, I gave up and accepted it. Yesterday, a good friend offered to help me address the problem. However, when I launched Call of Duty Vanguard today, I noticed that all my progress, rank, career progression, and legend progression were gone. I am attempting to access my Activision account. When I input my email and password at the login page and verify that I am not a bot, then enter my assigned G authenticator, the system just returns me to the login screen. I am confident I have an account because when I attempt to create a new one, it informs me that my email is already in use. Despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I do not receive any reset email. I have double-checked the accuracy of my email address. Furthermore, I receive email alerts when someone adds me as a friend in Call of Duty Vanguard, reinforcing my belief in the existing account. I am eager to seek help directly on the website, but unfortunately, it mandates that I log in first to access support. I have been unable to locate a suitable contact number for assistance. This is my final option. I have also experimented with logging in using the "login using Battle.net account" feature, but after inputting the details, I am greeted with an error message stating, "AN ERROR HAS OCCURRED."

Instead of [redacted], I mistakenly entered [redacted] The issue arose as I only used Xbox for logging into Activision, and I never verified my email address. I have purchased both "MW" and "Vanguard" games, as well as bought the Battle Pass bundle multiple times. I can confirm my identity by stating that my name is Christopher Pedersen, and my linked Microsoft account carries the same name. Additionally, the "02" in the email represents my birth year, which can be verified by both my Activision and Xbox accounts. As I am transitioning to PC gaming, I need to update my email address to access my account and games, but I am unable to do so without verification.
