Hello, I am Joey M. and I enjoy playing various Activision games. Recently, my username in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare was unexpectedly reset to "User" with numbers appended to it. I contacted support, and they swiftly resolved the issue. However, on Monday, 4/3, my username was reset again without a clear explanation. After reaching out to support, they mentioned a profanity filter issue preventing me from changing my username, even though my original name contained no offensive language. Despite not violating any policies, the support team was unable to assist further, leaving me frustrated with these unexpected restrictions. I would appreciate any help in fixing my username as I simply want to rectify this issue.

I've encountered an unjust ban. I primarily enjoy playing Vanguard but tried Warzone after the new season update. Following a loss in a match, my PC experienced memory problems and crashed, a common occurrence after playing Fortnite and similar games. Upon attempting to reconnect, I discovered a permanent ban on my account, citing data manipulation without any means to appeal. Regrettably, within a week, I faced a shadow ban on Vanguard too. As someone who abhors cheating, losing access to my account, along with the significant time and money invested, is distressing. I'm considering escalating this issue as it might involve legal action. The inability to communicate with a real person worsens the situation. While I appreciate the effectiveness of Ricochet and the kernel-level anti-cheat, it's disheartening when innocent players like myself are unintentionally banned, a recurring problem.

I have been playing Call of Duty on consoles for years, buying every new release. Recently, I switched to a brand new PC with a new graphics card to play, but I've been banned from the game after only a few matches. They accused me of hacking, which is untrue. My Xbox account being linked means I can't even play on console anymore. I've already reached out to their support but haven't received a response. My ban appeal was denied right away. I'm frustrated because I've lost over £[redacted] in games and can't play with my friends. I'm willing to provide receipts for the new PC and graphics card if necessary. I just want this issue resolved so I can enjoy my favorite games again.

About a year ago, I installed Call of Duty Mobile and set up an Activision account. Recently, when trying to play Call of Duty Warzone, I encountered issues with the lobby screen lagging and the trainer mission not loading correctly. Research indicated this might be related to my Activision account. When attempting to resolve this on my computer, I was prompted to set my Activision ID and confirm my account with my platform account (PlayStation, Xbox, etc.). Despite following these steps, I kept encountering an error message stating, "Sorry, something unexpected happened." After multiple attempts, I even considered deleting my account. I reached out to Activision support for assistance in deleting my account, but the process required me to log in to my linked account, which in my case is PlayStation. I was unsure how to proceed with this step.

My account was unfairly accused of hacking while playing the game. I did not use any prohibited tools or cheats as alleged. Despite spending a significant amount of money on the game, I have been banned without just cause. I did not employ Aimbot, Walls, or any unlock tools. Unjustly taking away my account feels like theft given the time and money invested in it. I am eager to have my account reinstated, as I have committed extensive time and funds to this game. I suspect my account was compromised as I received multiple login alerts. Despite changing my password and emails, I encountered cheaters using an unwanted unlock tool in the games I played. Subsequently, my account was unfairly banned. I am seeking reinstatement of my account without the unlock tool. I have invested a significant amount of money, causing distress to me and my family. I was trying to connect my PS4 account to my Activision account for ColdWar and Warzone to access all my loadouts. Unfortunately, I accidentally deleted the 2-step verification email containing my codes and forgot to transfer my Google Authenticator codes to my new phone.
Could you please advise if it's possible to send a new email with fresh codes to my email so I can regain access to my account?

The game "Call of Duty" has recently been plagued by cheaters, prompting me to install software from iwantcheats.com to understand the situation. Despite initially thinking it would level the playing field, using cheats made the game unenjoyable as it eliminated the need for skill. Regrettably, I had invested heavily in weapon skins and operator bundles. I am not interested in cheating and fear losing all the money spent due to this experimentation. My account is currently shadow banned with no option for appeal while under review. I have uninstalled the software and have no intentions of using it or any similar program in the future.

The lobbies I join seem to be filled with hackers and cheaters, leading me to believe I may have been shadow banned (Ricky T-Mobile#[redacted]). My son recently received a new phone, transitioning from a Pixel 2 to a Moto G. However, during the transfer process, his CoD Mobile game progress did not carry over. Despite trying suggested solutions online, we have been unsuccessful in syncing his accounts. It is important to him to restore his account and character as he has invested time, money, and emotions into the game over the years.
He has an Activision Account, a Facebook account (although he may not have used it to sign in), and a Google account. The majority of his purchases were made through Google Games, with a brief period of purchases through the Apple Store.

About six weeks ago, I received some emails notifying me of new friends added to my account without my knowledge. I also noticed that my original nametag, rocketmanMatty, had been changed to #notLeo within a couple of days. In response, I quickly updated my two-step authentication and passwords for both PlayStation and Xbox, and removed and re-added the battle pass on my account. I filed a claim but only received a ticket closed message recently without any resolution. After researching online, I discovered many others encountering similar issues with Activision. It's frustrating to see how common this problem is and the lack of support in resolving it. Can you please update me on the status of my account and clarify what actions are being taken to address this ongoing issue?

Activision ID: HookEm#[redacted]. It is currently associated with my Xbox account: xxhookem, which is also linked to my activision account: [redacted] that I created over 5 years ago. Now that I have purchased a PC, I realized that my [redacted] is no longer valid as Microsoft has transitioned from @live.com to outlook.com emails. Therefore, I am unable to access any emails sent to that account. I need to log into Activision on my PC to play Warzone, but I can't remember the password I set for my account since it logged in automatically on Xbox. Resetting the password is challenging because the verification code is sent to the @live.com email that is no longer functional. I have invested significant time and money into this account and need Activision to assist me in updating my email promptly to retain my progress, rewards, and purchases. I need to address an error I made recently. A friend convinced me to share my account information so he could unlock camos in Warzone. Regrettably, my account was promptly and permanently banned as a result. I acknowledge my mistake in trusting someone with my account that I've invested two years in. I am devastated by this outcome and seek your help in getting my account unbanned. I promise not to repeat this error and ask for my IP or HWID to be unbanned so I can resume using your services and playing Warzone. I stream on Twitch and without my account, my aspirations of being a streamer are in jeopardy as Warzone is my main game. I assure you I have not used any cheating software. Following a hacking incident where my levels were manipulated to the maximum in the game Call Of Duty Black Ops Cold War, I received a permanent ban. After completing a game in Warzone, I transitioned to Cold War only to discover the altered levels. Believing it to be a bug, I played a game and later found my password changed and the account banned. Despite appealing the ban and contacting the BBB for assistance, I was unsuccessful. I have undergone review three times already, and this is the fourth review this month. Every time I reach out to Activision support via email, I receive a standard reply stating that my account is under review by the Security Team. They mention the possibility of a permanent ban if any infractions are detected but provide no timeline for completion. I am concerned about why I keep getting shadowbanned with no explanation.

I have been playing Warzone on PS4 for two years, and recently upgraded to a strong enough GPU to play on PC. After logging into my Activision account, I discovered that I was permanently banned from Warzone. Despite only using the PC for Twitch, Zero Hour, KotOR 2, and Microsoft Teams, I received a generic response from Activision's security team citing unauthorized software use and game data manipulation as the reasons for the ban. I appealed the decision, but was told the ban would not be overturned. I do not cheat and have been unsuccessfully attempting to reach out to Activision for clarification on which software triggered the anti-cheat system. The lack of customer support options to discuss and resolve this issue is frustrating, as I am eager to continue playing with friends. If I cannot regain access to my account, I am exploring all options to continue playing Warzone.

I was banned for using the snipping tool to take a picture of my loadout to share with a friend on Discord. The reason provided was for using an unauthorized application or manipulating game data. However, this action did not alter any data, and upon review, the snipping tool does not violate any guidelines. Despite this, Activision has chosen to maintain the ban. I would like to be unbanned to continue enjoying the game. If this is not possible, I would appreciate compensation for the money spent on the game. I have always operated within the guidelines since the game's inception. Thank you for your assistance.
