I requested assistance to obtain the items I missed from the Season 5 battle pass due to my console issues preventing me from purchasing it. I previously contacted a support representative who was unhelpful and ignored my subsequent messages. Now, with ColdWar not getting new Battle Pass content, I inquired if I could at least receive Kitsune's skins. The response stated they were unable to help due to lacking the necessary tools. Despite my persistence and efforts to resolve the matter, I have not received any further assistance. I recently discovered a phone number to contact for support and am hopeful for a positive outcome today.

Dear Activision Team, I am experiencing an issue on my account M4A1_Walder (#[redacted]). I recently purchased Cold War to level up Cold War weapons and play with them in Warzone. While I can play and modify some weapons in Warzone, I am unable to select the following: - Assault Rifles: XM4, QBZ-83, Ak-47, Krig 6, FFAR1 - SMGs: Bullfrog, Ak-74u, MP5, Ksp 45, Milano [redacted] - Shotguns: Hauer 77, GalloSA12 - LMGs: Stoner63, RPD, M60 - DMRs: Type 63, M16, AUG, DMR14, - Snipers: Pelington [redacted], LW3-Tundra, M82 These weapons are not available for me to customize or play with. It is stated that certain levels need to be reached to unlock these weapons. I reached Level [redacted] last season and am currently at Level [redacted] this season, but the weapons remain locked. Do you have any suggestions or could you unlock these weapons for me to use? I look forward to your positive response.

Dear Sir or Madam, I am shocked at how easy it is to hack a game with your system. My account has been hacked for the second time, and this time all my CP points have been used up. The money I topped up is gone, along with my new username. I urgently request a resolution as I have invested a lot of time to reach the progress level I had. I am attaching two images, my player name was Netti_Amir, and now I have a name I absolutely do not want. The person who used all my CP points and other items has squandered my money for their stupid name. As I mentioned, I require an immediate explanation. On Facebook, I have a two-step verification, so the hacker could not have accessed my account through my Facebook login because the password is set to require an SMS verification on my phone. I will not let this go without a solution from your end.

I recently received a "permanent ban" from Warzone for allegedly using unauthorized software and manipulating game data. I want to clarify that I have no knowledge of how to do that. I work a normal job and play Warzone casually about 3-4 times a week for 2-3 hours each session. A few weeks ago, I noticed my account was hacked, evidenced by all my classes being changed. I changed my passwords, assuming that would resolve it, but it didn't. Now the hacker has led to my ban. I am more concerned about the security breach rather than the ban itself. I have played for 5 years without any prior issues, which should be evident from my stats. If I were cheating, my K/D ratio wouldn't be 1.06. It's frustrating and unjustifiable. When I logged in last week, I was shocked to find out about the ban. I urge for a quick resolution as I have no hacking software on my Xbox. It's disappointing that Activision overlooks hacker problems yet bans innocent players.

I recently received a ban on my account for alleged software manipulation even though I don't have the tools or capability to engage in such activity. I would like a refund of my money or to have my account reinstated. "The ban appeal for the games Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been reviewed and the decision is final. The ban was issued due to unauthorized software use and game data manipulation. Unfortunately, the ban will not be lifted as per our security team's confirmation. We understand the frustration this may cause but to uphold the security and fairness of our systems, further details cannot be provided. This decision is irreversible. Please refrain from violating any policies in order to uphold a positive account status for any other games under Activision." I have not received any communication from Activision regarding this matter and feel unfairly singled out by their actions.

I have encountered multiple shadow bans in Modern Warfare [redacted]/Warzone. Despite being cleared, the bans reoccur shortly after playing a few games. The most recent clearance on 9/03/22 by Activision stated "no ban detected," yet the issue resurfaced after a few games. This banning cycle is unjust, impeding my ability to play with friends and stream our gameplay, which is my beloved hobby. I am convinced that this ban system is flawed. My email associated with the Activision/Battle.net account is [redacted], and you can contact me at [redacted]

I am experiencing an issue on my Xbox One with game sharing for Call of Duty: Cold War. Although I have successfully game shared multiple games, this one in particular is not working. After the first main menu, it prompts me to purchase the game. For my account, it asks me to pay the full price, and for my father's account, it shows that he owns it but still prompts him to purchase it. Clicking "yes" results in a loop saying "you own this" and then reverting back to the main menu. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps with Xbox support, including resetting accounts and redownloading the game, the issue persists. Xbox support has now directed me to contact Activision for further assistance.

I have recently been banned from playing Modern Warfare and Warzone. I appealed the ban with Activision, stating that I was accused of using unauthorized software and manipulating game data, which doesn't make sense to me. I play and stream MW every day, and I never play unless I am streaming. All my gameplay is saved on Twitch, so there is proof that I am not cheating. I have invested over $[redacted] and years of gameplay in my account, and all I want is to regain access. However, Activision is not willing to listen to my side of the story.

I'm experiencing an issue as I have been permanently banned without a valid reason. I can prove my innocence by showcasing my daily streaming activity on Facebook under the name M8RYX GAMING. Both on Warzone and Modern Warfare, I have never violated any standards. I have invested significant effort and money into this account using hard-earned funds. Participating in tournaments and streaming are not just hobbies but potential career opportunities to improve my finances. It is unjust that while others cheat and use unauthorized software, I have been penalized unfairly. I am requesting the reinstatement of my account as this action is not reasonable or just. The evidence of my compliance is openly available on Facebook. Please lift the ban on my account so I can resume pursuing my career. Thank you for your understanding and have a pleasant day.

I have been using the Halfnig#[redacted] account on Xbox for a while, and I've purchased many items. However, as I've switched to PC, I noticed there is an Authenticator on my account that I didn't set up on my phone. I am unable to locate the backup codes in my email for this Authenticator. Could you please help me remove the Authenticator or provide new codes so I can unlink my account from Xbox and link it to Battle.net? This issue is causing me a lot of frustration.

Hello, I am having an issue with Activision. I bought a pack with an operator and a weapon, everything was fine until I was waiting for the free Amazon Prime pack for the month of March, as I subscribe every month. I realized that the free pack for March and the pack I bought a few weeks ago are the same. I am frustrated because I could have gotten the pack I bought for free, and even more frustrated because I already have the Amazon Prime pack. I contacted Activision, and all they said was that unfortunately, all purchases are final. This is all they can do at the moment. I would like to know if they are allowed to scam us like this because it seems like a big scam. Thank you.

Hello! I contacted Blizzard but they are asking me to reach out to you. I'm copying and pasting because I need a solution. "Hello! A few months ago, I stopped playing with the Vanguard and it turns out that my account was stolen. Today I managed to recover it, but to my surprise, both Vanguard and Warzone are blocked - it shows as suspended. What happened? Have I lost my account and the 60 euros I paid? I need an answer." "I'm playing Call of Duty: Cold War and can't find any available games. It's at [redacted] ms and keeps increasing. What happened to my account? Was it hacked or something?" "I just created a new account while everything is blocked. I hope for a solution because I just recovered my account and it's banned everywhere. I had another email and authentication method, thankfully I managed to recover everything with my phone number, but it's no use if I can't play. Please resolve this." I appreciate a response. If needed, I have all the purchase details. Thank you!

I am experiencing problems with Armoury Crate on my computer. After attempting to uninstall the program using IObit Uninstaller to resolve the issue, I power uninstalled and removed numerous registry items. Although I unintentionally uninstalled a kernel driver, unrelated to Warzone, I later discovered I was shadow banned when trying to play the game with friends due to high ping. I created a new account, which was also instantly banned. I believe the issue stems from what was uninstalled on my computer. I am currently re-installing the game in the hope of resolving the problem but I am eager to regain access to my main account. I am an avid player who enjoys gaming daily and have never cheated. My main account is associated with the username ii2l3gitii#[redacted]. I appreciate any assistance with this matter. Thank you.

On March 11, [redacted], I got banned temporarily while playing Call of Duty Warzone with my daughter's team as we encountered a hacker. I reported the cheating player, causing speculation that I upset them. I contested the ban, showing my low kill/death ratio and absence of hacks, which led to the ban being lifted. Upon returning from a work trip on March 13, [redacted], I discovered I was permanently banned without a clear reason, prompting me to consider if my account was compromised. To enhance security, I installed the authenticator on my phone as advised by my wife. I spotted an email in my spam folder dated last Thursday stating my permanent ban, despite not playing that day. Blizzard's data indicates my last gameplay was on March 12, [redacted], demonstrating my innocence of cheating allegations. I've contacted Blizzard and now reaching out to Activision to review my login history and gaming activity to disprove any cheating claims and regain access to my account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I am unsure who to contact regarding an issue that arose last week with my MW account being banned on March 15th. I have been playing this game for almost two years and it came as a shock to me. I immediately appealed to Activision but the ban for alleged third-party software use remains in place. I believe a permanent ban is harsh for what was likely a mistake made by my 13-year-old brother who used some form of assistance in Warzone without my knowledge. I have taken steps to ensure the use of any such software will not happen again. I have updated passwords and installed extra security measures to prevent any future issues. I hope to have my account reinstated as I miss playing MW. Thank you for your assistance. Sincerely, Andre T.

I am reaching out to seek assistance with a recent issue regarding my account. Three days ago on March 15th, I was shocked to discover my account had been banned while trying to play MW. I have been an active player for nearly two years and greatly enjoy the gameplay. Upon seeing the ban message citing third-party software use, I immediately appealed the decision in a panic. This situation has left me incredibly stressed and worried; I have been unable to eat properly for the past three days. While I can still access CW and VG, I dearly miss playing MW and WZ. Although a friend lent me their account to play, it is not the same as using my own with my progress saved. I want to clarify that I strongly oppose cheating and have never used any unauthorized software or hacks in any games. Additionally, I recently discovered that my younger brother, who played Warzone on my account, used some sort of assistance tool without my knowledge. He is only 13 years old and has since been given his own setup and account, and I am taking steps to ensure this issue does not repeat itself. I have taken precautions by deleting any suspicious software, running antivirus scans, and enhancing security measures on both my accounts and devices. I am willing to provide any necessary proof to rectify this situation and am willing to comply with any legal requests to have my account reinstated. I have invested a significant amount of money in this game through battle passes and in-game items. Moving forward, I have learned not to share my account with anyone, even family members. I sincerely hope for a resolution to this matter. Thank you for your attention. Andre T.

Hello, I would like to inquire about the reason for my account's ban. I have encountered a similar issue as another individual, and I have attached screenshots of our conversations. We did not utilize cheats, so it is perplexing why we have been banned. Is this related to our location in Russia? My ban occurred today at approximately 5:15 PM after playing Warzone. Unlike my friend, who can access CoD: Vanguard and Cold War, I only play Warzone and have not used any unauthorized software. I have invested money in your game; why would I cheat? I am a fan of your game, but this ban is distressing. It seems like an error in the anti-cheat system, as I have always played fairly. Kindly review the situation thoroughly and address this issue. Thank you.

While creating my Activision account, I mistakenly entered an invalid email address with a typo, using "@outloook.com" instead of the correct "@outlook.com." This error has led to difficulties linking accounts, signing in on different consoles, and verifying important emails. I find myself in a frustrating situation where I may need to start from scratch, losing progress and money invested in the process. I'm struggling to reach out for help as there are no phone support services available, and I'm required to sign in on the Activision website. Resolving this issue is crucial for me, especially considering the financial investment, and I hope to find a solution without having to begin anew.

Hello, I have already tried contacting Activision Support myself, but unfortunately, I did not find a solution. The issue is that someone hacked my Battle.net account a while ago, and I didn't notice that they linked my Battle.net account to their Activision account. The Activision Support team could not unlink the accounts, and I am at a loss. The email address "[redacted]" belongs to a stranger who linked their account to mine. While I can access the account settings, I am unable to make any changes. The Activision ID is: Adamantium#[redacted]. I kindly request the deletion of this account with the Battletag: xSyrOx#[redacted]. I can provide any necessary information. Sincerely, Marvin M.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding my profile and the ban that has been placed on it in the hopes of this message reaching you. Every time I tried to log into the game recently, I found myself banned, which was quite shocking. Given my long history of playing Call of Duty without any rule violations, it was bewildering to face this situation. I have been enjoying Warzone with my 3 friends for over 2 years without any issues, which is why this ban caught me off guard as it didn't provide a specific reason. Upon investigating further, I discovered that someone had accessed my profile and played the last 3 games, indicating a potential hacking incident. This unfair ban resulting from unauthorized access is disheartening, especially after investing countless hours into the game and striving to enhance my profile. I have always played using the same IP address, which can be confirmed by checking my account history. This unforeseen event has left me frustrated, and I sincerely hope for your understanding and assistance in resolving this matter. Username: sema_rz#[redacted]
