Yesterday, my Call of Duty: Mobile account was hacked. I promptly changed my password on the Activision platform, but the hacker linked their 'Line' account to my CODM account. This allowed them to easily access my account through their Line account and play matches using my profile. I have been playing CODM since season 1 and have invested a significant amount of money into the game. I would greatly appreciate it if you could secure my account by either removing or replacing the hacker's Line account with mine.

I wanted to discuss my permanent ban from Warzone on PC. I am confused as to why I was banned since I have never used any illegal software that could impact the game. I would appreciate knowing the specifics of what led to this ban as it seems unjust. In my three years of playing Call of Duty, I have never faced a ban, so being permanently banned with no clarification is excessive. It is concerning that the ban only applies to Warzone and not Vanguard, as one would expect both to be affected if there was truly an issue with illegal software. This situation has led me to doubt the effectiveness of your anti-cheat system and I am disappointed by this experience, especially considering the support I have shown by spending hundreds of dollars on your games over the years.

Hello, it seems like I have a shadowban without having used any cheats. It appears that someone may have used a spoofer to hack and consequently got my account banned for no reason. I'm a streamer and have an important tournament on the 15th. I kindly request that you review my account, PC, or anything you need to; I have never used any cheats. I am a competitive CS 1.6 player at a national level in LAN parties and I am completely anticheat. It's frustrating to see players using cheats daily without consequences while I, a clean and fair player, am unfairly shadowbanned. Please review everything you need on my PC and account; it's not right to give me a shadowban without evidence given the money and time I've invested in that account. Yesterday, I received a ban while playing COD Mobile, and I'm unsure of the reason. I have been a player since season 2 and recently returned after a break. As I resumed playing ranked matches, I noticed I was matched against lower-ranking players. Unfortunately, they wrongfully reported me for hacking due to my improved skills, resulting in my ban for the next 2 days. This situation is frustrating as I have never hacked and now fear being mistakenly banned again once this ban is lifted. I am a Call of Duty Mobile player who has been unfairly banned from the game without any reason. I understand that you cannot check everything, and when players receive numerous reports, you are forced to ban them. However, this doesn't mean that the player was using hacks or other unfair game practices. Players like iFerg and other YouTubers receive many reports because they are skilled and not because they cheat. In my case, I enjoy the game a lot and have invested money in skins and weapons, not because of the money but because I care about my account. I have reached Legendary status nine times, and I even create YouTube videos to share my gameplay. I have been banned twice recently, for 11 days and then 1 day, even though I played with a different account alone. I did not appeal the second ban due to the lengthy process, but receiving a ban for 10 years is excessive. Please review my gameplay and videos to confirm that I do not use hacks. I would like to request assistance with unbanning a friend of mine on COD. He received an HWID ban due to associating with a hacker, causing him great sadness as he can no longer join me and our friends in the game. I am hopeful that you could offer him a second chance. He is eager to resume playing with us, and is willing to have his account reset or deleted to comply with your terms. He understands his mistake and is prepared to start anew.

I recently purchased Modern Warfare and intended to play the Campaign offline. However, I encountered various challenges. Initially, I was frustrated by the requirement to set up both a PlayStation Account and an Activision Account, providing the same information twice and spending hours downloading packs. Despite my efforts to figure out the necessary packs through online tutorials, the process was unnecessarily time-consuming. Even after downloading the content on my new PS5, I was unable to access the game due to a missing update that I couldn't locate, despite appearing to have the latest updates according to my system. This experience has been exasperating considering my longstanding support for the franchise. I am disheartened by the lack of clarity regarding the offline gameplay and feel misled by the packaging that did not indicate the extent of additional downloads required. My Call of Duty Vanguard and Call of Duty: Warzone accounts are presently shadow banned. This means I cannot enjoy the game normally and end up playing with other shadow banned players, most of whom are cheaters. I have been under this shadow ban for nearly three weeks without any means of contacting Activision. Trying to appeal the ban is pointless since it claims there is no ban detected, leaving me unable to appeal the ban they say doesn't exist. I invested money to fully enjoy the game and now feel cheated by a company that mistreats innocent players. With no customer support, it feels like dealing with a corrupt entity where money can be taken with no recourse. I want the unofficial shadow ban removed and my account reinstated, or I demand a full refund for the services paid for. I am contemplating reaching out to the BBB and exploring all avenues to connect with someone at this company and address this issue.

Hello, I am new to PC building at 43 years old because I wanted to play Warzone. It took me 6 months to find a GPU due to shortages. After switching from Xbox, I had trouble with my Xbox account transfer, so I made a new one. When I played Warzone, I was prompted to update my graphics drivers. I downloaded the AMD GPU driver and software, but then my game froze and crashed with high ping. I was mistakenly banned despite following instructions. I am experiencing repeated crashes in COD Warzone using my profile on two separate Xbox consoles. The issue occurs when trying to start matchmaking with my Xbox gamertag, HawaiianAzn, and Activision tag Rufio#[redacted]. When navigating the main menu, I can access loadout and battle pass tabs, but as soon as I press A to search for a game mode, the game crashes and goes back to the Xbox home screen. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like deleting and reinstalling the game, performing a hard reset, and other Xbox tips, but the issue persists. Interestingly, when I switch to my brother's profile on the same Xbox, matchmaking works fine. However, on a friend's Xbox, the game crashes with my profile but not on his.
