Hello, I wanted to report that my Activision account was hacked on June 6, [redacted]. The hacker changed the email address to [redacted] and added 2-factor authentication. My original email was [redacted] I reached out to Activision support but didn't receive any help. I received an email notification about the email change. I made another account to contact support, but couldn't link it due to 2-factor authentication. I have now changed the email on my Playstation to [redacted] Appreciate any assistance with this matter.

On Sunday, December 5, [redacted], my Battle.bet account was compromised and accessed by someone unauthorized. I was forcibly logged out and was only able to regain access on Tuesday, December 7, [redacted]. The individual who gained access used cheats on my Warzone and Modern Warfare accounts, resulting in their banning. After regaining access on Tuesday, I submitted a ban appeal to Activision, which unfortunately was rejected, leading to a permanent ban. I am seeking clarification on the exact timing of the ban and would appreciate it if Activision could conduct a thorough investigation into the activities on my account, including examining the IP address used during the ban.

I am experiencing an issue with my game.
A few months ago, my multiplayer functionality suddenly ceased to work. Every time I tried to enter any game mode, including quick play, the game would crash and return me to the Xbox home screen.
As of today, I am now unable to play Warzone as well. This means I am unable to access Warzone or multiplayer on Modern Warfare.
I have sent multiple emails regarding this problem and have a case that is still in progress. Unfortunately, I have not received a response from the support team in weeks.
I am feeling very frustrated and would greatly appreciate some assistance.

I believe my account was hacked by a friend recently as an act of revenge stemming from a school conflict where I embarrassed him in front of our peers and his crush. He initially used an unlocking tool unsuccessfully. Later, while I was on vacation, he gained access again and used third-party software to manipulate my account and caused me to be banned. Unfortunately, I was unaware of this when I attempted to appeal the ban. After my friend confessed to his actions, I am now struggling to get a response from Activision regarding my situation. Hello! I've been having trouble connecting to Modern Warfare/Warzone for the past 2 days. When I try to access the game, I see a message stating that the servers are undergoing maintenance to prepare for season one and Pacific Ireland. However, I haven't seen anyone else I know experiencing the same issue. I keep receiving an error code for a loss of connection (Goldflake). I've attempted connecting through a different WiFi network and even tried deleting and reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. I have followed all the online troubleshooting steps, but this problem only started after the latest update.

Good morning. I'm facing an issue as I've been permanently banned from Call of Duty. Blizzard mentioned I should have received an email, but I never did. I want to appeal the ban, but the website indicates I'm not banned, so I can't submit an appeal. It's confusing because Blizzard advised me to contact Activision, but I can't as per the website, I'm not banned, although the game shows otherwise. I recently installed Modern Warfare on my Xbox One X. In the manage game menu, it shows that the game and all content packs are installed. However, when I try to play the game, all game modes (co-op, multiplayer, campaign, etc.) are locked, and it tells me I have none of the content packs installed. I need help urgently. My account was banned when the new map was released. The ban was immediate and permanent. I have been a dedicated player since Black Ops 3 and have invested a significant amount of time and money into my account. Despite appealing the ban, I received a generic email stating the decision is final. I have since created three new accounts, but each one is shadow-banned after just one game. I have been experiencing issues since the Warzone Pacific update. Whenever I try to join a lobby, I keep getting kicked back to the "Servers are undergoing maintenance" screen. If I manage to get into a match, I get kicked out a few seconds into the pregame lobby. The game even crashes when I am just waiting on the home screen. I tried reinstalling the game, but the problem persists. I am playing on Xbox One.

After the 1.27 update, I encountered an issue with Cold War. Whenever I try to access multiplayer, it indicates that I am offline, despite being online. Checking the file management reveals that the campaign is installed while multiplayer is not. When attempting to install multiplayer, an unknown error occurs. The same problem happens with Zombie mode and Dead Ops Arcade, prompting installation when it's supposed to be already installed. All modes are locked, displaying me as offline at level 0. I seek assistance in resolving this issue to be able to enjoy my game again. Thank you.
