I was recently unfairly banned from Warzone by Activision on September 30, [redacted]. The reasons given were unauthorized software or manipulation of game data, both of which I have never engaged in. Upon receiving the ban notification, I checked my online statistics for any unusual activity, but found nothing out of the ordinary – just my typical average player stats. I promptly went through the Activision ban appeals process, hoping they would realize the mistake and lift the ban. Unfortunately, their response maintained the ban citing the same reasons of software manipulation. Following the failed appeal, there seems to be no other means of communication to address the ban. Throughout the process, Activision failed to specify what triggered the ban, making it challenging to defend myself without understanding the basis of their decision. I have invested time and money into this game, adhering to the rules, only to be banned unjustly. Numerous cases of false bans in Warzone have been documented, with some reversals upon review of evidence. I require clarity on what led to my ban to present a proper defense supported by evidence and data, demonstrating adherence to Activision's terms of service. During the ban, the following programs were running: Windows security, Battle net, Plex, SabNZB, Adobe Creative Cloud, Canon Printer - Network Scanner, Logitech Gaming Software, ICUE - Corsair RGB software, Nvidia Settings, and an Opera browser tab open to a photo book creation site. Hello, I am a huge fan of your team. Unfortunately, I am facing an issue with contacting a real person from Activision. My account got banned, and I suspect someone hacked into it. I have requested an unbanned, but it was denied due to suspicion of manipulation or hacking. I swear I have never hacked anyone; my friends noticed suspicious activity on my account when I was not online. My account name is MrJohn2323. On Sunday morning, I logged on to play Warzone with my friends and discovered I had been banned, leaving me shocked and confused. Hello, I recently returned to playing Call of Duty after a break and found out that my account has been compromised. When I attempted to join the COD Vanguard Beta, I noticed my name had been changed to Chinese characters and that my account had been linked to a Blizzard account without my knowledge. Subsequently, I discovered I had been banned from Modern Warfare due to cheating that the hacker likely engaged in. The account restrictions are making it challenging for me to regain control of my account. I am unable to find helpful resources on the website to resolve this issue. Can you please trace where the account was accessed from? I am located in Iceland and have been a faithful player since MW2, exclusively on PlayStation. I am seeking assistance to reclaim my account. I am only able to access my Activision account on my Xbox due to having the same Xbox account for over 12 years. Recently, when attempting to log in on my PC, I realized it is linked to an email I used back in high school because I was too young to use my main account. I am hoping we can resolve this issue promptly as I would like to access the purchases I made for Call of Duty. I have invested a considerable amount of money into acquiring those items. For your records, my Xbox gamertag is xBigMacMorty, and my Activision username should still be Bungus Fungus. Your assistance in sorting this matter out would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, my account ( [redacted]) has been compromised by a hacker. My Activision ID is now ( Stolen Account 3#[redacted]) - it was previously JRN858. The hacker used all my tokens to change my name and altered the names of my classes, but I managed to restore them. He also breached my Battle.net account, but that has been resolved with their help. Currently, I am shadow banned and placed in hacked lobbies with other hackers, although I am not responsible for this. I am requesting an investigation into this matter. Additionally, I am unable to access my email due to a Google Authenticator the hacker implemented. I would like to change the email associated with my account to a new one. Salve, Mi scuso per il disturbo, ma desidero segnalare un problema che riscontro nell'accesso al mio account Activision per collegarlo a Cod Vanguard e giocare in split screen. Dopo aver inserito l'e-mail e la password, mi viene richiesto l'ID Activision e successivamente la password per verificare l'account. Tuttavia, non riesco a completare l'inserimento delle informazioni base e il collegamento dell'account a causa di un errore che impedisce il proseguimento, senza visualizzare neanche un avviso di password errata. My first ban expired on 6/11/[redacted] and when I rejoined the server on 13/11/[redacted], I faced issues again. Now, I've been banned until 11/11/[redacted], and I'm unsure why this is happening. I've invested in CP coins and don't want to lose them. It seems like someone may be hacking my game or there's a server issue. I've already updated my email and passwords for my Activision and CODM accounts. I've reached out via Twitter and email but haven't received a response. I've also emailed [redacted] with a video showing the events before the ban. If this matter isn't resolved soon, I will escalate it with a phone call. I believe I have been wrongfully banned for hacking. I recently purchased a new PC on October 29, [redacted], and received it on November 14, [redacted]. Upon playing Call of Duty, I discovered I was shadow banned. I appealed the ban, explaining that I was unaware of the reasons for the ban. The response I received mentioned 3rd party software breaching policies. I suspect the PC I bought was previously hardware banned before being sold to the shop, resulting in my account suspension. I can provide an invoice to prove the purchase date aligns with the hardware ban date. I have never been banned on any other PC and have been a dedicated streamer for 5 years, mainly playing COD. When setting up my Activision account, only an email address was required. Due to a misspelling, my email was entered as [redacted] instead of my actual email [redacted] This has caused issues as I am unable to reset my password with the incorrect email. I can provide evidence of my gameplay and stats to verify ownership of the account and request to switch the email to the correct one. I have purchased several battle passes and DLCs and want to continue playing, but access to my items is crucial. I am willing to spend more on the game if I can resolve this matter.

Recently, my phone has been bombarded with calls from individuals mistaking me for a Call of Duty player. Last night and early this morning were particularly troublesome as multiple gamers called after finishing their games, mistakenly identifying my number. Despite my husband and me clarifying the situation, some callers have responded with profanity upon being told they have the wrong person. Between 11:15 pm and 5:00 am, I received a total of 14 calls during this distressing period.

I am looking to set up cross-progression for COD: Warzone between my PS4 and PC. I need to link my PS4 account to my current Activision account. The issue is that the email associated with my PS4 account ([redacted]) is linked to an old Activision account I made years ago and I don't have access to the email or remember the password. When I log into Activision through PSN, I can access my old account but am unable to make any changes since I can't verify it. I was playing a match as usual when I unexpectedly received a shadow ban afterward. I typically live stream and participate in tournaments, but I've been unable to play for days now. I suspect multiple hackers were present in the game as I did encounter one in my death cam. Despite having played for a while and invested a lot in skins, guns, and battle passes, I'm frustrated by the unfairness of being reported by others just for outplaying them. Now I'm unable to join a game or stream, with no message or explanation provided for why I'm under review. This is the third time my account has been shadow banned due to excessive reporting from disgruntled players. I'm at a loss for what to do - should I simply avoid engaging with opponents to prevent further reports? The lack of transparency in your system has driven me to temporarily switch to Apex, where I encounter fewer issues. It's frustrating that I can't reach anyone for clarification on why I'm facing this scrutiny. I've played legitimately, and I invite you to review my streams. Why am I being penalized based on reports from unsportsmanlike players? How can this situation be rectified? If this persists, I may consider switching back to Apex or Halo. This current situation impairs my ability to do my job, and it's incredibly frustrating.

I enjoy playing Warzone and have been a fan since its launch. I played on Xbox until this past summer, when I bought a new PC to take advantage of better performance. Everything worked well until recently. Normally, I play at around [redacted] frames per second with a latency of 25 ms. But, starting last Sunday, November 28th, I've been unable to play. When I try to enter a game, my frames drop drastically, and my latency skyrockets. Instead of [redacted] fps and 20 ms, I'm stuck at 1 fps and over [redacted] latency, rendering the game unplayable. I didn't make any changes to my PC or download anything new over the weekend that could have caused this issue. Oddly enough, I don't face similar problems with other games like Apex or Fortnite, just with Warzone and Modern Warfare. Thank you for your assistance and understanding.

I am attempting to play Warzone on my PC. Unfortunately, Blizzard requires a phone number for me to connect and play. I input my phone number, yet I receive an error saying it is "invalid." Moreover, if I opt not to add a phone number, I am being asked to purchase the full Modern Warfare game to access Warzone without a mobile number. This situation is frustrating as the game is free to play. Could you please explain why a phone number is necessary when I have provided an email address?

I tried to log into my PlayStation account to play "Call of Duty," but encountered an account login error message. It stated that my account could not be linked because it is already linked to a different account of the same type. This is confusing to me because I only have one account. Upon checking my emails, I found that it has been linked to "grumpymonk#[redacted]," which is not my profile. Recently, my account's name was changed without notice. Typically, when this occurs, users receive a card to change their name. Surprisingly, I did not receive this card; my name was switched from "Anime" to "user[redacted]9#[redacted]" out of nowhere. I am uncertain how or why this happened. I prefer to speak with someone about this, but I am unsure if Activision will be helpful considering their reputation for poor customer service.

I am experiencing issues with playing Vanguard online multiplayer. Every time I reach the lobby with other players, I get kicked out just before the match starts. Despite trying various troubleshooting options, I have not had any success. Interestingly, I can play the game on the same console but with a different account.
