I would like to express my gratitude for any assistance you can provide regarding this issue. On April 17th, [redacted], I contacted Activision through their website about a recurring error message while playing Modern Warfare that indicated multiple logins to my account. This led me to suspect that my account had been compromised. Despite my efforts to follow the Account Recovery Request process, I encountered obstacles when creating a new Activision account and linking my PlayStation Network account due to a previously connected account that I could not access because it had been hacked. I discovered the hacker had changed the account's associated email to "[redacted]" and identified additional accounts associated with the hacker. I am currently able to access Warzone on my PS5 but recently received a permanent ban notice upon logging in, which I believe may be related to the April incident. I am uncertain of my next steps and appreciate any assistance. Thank you, Marc.

I had a live chat with a representative who managed to locate my original account linked to battle.net and added it to the database. However, I am unable to retrieve it because I don't remember the associated email or account details. I was advised to report unauthorized access to Activision, but the email I used does not seem to be linked to the account, triggering an automated response stating no access. I took a break from playing for about a year, but I am eager to regain access as my account contains valuable items like Damascus and paid accessories. I am hoping to reconnect with a live chat agent to gather the necessary information, as a previous attempt was interrupted before I could retrieve all the details. Additionally, my battle.net is now linked to a new Activision account, yet remnants of my old account are still present.

On September 8th, after returning from school, I decided to play Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War on my PC. Upon logging into Blizzard, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned, leaving me shocked. I have never engaged in any behavior that warrants such a ban. I proceeded to appeal the ban on Activision's website and received an email accusing me of using unauthorized software and manipulating data, which I adamantly deny. My account remained secure, ruling out hacking since my email and password were unchanged. The only recent unusual encounter was facing a hacker in a multiplayer match, which might have triggered the ban. I kindly ask for my account to be unbanned as I strongly believe this action was unjustified. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

A few months ago, I logged into my Blizzard account to play Cold War and discovered my password was invalid. Upon trying to reset it, I learned my email had been changed. I contacted Blizzard, suspecting a hack, and they assisted in recovering my account. Unfortunately, upon accessing it, I found I had been permanently banned. After reaching out to Blizzard for an unban, I was directed to contact Activision. Despite my explanations that my account was hacked, Activision claimed I had control during the ban. They were unable to help. I'm seeking assistance once again to appeal the ban as I did not commit any violations. I am willing to provide any necessary information as I have made purchases on this account.

Activision ID: Animal79 I received a permanent ban from Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone after appealing and losing. The reason given was the use of unauthorized software and data manipulation. I am a 42-year-old casual player who plays on a day 1 Playstation 4. I was only playing a few hours a week, mostly late at night. I was surprised by the sudden ban as I had played only a few games that week. I have never received any warnings before and have always purchased the best bundles and add-ons. My kill-death ratio doesn't indicate cheating. I feel disrespected by the ban as I have no knowledge of cheating in games. I own multiple gaming consoles in my household. I am disappointed in how Activision treated me, and I demand my games back and a recognition of my innocence.

I created my Activision account last year to link my Xbox account. Due to a keyboard error, the wrong email ([redacted]) was entered. I've attempted to change it, but the system requires a verification code to be sent to the incorrect email, which does not exist. Consequently, I cannot play the game without encountering this issue. Additionally, I am unable to link my Amazon Prime Gaming account because of this incorrect email. The correct email I intended to use is [redacted] I would appreciate assistance in unlinking the incorrect email to resolve this matter.

I created my Activision account last year to connect with my Xbox account. Unfortunately, there was a mistake when I entered my email due to my phone keyboard glitching. Now, my account is linked to the wrong email address. I've attempted to update the email, but it requires verification through the incorrect email (*****@***.com) that doesn't exist. This issue is causing problems each time I try to play. Additionally, I'm unable to link my Amazon Prime Gaming account because of the incorrect email being used. I need Activision to help me remove the wrong email from my account so I can add the correct one.

While my fiancé was away visiting my family, my (soon to be) brother-in-law used my PC without permission. He thinks he got the hardware banned by using fake accounts to cheat on Warzone. I'm not familiar with hardware bans, but he mentioned it happened to his PC, which is why he used mine. I haven't logged back into my account since he warned me. I tried appealing the ban on the Activision platform, but they say my account is not banned. The issue is that I can't reach anyone to address the potential hardware ban. I'm hesitant to log in and risk a permanent ban. I attempted to create a new account, but I can't pass the phone number verification since it doesn't allow the use of a previously used number. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Hello, I wanted to share my sentiments with the support team at Activision regarding the decline in the quality of the game. I have been a loyal player since MW2, but the prevalence of hackers made me quit. The constant gun nerfs have made all the investments in the game like skins and characters seem like a waste. Tonight, I encountered blatant hackers using devices like Chronus for no-recoil, which was disheartening. Vanguard being hacked so soon is a big blow to the integrity of the game. I believe the ongoing issue with hackers is humiliating and disrespectful to the regular players who invest time playing honestly. I would appreciate a refund for the money I've spent on Warzone. Although I love the game, the current situation makes it nearly unplayable. The lack of action against prominent cheaters, including big streamers, creates an unfair playing field for average gamers like me. The situation is disappointing, to say the least.

I have never cheated or used any mods in the game. I have spent hundreds of dollars on the game and various add-ons. However, I am experiencing issues getting into the game as it continuously tries to load in the lobby. I am concerned about being unfairly banned. I submitted two tickets to Activision, but when I check for updates, it says I have no tickets. I also pre-ordered Vanguard, but if this lack of support continues, I am reconsidering my purchase. I would appreciate assistance with this matter.

A few months ago, I encountered a Trojan horse that caused issues with my Blizzard account. Upon starting the Battle.net launcher, I saw a different email address associated with my account. Thankfully, I was able to rectify this and regain access to my original email. I was able to play Warzone and Modern Warfare on my account. Today, when I attempted to play again after updating the launcher, I was prompted to sign into my Activision account. Despite trying all my emails and passwords, none were accepted. Requesting a password reset yielded no emails to any of my addresses, indicating that no account exists. It seems the hacker may have removed my friends, changed the email, and taken over my progress. I have thoroughly searched for any Activision or Call of Duty emails associated with my accounts and found an email from [redacted] confirming my account setup. This hack has been distressing, especially considering my recent purchases. Additionally, I have recovered my Activision ID, which is zebski#[redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated in resolving this issue.

I am La Q., and I was banned on October 1, [redacted], but I just received your email. I did not use any unauthorized software and played the game fairly. I am confident in my abilities to play without any cheats. I have ample video evidence to demonstrate my legitimacy as a player. I stand by my position that I did not cheat or hack. I purchased Modern Warfare to enjoy multiplayer and improve my skills. I have put in many hours to excel at the game legitimately, and this ban feels unfair. You can find more proof of my gameplay on TikTok and Facebook Gaming under La.quica4 and fb.gg/Laquica4, respectively. On another note, I am unsure about what "manipulation of game data" refers to, as I strive to play by the rules. It seems I am being accused based on misunderstandings. I am eager to hear back from you soon!

Hello Activision, I purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare almost four months ago. I played the game extensively until my exams began. I received an email during my exams notifying me of a friend request. Thinking it was regarding my skills, I didn't open it due to exam preparations. Upon finishing my exams and trying to log in to Battle.net, I received an error stating they couldn't verify my account information. After investigating, I discovered my account was hacked, with the hacker changing my email, password, battle tag, and Battle.net username. Blizzard banned the hacker and returned my account, but upon logging in, I found my account was banned. I assure you I did not cheat in the game; I purchased it with my parent's money. Blizzard mentioned that the ban and unban process is in the hands of Activision. Please verify my account and review the situation. I have never used hacks in any online game and stand against cheaters that disrupt the game integrity.

Hello Activision, I am unsure how to unban my Activision account, so I am seeking assistance through the appeals ban option. Approximately four months ago, I purchased Call of Duty Modern Warfare and played extensively until my exams started. I took a break from the game for about two months to focus on my exams. During this time, I received an email notifying me of a friend request. Thinking it was due to my gaming skills, I didn't open the email as I was preoccupied with studying. After finishing my exams, I tried to log in to Battle.net but received a message stating that my account details could not be verified. Upon investigating, I discovered that my account had been hacked, and the hacker had altered my email, password, Battle Tag, and Battle.net username. Further probing revealed that the hacker had sent me the friend request during my exams with a message urging me to change my password if I didn't accept the request. I contacted Blizzard, and they resolved the issue by banning the hacker and restoring my account. However, upon logging back in, I found that my account had been banned. I want to clarify that I did not engage in any cheating in the game. My parents paid for the game, and I have never used hacks in any online game. I am strictly against hackers and cheaters who violate game policies. Thank you for verifying my account and reviewing the situation.

Hello, I need assistance with my account at [redacted] for Warzone under the username UKAxelZ#[redacted]. I want to clarify that I have never cheated, nor do I have any intention to do so. Today, after updating to Windows 11, I noticed my ping had risen to 350ms in Warzone, indicating a potential shadow ban. My KD ratio is 2.35, with a weekly KD of about 2.8, and a headshot percentage of around 17%. These stats prove my fair gameplay. I am open to you accessing my PC to verify that I have not cheated. I invested £[redacted] in my PC for gaming and would never jeopardize that investment with cheating. I participate in tournaments and need this issue resolved promptly. Thank you for your help. The ban appeal feature isn't working for me on the website. So, my entire Battle.net account was hacked by someone, and I still don't know who it was. After 4 days, I regained access to my Battle.net account. I was happy to play again but discovered that I had been banned. Prior to losing my account, I was never banned, so it appears the person who hacked me used my account for cheating and got it banned. (I have evidence from Battle.net support confirming my account was hacked.) I'm writing my appeal here because I can't submit it on the website. When I wanted to play Warzone, I noticed I had been permanently banned. Before losing my Battle.net account, I was never banned. It seems the person who accessed my account must have cheated on it, resulting in the ban on my account. (I have proof from Battle.net support that someone accessed my account.)

Subject: Appeal for Unjust Ban on Battle.net Account Greetings, I am Kristján Ómar Björnsson, the school principal of a junior high school in Iceland pioneering an Esports program. I write to address the recent unjust banning of my Battle.net account. Our school's network involves multiple computers sharing an IP, possibly triggering the ban as we encountered issues accessing other accounts without any ban explanation emails received. Despite my appeal, the reply upheld the ban for alleged unauthorized software use, which I deny. I fear this misunderstanding could disrupt our students' access to gaming, a key part of our educational program. I request a thorough review of this decision to rectify this situation promptly. Your attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Kind regards, Kristján Ómar Björnsson Principal, NÚ Phone: [redacted] Website: framsynmenntun.is

I was able to regain access to my Activision account, but the temporary account linked to my PS4 is still active and I cannot access it anymore. The email associated with the temporary account has been changed to an unfamiliar one. Even when I could access the temporary account, I couldn't modify anything without a security code sent to that unknown email address.

Hello! I've spent a long time searching for help. I signed into my Xbox account as Tac Pelican to play Call of Duty Modern Warfare [redacted] with friends, but it seems my account was hacked. Checking my Activision account, I found it was accessed by a PlayStation user named haneen0_. They changed my account name to "haneen". I've removed their PlayStation link and changed my password. Is there a way to regain my name and account? I'm upset at the thought of starting over. Thank you for your assistance. I hope to hear from you soon.

Hello, I recently logged in to the game after installing a new 45GB update when I discovered I had received a permanent ban due to a third-party program being detected. Despite having only installed Windows 11 on my computer, I am facing this issue. I kindly request a thorough review of my case to avoid resorting to legal actions that neither party would find favorable. I legitimately purchased the game and have not engaged in cheating. It is important to address this matter in a fair and human manner rather than relying solely on automated systems that may mistakenly flag harmless software. Thank you, and I hope you have a pleasant day.
