I recently got banned from the Modern Warfare/Warzone servers despite not playing either game recently. I have always played fairly without cheating or using exploits. I am hopeful that my account ban can be reviewed and lifted so I can continue enjoying Warzone. Each time I attempt to appeal on the website, I receive an error message stating, "Our system is experiencing technical difficulties and cannot process requests at this time. Please try again later." I have been attempting to appeal for a consecutive week now.

In Warzone, I'm experiencing significant mouse and keyboard delay issues. This delay is causing problems like dying from fall damage when pressing the space bar, aiming down sights but continuing to walk even after releasing the buttons, firing continuously even after releasing the trigger, and unintended button registrations during actions like slide canceling. I've tried using a different keyboard and mouse with no improvement. My server connection and FPS are stable, around [redacted], and I don't have these issues in Vanguard. These problems started after the new Christmas update, making the game unplayable for me. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently experiencing issues with several of my Call of Duty accounts - Ghost, Modern Warfare, Warzone, Cold War, and Vanguard. These accounts have been hacked, and the hacker is identified as "[WWWWW]WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW." I have evidence of this hack with pictures. I suspect the individuals involved are DEMSI/DEMZI and LILDEMSI/LILDEMZI. I have faced multiple problems with them before. They were known on COD: Ghosts, and are allegedly an adult dating a 13-16-year-old. I have witnesses to corroborate this information. Please address this matter promptly and communicate with me before taking any actions that could impact my accounts. I have four accounts, one for myself and three for my daughters. I do not want to continue dealing with this hacker after investing money in these accounts through Activision, Xbox, and Call of Duty. Thank you in advance. I am experiencing an issue with my current account. I have been playing Warzone since Season 1 and recently switched from PS4 to PC. I made sure to connect my Activision account on PC as well. The problem is that I have lost all my skins, weapon skins, battle pass items, and weapon levels on both PS4 and PC. Currently, I only have 6,[redacted] CP points on PS4 and none on PC. I recently transitioned from PS4 to PC and encountered difficulties transferring my PSN Activision account to my PC Blizzard account. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to my PSN Activision account or the Google Authenticator associated with it. I am having trouble playing any of my Call of Duty games. When I try to launch either game, the screen starts scrolling uncontrollably. This issue is not related to the controller. Even when I manage to enter a game, I cannot control the character properly. It seems to move on its own. Interestingly, this problem only occurs with Call of Duty games; others work fine. I tested on my son's Xbox, and the same issue persists. I have been facing this for three weeks now, and despite reaching out to support, I have not had any luck resolving it.

My account was hacked, and my Activision name was changed from SnipeDaNip to K E L S E Y without my consent. I was unhappy about having to pay to switch it back. Despite speaking with a representative, changing it back was the only option given. I left on vacation expecting to rectify the name change and return to playing Warzone, only to discover my account was banned. This seems unfounded as I have never tampered or hacked any Call of Duty games. When my account was hacked, I managed to recover it shortly after. I did not cheat in the game. I've been experiencing issues with my Black Ops Cold War game not loading properly. It keeps prompting me to purchase the game, even though I already own it, and then prevents me from playing. I attempted to reach out to Activision for assistance, but unfortunately, their customer service has been less than helpful. I've been stuck in a loop of automated messages and being disconnected when trying to speak with a representative over the phone. I want to appeal my unjust ban on Call of Duty Vanguard. Sadly, I was banned due to a mistaken identification of a "cheat" program on my computer. However, the software in question was not related to cheating but merely monitoring software. It's disappointing that my ban appeal was rejected without consideration.

I believe my account was unjustly banned. I have invested a significant amount of money into purchasing games and blueprints. I am an avid streamer, and my videos are saved in VODs. Without engaging in any cheating activities, I simply adjusted the advanced configuration for optimal CPU performance. My account got banned unjustly. I've invested a lot in games, buying blueprints, streaming, and keeping my videos. Despite not cheating, Activision accuses me of modifying game files. I wanted to play tonight but was surprised to see that I was permanently banned. I am unsure why this happened, as my account's combat record is clear. I am a new player and do not believe I have ever engaged in cheating. Recently, I bought a PC from a friend and had to purchase the game again because I couldn't transfer my old PlayStation account. I am aware that over 14 thousand accounts were closed, including mine on Vanguard. As someone who has never had trouble before just a couple of days ago, I am willing to take legal action to defend my rights, as I am innocent of any accusations of manipulating the game whether on my PC or Xbox. When Warzone initially launched, I mistakenly used a fake email address for my Activision account on Xbox. I have since invested significant time and money into the game, purchasing various in-game items. Unfortunately, I am now unable to transfer my progress to my legitimate Activision account on PC as my Xbox profile is linked to the fake email account. When I log onto Call of Duty: Vanguard and start searching for a game, the game shows searching for a match with various ping values like 83 MS, [redacted] MS, and [redacted] MS. However, it remains on the [redacted] MS mark for over an hour before I can find a game. This issue is frustrating for me and many other players, making Vanguard not enjoyable to play. I need help resolving this problem. I live in Australia and am willing to play against opponents with better ping to find a game faster. If this issue is not fixable, I might switch from the Call of Duty franchise to Battlefield, where I can actually play without encountering such long wait times.

Austria Three Hutchison Warzone on PS4 I am experiencing issues after starting the game and going to Warzone. Either the content pack is no longer available or when I download Compatibility Pack 3 to try to fix the error, I get dev error [redacted]. I have completely rebooted my PS4. I have reinstalled the game three times. I have also downloaded Compatibility Pack 3. I have disabled on-demand texture graphics settings, but even after all these attempts to fix it, I still cannot play. I urgently request assistance!

I recently discovered that my Call of Duty Warzone/Activision account linked to my Xbox console is associated with a hacker's throwaway email address. This is frustrating as I have invested in numerous DLCs for the game and wish to regain control of my Activision account under my personal email address.
