I recently discovered that my computer was infected with numerous viruses, which led to complications accessing my email and associated accounts. After cleaning my computer and successfully recovering my email, I am now in the process of restoring all affected accounts. Unfortunately, a hacker made unauthorized changes to my account details. I have reached out to Activision support for help with regaining access to my Call of Duty Modern Warfare [redacted] account. Despite providing relevant information, I received a notification stating that my request (Case Number [redacted]99) could not be processed as they were unable to locate the specific Activision account. To assist with the recovery process, I am sharing additional details regarding the account takeover incident. Prior to the unauthorized access, my Activision account was linked to the BATTLE username "S1xu#[redacted]" which was unlinked on [redacted]-08-06 at 21:42. My previous Activision email was [redacted]

Good morning, I am following up on my email from 9/08/[redacted] where I explained how ACTIVISION "banned" my account related to the video game CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS COLD WAR. I must clarify that my old Google account, which I used to log in to Blizzard and believe was hacked, is "[redacted]". ACTIVISION no longer grants me access to this account, stating it is an "existing account". I suspect someone is still using my old account to play on my behalf. The issue remains unresolved as my account is still "banned". I am seeking your assistance, please. I am Giampiero Santoro, and my current Google email is [redacted], through which I have access to the Blizzard website and found my original account with all my games and purchases, except for COLD WAR which is still banned as of 15/08/[redacted]. Thank you.

Hello, My name is Burak, and I am from Germany. Before my vacation, my account was banned due to my use of a tool that allowed me to obtain specific camos on guns - Dark Aether and Plaque Diamond. I got this tool from a trusted friend who assured me it wouldn't result in a ban. Unfortunately, I got banned and couldn't address the issue as I had to leave for my trip. I am still on vacation until August 17. I have invested a lot of time and money into my account, playing Warzone for a year with both multiplayers. I acknowledge my mistake and have uninstalled everything. I am eager to continue playing and have learned from this experience. I hope to resolve the ban so I can enjoy playing as before. I am a loyal fan of your company and look forward to your response. Please note my Activision username is cetox, and if needed, I can provide the necessary details upon my return. Thank you for your understanding. Have a great day. Burak Y.

My friend got banned from Warzone without any warning, which I believe is unfair. Additionally, his Activision account has been hacked. He's trying to create a new account linked to the old one, but it keeps telling him to log out of the old account first. This is impossible as he can't even log in. The account is now connected to an unknown email address, not his own, and he isn't receiving any verification emails. We're stuck and need help getting him back into his account, securing his data, and resolving the ban issue. Your prompt assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I have attempted multiple times to set up an automatic response through Activision Support without success. Seeking assistance here, I hope to finally resolve the issue. I linked Nko-XP # [redacted] to my Playstation account for two-factor authentication but did not receive the tokens. After disconnecting and reconnecting the account, it now has a different name, Nko # [redacted], losing all progress. The current name is Nko-XP # [redacted] under the same email, making it impossible to login separately or reset the link. I wish for my game progress to be restored as I have invested time and effort into it. Thank you for your assistance. Regards, Thomann

I am looking for assistance from an Activision support representative regarding a ban on my account that I believe was unjustly placed. After purchasing the Season 5 update and Battle Pass, I logged in, only to find myself unable to access my account 12 hours later. Despite repeated attempts, I was continuously redirected to the main menu and eventually informed of my ban on the Battle.net app. I received no explanation via email or text for this action. The automated support bot has not provided any clarity, and I am unable to find a phone number on the website. I am reaching out in the hope of resolving this issue promptly. I kindly request a contact number to speak with a support representative and address this ban.

My account was hacked on 21/05/21, and I submitted two tickets regarding the unauthorized access. I managed to recover my account on 16/06/21, but during the time when someone else had control, there were blueprints with Dark Matter on them. I should have notified someone as this alteration occurred when I did not have access. It was evident during the recovery process as the email was changed. On 04/08/21, I had to change my password after being kicked out while playing Warzone. I did not intend to have these camos, and I value my account, the time invested, and money spent. I have never hacked, exploited, or reset any stats on the game. Although my account was hacked, I believe any issues that arose were not due to my actions.

Since the beginning of July, my account has been compromised. After my sister's graduation party, I returned to find out I was banned. Despite my efforts to secure my account by changing passwords and associated emails, the issue persists. I have been wrongly banned, which is upsetting as I have supported Call of Duty for nearly a decade with in-game purchases. I activated two-step verification, but it did not prevent this situation. The person causing trouble might be using a PS4 or PS5, as I am on Xbox One. My email is [redacted] I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope for resolution.

My Activision account was hacked, and the email associated with it was [redacted], which was changed to [redacted] I've tried reaching out for help, but the support site keeps crashing and won't let me proceed. I created a new account and unlinked my Battle.net, but it's frustrating to start all over. It seems unlinking the new account from the old one will take 12 months. My new account ID is "Jigsaw286#[redacted]," and I have another account under Jigsaw286 but without the "#***." I need help recovering my old account and getting a refund for the new one since all my CoD points transferred to it.

I would like to reach out to an Activision support representative regarding the Ban issued to my account without any explanation. I recently purchased the Season 5 Battle Pass, logged out, and then encountered issues logging back in 12 hours later. Upon attempting to access Warzone/Modern Warfare, I was repeatedly redirected to the main menu and eventually informed of my account being banned without receiving any prior notifications via email or text messages. The Activision support bot has not provided any clarification, and I am unable to find a contact number on the website. I am reaching out via email in hopes of resolving this issue promptly. I kindly request a contact number to speak with a support member directly to address the ban placed on my account. My Battlenet account is McRockett#[redacted], which is associated with Activision. Your prompt assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated.

My Call of Duty: Cold War account seems to have been hacked or banned since August 18th. Before the Vanguard update and the Warzone event on the 19th, everything was fine, but after that, all my stats have been reset, and my friends list is missing except for one from the Battle.net account. As a PC player, everything seemed normal on August 18th. I also purchased the Portnova bundle about a month and a half ago, but it's missing now, along with all the progress I've made. Can anyone help me understand what's going on and how to resolve this issue?

Hello, I received an email at 9:00 AM today stating that my PS4 account has been unlinked from my Activision account. Someone else has linked their PS4 account to my Activision account, gaining access to my games Warzone and Modern Warfare as well as my Activision account. I immediately changed my password on Activision and enabled two-factor authentication. Everything went smoothly with changing the password and setting up two-factor authentication. NOW, my issue is that I am unable to unlink the PS4 account from my Activision account. PLEASE unlink the PS4 account; another player is accessing my account, changing classes, and affecting my in-game statistics! PLEASE HELP! Best regards, SBG

Hello, Recently, my nephew house sat for my girlfriend and me. I allowed him to use my PC for his college work. However, without my knowledge, he installed unauthorized software on my computer and attempted to hack Warzone using my account, resulting in a ban. I am upset about losing access to over [redacted] wins and purchased operator bundles. Although I acknowledge it's my responsibility to secure my account, he did not have permission to play Warzone using my credentials. I am concerned about preordering Call of Duty Vanguard with my account, unsure if I will face a ban there as well. Could you please assist in restoring my account? I am committed to enhancing its security moving forward. Thank you, Joe K.

On the 3rd of May [redacted], I was unexpectedly logged out of my Activision account on my PS5 and discovered that it had been hijacked. The account details were changed to Alpha#[redacted], indicating the perpetrator was a PC player, thus restricting my access to the account. After following the account recovery procedure (Case Number: [redacted]23), I managed to regain access to my original account on the 21st of May [redacted], a moment of great relief. However, three months later, I found out that I have been permanently banned from the MW/WZ servers. Using a PS5, I have never engaged in cheating and my experience on Warzone has been marred by those who exploit cheats, resulting in my unjust ban. It appears that while my account was compromised by the aforementioned individual, they engaged in cheating/hacking activities leading to the red flagging and subsequent permanent ban of my account. I have never violated any rules or used unauthorized software, and it is blatant that my account fell victim to a hacker/cheater. It is truly unjust!

I've played Modern Warfare for almost two years and have dedicated a lot of time to the game. Recently, I was shocked to discover that I've been permanently banned from online play in Modern Warfare and Warzone without any explanation. After filing an appeal, I received a quick response stating that my appeal was denied due to allegedly using unauthorized software or manipulating game data, which I have no knowledge of how to do, especially since I play on PS4. This ban is frustrating, especially considering the time and money I've invested in the game. It seems unfair that innocent players like myself have no way to address these situations.

On May 3, [redacted], I was logged out of my Activision account on my PS5 and discovered it had been compromised. The account details were changed to Alpha#[redacted] by a PC player, preventing my access. After following the account recovery process (Case Number: [redacted]23), I was relieved to regain access on May 21, [redacted]. However, currently, I am facing a permanent ban from MW/WZ servers. Using a PS5 console, I have never engaged in cheating in any video game, and I am frustrated to be unfairly penalized for someone else's actions. It appears that while my account was under the control of the hacker previously mentioned, they may have utilized cheats or hacks, resulting in the ban now imposed on my account. Despite the clear evidence that I have not cheated, it is evident that my account fell into the wrong hands of a cheater, leading to the unjust restriction from playing my beloved game.

Hello, I recently discovered that my Activision account for Warzone has been permanently banned without a clear explanation. Despite playing the game infrequently, I found myself banned when attempting to log in after a short break. I assure you that I have never engaged in cheating, especially as I play on PS4. I am uncertain about the reasons behind this ban and would appreciate a thorough review of the situation. I am aware of discussions about an anti-cheat system being implemented, which makes me wonder if this ban was an error. The ban message mentioned unauthorized software use and data manipulation, claims that I find confusing given my gameplay history and stats. I have been dedicated to this game since its release and have not changed my approach to gameplay in over a decade of Call of Duty. I am willing to provide gameplay recordings to support my innocence and request guidance on how to proceed to resolve this matter so I can resume playing. Thank you.

Good evening, I recently returned from a 12-hour shift to discover that my Activision ID, Twan_Nitty64#[redacted], has been banned. I checked my email and found a message from 5/11/21 indicating that another unknown account was linked to mine, which I did not authorize. My original email ([redacted]) has been changed, along with my name and other account details. I suspected my classes were altered by my roommate, but it seems someone unauthorized accessed my account. I have invested time and money into this game, and I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue. My current email is ([redacted]). Any help in understanding the situation and regaining access to my game would be greatly appreciated. The unauthorized email used is [redacted]

Hello, I am seeking assistance with an issue regarding my Activision account. After being hacked, I reached out to Activision for help numerous times. While I was able to regain access to my account, the hacker remained linked to it, preventing me from unlinking them. Despite my efforts, I received a message indicating the unlinking could not be done for 12 months each time I tried. Frustrated with the situation, I took a break from the game. When I finally decided to address the issue on 15/8/[redacted], I was relieved to receive an email from Activision within an hour of opening a ticket confirming that the hacker had been unlinked, and everything was reset. I resumed playing until a few days ago when I encountered a permanent account ban message. Although I appealed this ban, Activision upheld it, citing unauthorized software use and game data manipulation linked to the previous hacker. I feel unfairly penalized for actions I did not commit, especially after diligently reporting the hack to Activision. I am at a loss for how to proceed and would appreciate any guidance on resolving this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I am a dedicated Call of Duty Warzone player facing a ban due to a hacker gaining access to my Activision account. During gameplay, I received a notification stating another user had logged in, prompting me to immediately change my password. However, upon rejoining the game, I encountered matchmaking issues with a high ping of 350ms. Eventually, I was abruptly banned with the reasoning of using unauthorized software, despite my denial and significant investment in the game. I possess Damascus and DM Ultra camos, achieved after months of dedication, and have been a loyal player since Warzone's Season 2 launch, accumulating over [redacted] hours of gameplay, [redacted] wins, and 20,[redacted]+ kills. Despite my ban appeal rejection, I strongly believe the hacker introduced unauthorized software, not me. I am prepared to undergo a thorough inspection of my PC by Activision to prove my innocence. I kindly request a reconsideration of my account ban. In-game Gamer Tag: Blocky#[redacted] Activision ID: Blocky#[redacted] Battle.net ID: Blocky#[redacted] Email: [redacted]
