I had trouble submitting my [redacted]-word ban appeal because the website kept encountering technical issues. I ended up only being able to submit a brief message with just 2 words. I assure you I was not hacking. Here is what I intended to include in my ban appeal:
I wish to appeal my ban as I recently experienced a hacking incident on July 23rd. Upon returning home from a brief trip, I discovered unauthorized access to my Steam and Battle.net accounts. Despite swift action to recover my accounts, I found myself wrongfully banned from Warzone. I am an avid player and was even planning to start streaming. If granted an unban, I pledge to enhance the security of my accounts. Thank you for considering my appeal.

Hello, I have two Warzone accounts linked to [redacted] and one under [redacted] While playing one day, I unexpectedly received a ban after a single game. Concerned that my second account was compromised, I accessed my first account and played a few games to test if it would also be banned. Although I wasn't banned after the initial game, there were hackers present in the subsequent two games. Frustrated by the situation, I exited the second game early and subsequently received a shadowban. I suspect my PC may have been hacked or had malware. I assert my innocence, as my main account has no infractions, and I rarely use my secondary account. I am willing to provide my gameplay history to verify I have never used or downloaded any hacks. I implore for assistance in lifting the soft and permanent bans on my second account to safeguard my investment in Call of Duty Cold War and Cod Points.

In January of this year, I received a permanent ban from Call of Duty with no chance to appeal initially. However, a recent ban appeal option was introduced, which I tried, but unfortunately, my appeal was denied. I believe I was banned due to an exceptionally high round achieved while playing Zombies with my friends. Despite my friends not being banned, it's possible the bot detection system flagged my extended play or potentially mistook legitimate software like cheat engine as cheating tools. I typically use cheat engine for offline games like Borderlands 3 and Fallout 4.

Around two weeks ago, a PSN account mysteriously linked itself to my Activision account. Despite changing passwords and setting up their recommended 2FA, the borrowed PSN account remains connected, causing disruptions when attempting to play on my Xbox. This unwanted account continues to stay logged in on someone's PS device, adding friends and playing using my account. I urgently require assistance in removing this unwanted association. Contacting Activision support has yielded no solutions. Unfortunately, I'm unable to unlink the accounts due to reattachment restrictions lasting a year, hindering my ability to follow their required steps to resolve this issue promptly.

On 7/31/[redacted], when I tried to play Warzone with my brother, I was shocked to find out that I had been permanently banned. I am uncertain why this happened. Perhaps my account was compromised, caught in a ban wave, or something else. This is very disappointing as I have invested a lot of time into this account with various guns, skins, camos, ranks, etc. Currently, I am recovering from an auto accident, and playing Warzone is one of the few activities I can comfortably engage in. It is how I stay connected with my friends who only play Warzone. I sincerely request that this matter be investigated and resolved. I believe I have not engaged in any activities that warrant a permanent ban. I had experienced crashes in the game and tried various solutions, even tweaking a Vram setting in a file to fix it. Could this be related to the ban? Thank you, a loyal Activision customer.

On *********, while playing Warzone with my brother, I was surprised to discover that my account was permanently banned. I believe my account may have been compromised, leading to this ban. It is disheartening as I have invested a lot of time into this account with various items like guns, skins, camos, and rank. Currently recovering from an auto accident, playing Warzone is one of the few things I can engage in physically. It also helps me stay connected to my friends who play the game. I implore you to investigate this issue and rectify it. I cannot fathom any reason why my account would be permanently banned, especially when I strive to adhere to the rules. Interestingly, I had been experiencing game crashes and attempted multiple solutions from YouTube, including altering a file to adjust the Vram bar. Could this be related to the issue? Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, a devoted Activision customer.
I am requesting the unbanning of my account or PC.

Hello,
I discovered that my Windows password was bypassed and my account was disabled. Upon resetting the password, I found my Battlenet account was banned due to unauthorized use by my Airbnb guests who hacked my main Windows account to cheat in Call of Duty. This illegal activity has greatly upset me as I've always played the game fairly and invested a lot of effort into leveling up my weapons. Call of Duty Warzone has been a sanctuary for me during these challenging times, and this incident has been distressing. I have reported the breach to Airbnb, considering it a violation of my personal account. I ask for a thorough review of my account to verify my clean gameplay history.
Thank you.

Hello, I'm starting by admitting that I've been very foolish and have used the nickname HACKERINO81 since I was 12 because I was fascinated by that world. I'm 40 years old but when I play this game, it feels like I'm still 12. I've been buying gaming consoles for years to only play Call of Duty, the most beautiful game in the world. I've met fantastic people, and even though we haven't met in person, we have a great time. To become stronger, I decided to buy a mega gaming PC to compete with my friend. The challenge began, and I improved until the game was invaded by cheats. Tired of being killed from impossible distances, I decided to look into it. After searching, I found a cheating forum and decided to try it for a month. My teammates allowed me to activate cheats in lobbies where cheaters were present, and we had many laughs as I could kill the whole team, and we could play more calmly. I had just 7 days left before the cheat I purchased expired, and I had no intention of buying it again, especially since rumors said that cheat protections would be introduced with season 5, and I never wanted to be banned from the only game I've been playing for years. Unfortunately, you arrived a week early and banned my account, not only that but also banned the entire PC I purchased just to play Call of Duty. I claimed my account was stolen because I wanted it back and vowed never to use cheat programs again, but now I can't do anything. I kindly ask for your forgiveness this time. I wasn't malicious in what I did. It was a stupid mistake that I will never make again. I assure you that a warning would have been enough to stop me. Please don't make me give up this passion for playing Call of Duty. I'm willing to report every cheating site, forum, and even Telegram channels to you. I've learned my lesson. If I could tell you in person, you would understand my sincerity better, but I can only convey my feelings through a letter. My Battle.net account, which I use to play Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War, was banned on July 31, [redacted], during a game of Outbreak. I want to emphasize that I was not using any cheating software or exploiting any glitches in the game. The two factors I suspect may have led to the ban are accidentally having my VPN running in the background (although I don't believe it was active at the time) and the fact that I was frequently opening and closing the game to troubleshoot CPU performance issues. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
I want to clarify that the email provided is linked to my Battle.net account and not to my separate Activision account, which is unaffected by the ban.

I have noticed that multiple games purchased on my original Xbox [redacted] console account have disappeared from my Microsoft account, including games like TMNT ARCADE, GUN, and TRANSFORMERS THE GAME. They were removed from the store and even from my download history, which is concerning. These were all bought from the XBLA store, and now my account shows them as refunded, when I never received a refund. Additionally, my save files for these games have been deleted from my console. I am not looking for refunds, I want my games back as this feels like theft.

Hello, on July 10, [redacted], I took advantage of the BLIZZARD sale and bought and installed the video game CALL OF DUTY BLACK OPS COLD WAR on my computer. The next day, due to technical reasons, I had to reinstall Windows 10 and had difficulty reconnecting to the Blizzard site using my Google email. I noticed that someone had hacked my site and my identity, posing as me. On the Battle.net support service, I managed to recover my account and restore my games. However, the mentioned game is now "banned" by ACTIVISION, and I don't have access anymore. I created an account with you using my new email from Google, hoping for support. When I tried to log in on your Blizzard site, initially, I encountered errors in English. After your prompt, I used the same browser to try to log in again, but a message in red appeared, inviting me to enter Blizzard with the other hacked account. I also tried to create an account with my old Google email, but your site responded with "account already exists." How is it possible to have an account with my name when I never had one with you before July 27, [redacted]? Following Blizzard's support's suggestion, I hope you can grant me access to the purchased game that I have been unable to play so far.

I am experiencing difficulties with my account. I am unable to access my old email address, which is required for the 2FA process. I am unable to change the email address on my account without the verification code from the old email. Even trying to sign in to Yahoo with my password is unsuccessful, as they send a verification code to the same old email address. This is frustrating as I have invested a significant amount of money into the game and I do not want to lose any progress moving to a new Activision account linked to Xbox. Can you assist me in changing the email address associated with my account?

Hello,
I am reaching out because my Cold War Account was unexpectedly banned without any prior notification or explanation. I have thoroughly checked all my emails and accounts to understand the reason behind this action.
Recently, I encountered some technical challenges with my PC running at minimum specifications, and the game occasionally crashing. I made the mistake of installing IObitinstaller from an unsecure source, which led to a Trojan software infecting my system. Despite my efforts to remove it, the virus triggered multiple services and applications, resulting in potential corruption to either my game or the anti-cheat service on Windows.
To address this issue, I took the precaution of reinstalling Windows as the virus was even utilizing my GPU for unauthorized mining activities. The virus kept changing its name and location, making it difficult to trace, including hiding in the appdata folder even with the "show hidden files" option enabled.
Following the reinstallation, I believe my system is now clean and secure. I kindly request the reactivation of my account as my sole intention was to enhance the performance of my CPU and RAM. I apologize for any inconvenience caused and commit to refraining from using any third-party applications outside the Windows Store in the future.

My account name and Activision gamertag are +Xbox One Series S (Force 4#[redacted]) and on my Xbox One Series S (Dada76170). The issue I'm facing is that I can't remember the email address associated with this account. I created a new one two years ago and can't access the old one from four years ago. The password could be tygrou76, tigrou76, Tigrou76170, or tigrou76170. I'd like to replace the email with my current one ([redacted]) and the password is Celine1106. Blizzard ID: GODLYALM#[redacted]
I utilize the same email for both Blizzard and Activision accounts. Your help in this matter is greatly appreciated.

I'm seeking assistance with my compromised Activision account. After multiple emails notifying me of my accounts being unlinked, I suspected malicious activity and reached out to recover my password without success. Despite efforts to contact Activision support, my account was unlinked and bound to a different email. This has caused an issue, as I can no longer play on my Battle.net account as my progress is now linked to my Xbox1 account. Despite submitting multiple support requests and following the FAQ, I am unable to resolve this issue or unlink my Xbox account. I'm in need of urgent help to rectify this situation and continue enjoying my games.

Yesterday, as I was about to play Warzone with my girlfriend, my game suddenly disconnected and displayed the message "permanently banned." I'm aware that there was a large ban wave recently, and I suspect that I may have been mistakenly caught up in it. I have noticed that during these waves, some players get banned due to false reports. I have dedicated a lot of time to the game and have even created content about it on TikTok because of my passion for it. Despite the ban, I made a new account to continue supporting the game while I try to resolve the issue with my original account. Losing access to my account would mean losing a significant part of my gaming experience, including the progress I made and the friendships I have built. I hope to regain access to my account to reconnect with my friends and reclaim the camos I worked hard to achieve.
