Good afternoon,
I would like to address a significant issue with your security system regarding NVidia's software suite, Geforce Experience. An option within this software allows for automatic selection of optimal game settings. Despite not playing after applying these settings, I was banned yesterday evening. The system might have flagged this as a violation due to potential profile changes resembling a mod-menu.
I firmly believe this ban is unfounded, as I did not breach any rules. This issue could affect many others interested in this feature, making it crucial to review.
Thank you for your attention, and feel free to reach out for additional details or screenshots.

Good afternoon,
I have recently been banned from Warzone on Xbox Series X, and I'm unsure why this action was taken as I do not engage in cheating. I've encountered troubles with unauthorized access to my account, leading to friends being added without my permission. A previous support ticket I submitted did not receive a response, which can be verified by screenshots from Microsoft. I pride myself on fair play and actively report cheaters in the game. Fellow players on my Activision friend list, some of whom I've played with for over a decade, can attest to this. Although my kill/death ratio may not reflect it accurately, I strive to play honestly. I welcome anyone, even uninvited visitors, to inspect my console for cheat software. I'm eager to understand the reason behind my ban and would appreciate a prompt response.
Kind regards,
Jason H. J.

On May 8th, [redacted], my Blizzard.Net account was compromised while I was at work. I usually play late at night since I work in emergency services and can't access my personal phone during my shift. Upon receiving multiple emails warning me of security changes, I took action upon returning home at 4am. I contacted Battle.net support, and they resolved the issue the next day. I sought further assistance on Reddit and Twitter for items added to my account during the breach. Unfortunately, despite providing evidence that I was not responsible for the actions, my account was permanently banned by Activision. Even after appealing, I received an automated response denying my request. I am unsure of what steps to take next.

Hello,
I recently installed Warzone and created an Activision account. However, when trying to access the game, I continuously receive an "unable to access online services" error. Despite resetting my router and re-installing the game, the problem persists. I suspect there may be an issue with my account, as I encountered errors with my username during the PS4 account setup. I attempted to unlink and relink the account without success. Unfortunately, I am unable to create a new account with a different email address due to restrictions on unlinking the current account for 12 months. Could you please investigate the issue with my account or assist me in unlinking it so I can create and link a new one to resolve the problem? Thank you.

Hello Activision,
I am a dedicated player of Call of Duty who values fair play. Despite investing a considerable amount of time and money into the game, I am confused as to why my account has been banned.
On August 20th, a friend used their account on my computer, resulting in their account being banned. When I logged back into my account on August 25th, I discovered I had been shadow banned. Subsequently, on August 27th, both my Activision and Blizzard accounts were banned. I want to emphasize that I have never cheated in the game.
I humbly request your assistance in lifting the bans on my accounts. I have put significant effort and resources into this game and would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter. My Activision ID is Stark#[redacted] and my Blizzard ID is Stark#[redacted].
Thank you for your consideration.
Best regards

Hello,
I recently returned from vacation and upon powering on my PS4, I discovered that my account has been permanently banned without any explanation. Upon reviewing my account activity, I noticed that someone has linked another account (BATTLE.NET ACCOUNT: ÁGUIAFEROZ#[redacted]) to mine, which is not me. Although I have encountered unauthorized activity on my account previously, I believed I had resolved it.
I kindly request that you investigate the reason for my ban as I have just returned from holiday and was surprised to discover this issue. I have invested both money and time into the game, unlocking various items, and it is evident from my statistics that I do not engage in cheating behavior.
I would greatly appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and provide me with an update.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
Best regards,
Jamie

I received a permanent ban on my COD Warzone account. I've had this account for many years, playing in the UK and Hong Kong. After moving to mainland China for work, I've been using a VPN to access Warzone. The VPN automatically changes locations for the best connection. I want to clarify that I haven't cheated or hacked, despite encountering hackers. My friends and I enjoy playing the game. I'm disappointed with the ban and hope for a successful appeal to continue using my long-standing account. Thank you for your attention, and I anticipate a positive response soon.

Hello everyone, I recently received notification that my appeal has been denied. However, I am now unable to access the appeal form to proceed further. I am disappointed in this process as I consider myself an innocent player. Upon logging into the game, I was shocked to find my account permanently banned. The ban reason provided lacks clarity as to what software I allegedly used to manipulate game data. Unfortunately, I am unable to seek clarification as the information is restricted for "security reasons." This situation is frustrating as myself and fellow players invest significant time and money into the game only to face such restrictions. I am reaching out for assistance and hope for a resolution that aligns with justice.
Sincerely, Pedram S.

I would appreciate an update on my case. I received a message from "Erika L." at Activision Support on Monday (08/30/[redacted]) requesting details, which I promptly provided. I am unsure if Erika is currently unavailable, but I am eager for a prompt update on my situation.
My account was hacked, and I urgently need it restored. As a content creator, this account holds immense importance for me. The hacking incident occurred around 9pm EST last Saturday (08/28/[redacted]). I was unexpectedly logged out while playing Warzone, followed by an email notification stating that my Activision password was altered, which I did not initiate. I faced difficulty in receiving a password reset code and encountered issues as my Activision account seemed to have vanished. Below are the relevant details to facilitate an update on my case. Thank you for your assistance. Your urgent help is greatly appreciated.

Recently, upon returning to Warzone, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned, which left me feeling confused and frustrated as someone must have hacked into my account. A while back, I noticed that my loadouts had been altered with items I didn't possess, such as a dark matter camo and unreleased weapon blueprints. Despite capturing screenshots and noticing a message left by the hacker, I didn't take action at that time. However, a few weeks later, the same individual tampered with my account again, leaving a message indicating they might lead to a ban. Subsequently, my ping soared to [redacted], and I was unable to access any games. I promptly changed my password on my Activision account, hoping to thwart their efforts. Despite regaining access and changing my password, I found myself banned permanently. It is unfair that I am being penalized due to someone else's actions, especially when I have evidence of the unauthorized changes made to my account. I am eager to resolve this situation and resume playing Warzone with my friends.

I recently discovered that my account was compromised and subsequently permanently banned from Warzone. When I returned to the game after a hiatus, I was shocked to find unfamiliar changes to my loadouts, including items I never obtained. On another occasion, the hacker even taunted me through an altered loadout message. Following these incidents, I noticed significant ping issues when attempting to join games. In response, I updated my Activision account password, hoping to thwart further unauthorized access. Despite regaining access to the game, I was abruptly hit with a permanent ban. This unjust consequence threatens the significant amount of time and money I have invested in the game. I possess evidence, such as screenshots of the unauthorized modifications to my loadouts and a strange username associated with my account, which I have never used. I am reaching out for assistance in rectifying this ban, as it is fundamentally unfair for me to suffer the repercussions of a hacker's actions.

My Activision Warzone account got banned. I admit I broke some rules by using a bug to get camos. Later, a hacker unlocked things I didn't earn. Then, other players accused me of hacking because of my calling card. I play on PS4, so I couldn't use hacks. This all started after the hacker unlocked things for me. I know I shouldn't have used the bug, but it's the only thing I did. I invested money in my account, but what hurts the most are my stats. Please help me. My Activision ID is: Armize 亗#[redacted].

Hello,
I am seeking assistance with my account recovery process for my main Xbox account, which is associated with my original Activision account that was compromised. The perpetrator has implemented two-step verification hindering my ability to link it.
Details are as follows: I established my Activision account on 04.04.[redacted] using [redacted] I primarily played on Xbox One X using [redacted] I possess Call of Duty MW and Warzone, playing solely from Norwich, UK. On June 15, [redacted], I connected my battle.net account ([redacted]).
On July 1, [redacted], an unknown Steam account (flpilag901) became linked to my account, altering the email associated. I currently cannot access my account due to the perpetrator activating two-factor authentication. Your prompt intervention is greatly appreciated, as this is my seventh attempt to communicate with Activision without resolution.
Additionally, I am encountering issues creating cases, whereby the system provides a case# without a number, and I do not receive confirmation emails.
Although I can still play from my Xbox, restoring full control of my account is vital.
Eagerly awaiting your response.

On 9/2/[redacted], my account was stolen, but I managed to regain access after contacting battle.net. However, I encountered issues accessing matches afterwards, and noticed unfamiliar camos from zombie mode. I updated all drivers to address potential internet problems, rebooted my PC, only to find out my account had been banned. Despite explaining that it was hacked when I lost access, the appeal process did not consider this. They accused me of using hacks, which I neither have nor would use. I have been attempting to reach Activision for hours but have had no luck. I am frustrated by their lack of response and inability to appeal the ban.

My account was banned, and despite my attempts to appeal, I have been unsuccessful. Subsequently, I created new accounts, which were also banned. While on my third account, I experienced high ping while attempting to join Battle Royale games with friends, and upon trying to play solo, I encountered the same issue. Ultimately, I was banned again. I want to clarify that I have not engaged in cheating or used software to enhance my gameplay. My kill/death ratio of 0.77 demonstrates my fair play. I enjoy playing Warzone and would like to find out if there is a way for me to continue playing without facing a ban. Although I lost all my progress, including over [redacted] hours of gameplay and in-game transactions on my original account, I am eager to resolve this matter. I am open to suggestions on how I can prevent future bans and safely enjoy the game.

Activision finally responded to me, but unfortunately, they addressed the wrong issue entirely. The problem I encountered was not with the unsuccessful account recovery but the fact that even after successfully recovering my account, it remained banned in Warzone. Back in March [redacted], my account was taken over by someone else, leading me to go through the account recovery process with evidence to prove it was not me.
Despite providing compelling evidence, including the fact that hacks were only used when my account was not linked to my original email and that the account showed activity only during the period it was stolen, my ban has not been lifted after six months. I even had a support agent acknowledge that the ban should be removed based on the evidence provided.
When I appealed the ban, I was assured it would be reviewed by a person, but the response I received did not reflect a human review. It is frustrating that despite clear evidence of the account being compromised, the ban was upheld erroneously. The timing of their response also seems off, suggesting an automated reply rather than a genuine review by an employee.

I am here to address my suspension from Call of Duty Modern Warfare and Warzone. I was unexpectedly banned from the game servers without a clear reason. I have consistently played by the rules and on August 22, which was a typical day for me, I last played. However, on August 26, when I attempted to log in, I was shocked to find out about the permanent ban. As a player on the PS4, I have always upheld fair play principles and never resorted to any form of cheating. I fear this ban may have been issued in error. I am eager to appeal this decision as I cherish the progress and achievements I have made over the years. Despite reaching out on September 7, I am yet to receive a resolution. My Activision ID is SilentWolf520#[redacted], and the email associated with my account is [redacted]

I am reaching out regarding my Call of Duty (CoD) account as I recently received a permanent ban from the CoD Modern Warfare and Warzone servers with no explanation. I have always been a fair player and my last login was on August 22nd, a routine day for me. However, when I tried to play on August 26th, I was shocked to find out about the ban. I play on a PS4 and have never resorted to cheating in any form. This ban seems like a misunderstanding, and I am keen on appealing it as I believe in fair play. It's been quite a while since the ban, and I am yet to receive any resolution. My Activision ID is SilentWolf520 #[redacted], and the email associated with the account is [redacted]

I purchased Modern Warfare when the game was initially released. After taking a break from playing the multiplayer mode and achieving platinum camo for some weapons, I returned to find that I needed to link a new Activision account. Once I did that and then switched back to my original account to retain my progress, I realized that another account, GhostPants#[redacted], had been linked to my profile. Upon launching the game, I discovered unauthorized weapon skins and items equipped, indicating that someone had been cheating on my account. Additionally, I've been experiencing difficulty joining games with high ping over [redacted] ms, rendering the game unplayable for me.
