I believe my account has been compromised. Someone has been making changes to my loadouts and player preferences without my consent. I was kicked out of my clan and all my friends were removed from my list. Today, I managed to change my name back to ChopLifter because I keep receiving name change cards, even though I did not purchase them. The hacker seems to primarily play battle royale, a mode I never really engaged with. Unfortunately, I am unable to access my Activision account and it seems like my [redacted] email account is no longer linked. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

In February, my Call of Duty: Modern Warfare account was banned due to being hacked by someone using cheats. Despite contacting support and reclaiming my account by changing the email and password, I was unexpectedly banned. I recently appealed the ban, but it was denied as I was the account holder during the hacks. The limited character count made it challenging to explain the situation fully. I feel frustrated as I invested a significant amount in the game and received an unsatisfactory response from customer support. I'm still awaiting a resolution or refund for the in-game purchases.

On June 12, [redacted], my girlfriend and I visited Funplex to enjoy gaming on monitors and a PC. We typically play on the PS4 at home and wanted to try the Field of View for the first time on Call of Duty: Warzone. My girlfriend was eager to play on my Activision account, so we created a Battle.net account to access Warzone. However, we encountered a high ping of 350ms during our gaming session at Funplex, which persisted even after returning home to our PS4s. Research revealed we might have been shadow banned, despite never engaging in cheating. Our account is currently under review in a cheaters bracket. Please assist promptly. Email: [redacted]

Hello,
I’m reaching out via email to report an issue I encountered with my Cold War game on my Playstation 4. When attempting to launch the game, I was prompted to create an Activision account. After creating the account and accessing the game menu, I realized it had replaced my old Prestige 4 account. I’ve attempted to remove the new account without success as I cannot unlink it from my console or delete it due to issues with the associated account pages.
Having tried unsuccessfully to contact Activision, I discovered this platform and hope my message reaches you for assistance. I trust you can help resolve my problem as I would be disappointed to restart from scratch.
Thank you for your understanding and have a great day.
PS: I apologize for any language barriers, English is not my strong suit.

Hello, my name is Mustafa Kelek. I am having an issue with my Activision account. Someone I do not know changed the email associated with my account, and now I cannot access my profile, and all my statistics are gone. I have plenty of evidence to show that it is my account. My Activision ID was Twitch_Mustix3ツ#[redacted], and it was changed to 6RF, 6RF#[redacted] by someone. Their email address was [redacted] I saw their email address in the game's options menu, and then I got kicked out of the game when I tried to change my name back and couldn't get back in. My question is, can you help transfer my Activision account to the email [redacted]? I am very active in playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare / Warzone, and it would be frustrating to lose my statistics, etc. I kindly request a response. It would be helpful if Activision had a German call support page. Additionally, I often stream on Twitch, where all videos are associated with my Activision ID.
Best regards, Mustafa Kelek

I logged in to buy Cold War. I made the purchase and everything seemed fine. After playing for a few days, I noticed my username had changed to all numbers. When I tried to change my Activision name, it said I was out of tokens that I never used. Lacking time to deal with it, I logged out, planning to address it later. A few days before the battle pass was up, I grinded to accumulate [redacted]/[redacted] CP. When I logged in less than 12 hours later, my CP had dropped to [redacted]. I discovered my Activision account had my real name changed to Alpha Beta, my address missing, and the phone number listed was in New Jersey, not Illinois, where I reside. It appears someone gained access to my account.
I submitted a support ticket and waited days, only to be told the submission was incorrect and that I didn't need help recovering my account. The message suggested creating a new Activision account, which I did. I encountered difficulty changing anything on the old account, so I unlinked my battle, Steam, and Xbox accounts and connected them to the new account. However, I lost all progress in the game and have to wait to link it back to my old account. This situation is a complete disaster. I can't buy the new battle pass due to the vanished CP, lost game progress, and the mystery of how my account was compromised. My discarded support ticket leaves me without assistance. I am unable to reach anyone for help. Even attempting to unlink my Steam account results in an error message every time. Please assist me in either linking everything to the old account and correcting the information or transferring my old COD account progress to the new one.

Hello, I hope you are doing well. I recently had an issue with my Call of Duty Cold War account. It was banned for alleged unauthorized software use and manipulation of game data. Despite my appeals, the ban was upheld. I am a college student and have only played a few times without cheating. I did not hack, mod, alter, program, bug, or pirate the game. The email I received stated the ban won't be lifted. I want my account back. Unfortunately, contacting Activision seems difficult as I can only appeal the ban and the provided phone number is not working. Any advice would be appreciated.

I received an email on May 30th informing me that my PSN account was unlinked from my Call of Duty account, followed by another email stating my email address for my Call of Duty account was changed. It's evident that my account was compromised. A friend even mentioned seeing my online status while I was not playing. When I attempt to log in to Activision on my PS4, it indicates that my account is linked to a different one of the same type.
Though I can still access my accounts through a web browser on my phone, I've unsuccessfully tried to relink them. Creating a new account is challenging due to past unlinking within 12 months. Contacting Activision hasn't provided a resolution.
While starting anew is an option, retaining my current email is preferable. I am prompt in checking my emails. Thank you for your anticipated assistance.

After the recent update on Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, I encountered a pop-up prompting me to sign into my Activision account, which I hadn't done in a while. I have two email accounts, one Yahoo and one Gmail. When I tried to sign in using my Gmail account, it displayed a different Activision ID. Even after logging in with that, none of my purchases, rank, or progress were there. Switching to my Yahoo account showed my email but a different gamertag, which was also not right. I discovered that I have to "unlink" the Gmail Activision account to link a new one, but I can't do this as it's only allowed once every 12 months by Activision. I'm unsure how this mix-up occurred or how to retrieve all my lost items and progress.

I recently discovered that my account was banned in Cold S3 after my friend used it during the last season to help with the battle pass. I had asked for his assistance while I was sick. I am baffled as to why my account was banned without any explanation. Even if I am banned from playing online, I should at least be able to play solo. It is unjust to ban me without giving a proper reason, especially since I wasn't the one using my account at the time of the ban. I believe a temporary ban or warning would have been more appropriate to indicate that there was an issue with the account. I invested over $[redacted] into that account and now I cannot even report the ban because my friend already did. I am seeking clarity on this situation.

Mein alter Account lautete: FULL SEND#[redacted].
Mit freundlichen Grüßen,
P. Naumann

Hello,
I have been playing COD: Warzone for a few months now and have really been enjoying it. I've slowly been improving and currently have a KD of approximately 0.7. I've been leveling up different guns and achieving milestones. However, I was shocked to find out that I was banned for allegedly using unauthorized software. I can assure you that I have never engaged in cheating and have no interest in doing so. Despite understanding that this claim may sound cliché, a review of my gameplay would confirm my innocence (especially with only a 0.7 KD).
After researching online, I found that others encountered similar issues related to Razer Synapse software. I had installed this software when I purchased my mouse, not realizing it could be misconstrued as cheating. Could this be the reason behind the ban? Is it a violation of the Terms of Service to use a Razer mouse? I was completely unaware of this possibility.
I can't think of anything else that might have led to the ban, as I am not aware of any other violations. If there is another reason for the ban, please inform me. I am willing to cooperate fully to demonstrate my innocence.
I kindly request assistance in restoring my account. Thank you for your attention and have a wonderful day.

Dear Support Team,
I have been experiencing ongoing problems with Verdansk/Warzone for the past month and a half to two months, and I am seeking your assistance in resolving this issue. Whenever I attempt to play Verdansk, the game crashes and redirects me to my Xbox Home Screen. Despite attempting various solutions such as changing my MAC address and reinstalling the game, the problem persists. Prior to encountering this issue, my Activision account was hacked. Once I regained access to my account, the crashing issue began. I am uncertain if the hacker may have introduced a virus, as I did not experience any disruptions while using a new account during the account recovery process. I hope that you can help me rectify this situation. Please feel free to contact me through this platform for any further queries. Thank you for your anticipated assistance.

Hello, I have been attempting to reach out to obtain assistance for my Activision Account. The issue I am facing is that the email associated with my profile ([redacted]) is no longer active. Due to this, I am unable to verify the changes I need to make. I would like to update my email to a current one ([redacted]). If it's possible to facilitate this email change, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I believe my activation account has been compromised, as the email and password were changed. Surprisingly, all my linked accounts remain intact, allowing me to access the account through PlayStation. Attempting to recover the account prompts me to create a new one to re-link the accounts, which is impossible since they were never unlinked. Unfortunately, trying to unlink the original accounts results in a "system error refresh page" message, hindering any recovery efforts.
To summarize, my account was hacked, and the login credentials were altered. I can still access the account via PlayStation but am unable to unlink accounts, fully deactivate the account, or change the email and password due to the required email verification, which is inaccessible to me.

Hello, I'm seeking assistance regarding linking my PS4 account for "Call of Duty: Warzone" and "Call of Duty: Cold War" to my new PC. While the account linked successfully, it unfortunately erased all previous data from my PS4. Moreover, items worth over £[redacted] did not transfer over as well. I can provide proof of purchase through screenshots which I can share via email. My PS4 ID is chronicman420#[redacted], which contains the missing data. I've been facing challenges trying to resolve this matter.

Good morning,
I have tried reaching out to Activision multiple times through email, Twitter, and Facebook, but I have not received any responses. This situation is frustrating, and I still don't understand why I was banned. I want to be clear; the support from Activision and Blizzard is lacking, and many people are experiencing similar issues. Despite not cheating or hacking, I was banned after purchasing the battle pass. I even tried creating two new accounts, but they were shadow banned as well. I've provided evidence that my PC was infected with ransomware, which may have caused the ban due to encrypted game files. I've tried reinstalling Windows and the game, but the problem persists. My Activision account shows no bans detected, while the Battle.net app states my account is permanently banned. I need direct contact with someone who can help me, as local support has not been responsive. I will attach the proof of the ransomware incident for further investigation.

Good morning,
I have reached out to Activision multiple times through email and Twitter without receiving any responses. I find this situation to be frustrating. I am still uncertain about the reason for my ban. I must be honest; the support from Activision and Blizzard is subpar. Many people are facing issues with their support services. I am extremely frustrated as I have not engaged in cheating, hacking, or using Aimbot. I even purchased the battle pass before being banned. It seems like a ploy to extract money from individuals deliberately. I attempted to create two new accounts, but they are also shadow-banned. I provided evidence that my PC was infected with "RANSOMWARE," encrypting all my files. Despite reinstalling Windows, the encrypted files remain due to sentimental value. Perhaps the encrypted game files triggered the ban, although my Activision account shows "NO BANS DETECTED," whereas the Battle.net app indicates "ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY BANNED." I am confused and seek a resolution to my situation. If possible, please provide me with a direct email address for the owner of Activision or someone who can assist me promptly, as local support has not been responsive.

Yesterday morning, I received an email from Activision stating that my account was unlinked from my PSN account. I found this suspicious and followed the link provided to resolve the issue. I was asked to fill out a form to create a new Activision account with a different email temporarily. After submitting the form, I received an email with a case number. However, later on, I received another email stating that my request couldn't be processed because it was unrelated to the initial form. I tried filling out the form again, only to be told that my account could not be found.

My Activision account has been compromised, and the email and password were changed to "[redacted]" My previous emails were either [redacted] or [redacted] Furthermore, my username was altered from Instingt1884 to warzonefreak420. I am seeking assistance to revert the email back to mine. I suspect these changes occurred within the last 4 to 5 weeks during a period of inactivity in Warzone. When logging in through my connected Blizzard account on the official Activision site, I can only see the modified email and personal information, but my real name remains Domme lecour, with "Domme" being short for Dominic, as reflected in my email address. I have included an Imgur link with a screenshot displaying the details on my logged-in Activision account. I appreciate any prompt support in resolving this issue. Thank you.
