While playing Call of Duty Mobile, a player named Rare complimented my legendary weapons. Soon after, a message appeared on my screen indicating that my account was being accessed from a different location. Despite changing passwords and creating a new account, the hacker, using an iCloud link, continued to gain access and taunt me. Despite having screenshots and suspect's UID, the hacker remains unfazed by my attempts to address the situation. Previous bans for similar incidents suggest this is not an isolated issue. Assistance in removing the hacker from my account would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
Approximately 5-6 months ago, my Activision account was compromised, and the associated email was changed. Despite my attempts to resolve this on the support website and create a new account to link my PSN, I am unable to unlink it from the hacked account.
Although nothing seems to have happened to my account since I am logged in on my PS5, the new email linked to the account is visible in the settings.
The hacker's email that the account is now linked to is: [redacted], with my Activision ID as Pughey2u.
I urgently request assistance in unlinking my PSN from the hacked account so I can connect it to my new Activision account. Despite my numerous attempts to contact support over the past few months, I have not received any response.
I hope for a prompt resolution and look forward to your assistance.
Thank you,
Alex

I need assistance regarding my banned Call of Duty Mobile account. I have been a dedicated player for a long time, and today I was shocked to find out that my account has been banned for 10 years without any valid reason. I have invested approximately $[redacted] into this account through various in-game purchases, as I also run a YouTube channel related to the game. I play on both mobile and emulator, specifically using Gameloop. If there was a mistake on my part, I apologize, but I truly believe this ban is unwarranted. This account is not just valuable to me in terms of time spent, but also financially. I kindly request a review of this situation and ask for the account to be unbanned so I can continue playing. Your understanding and assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

In late February, I wanted to play Warzone on my computer. Accidentally linking my account to my daughter's Blizzard account instead of mine, I realized the mistake when trying to switch it back. Unfortunately, I couldn't recover my account as the linking/unlinking process can only be done once a year. Despite following the recovery steps and creating a new account, my original account with valuable skins, platinum guns, and achievements remains inaccessible. Frustrated by the lack of assistance and the loss of time and money invested in my account, I ended up creating a new account to continue playing. It would be ideal to have my original account restored or merged with the new one, considering the progress and effort I have dedicated to it.

Hello,
I am submitting a support ticket regarding an issue I encountered while trying to purchase the Rambo II Bundle, which was available for a limited time. I am a fan of the Call of Duty series and was looking forward to diving into Cold War after a long day at work. When I saw the Rambo II Bundle, I was excited as Rambo is a beloved childhood character of mine.
I purchased the Gilded Age III Pro Pack and Starter Pack to acquire [redacted] COD points, along with the [redacted] COD points I had from the Battle Pass. Everything seemed fine until I tried to buy the Rambo II Bundle with 7 hours remaining, only to be told it was unavailable. Despite restarting the game, the issue persisted, and I was left feeling disappointed. I had specifically bought the COD points for Rambo, and it's disheartening that a bug prevented me from obtaining it. I don't intend to use these points for anything else; they were solely for this bundle.
I hold great respect for the game developers, but this experience has been frustrating. Since Rambo was a limited-time offer, I doubt I'll get another chance to acquire it. I feel foolish for venting, but I am upset about the money I spent going to waste due to this unexpected problem.
Apologies for sending this message multiple times; I hope you receive my support ticket eventually. I would greatly appreciate it if you could deduct [redacted] COD points from my account to allow me to purchase the Rambo II Bundle or facilitate the acquisition through any other means using the COD points in my account.
I play on PS4, and my account nickname is Damzi03.
Thank you.

I recently received two emails informing me that a Steam user, identified as "yefepe3315," has connected their Steam account to my Activision account. The only Activision game I own is Call of Duty: Modern Warfare on Xbox One. Despite searching for this user on Activision, Steam, and Xbox platforms, I have been unsuccessful in locating them. I plan to reach out to the respective companies regarding this issue. I have already changed the login credentials for my accounts but remain concerned as the individual may have acquired additional personal information. Following the emails, I also received a text message containing a verification code, indicating further attempts to access my accounts. Your assistance in identifying this individual and securing my accounts would be greatly appreciated.

I have used my main account for years, but due to inactivity and a forgotten password, I lost access to the email linked to it. Following Activision.com support services' advice, I created a new account and unlinked my PSN from the old one, only to find out my progression wouldn't carry over. I'm now stuck because I can't unlink the PSN from the new account to link it back to the old one within the 12-month time frame on their website. I requested the new account to be deleted and the PSN unlinked, but they only changed my email on the new account, leaving me unable to access anything at all. I've invested years, time, and money into that account, and losing my player progression isn't fair or legal. I need help resolving this issue.

I need assistance with my Activision account that I use for playing Warzone, Modern Warfare, and Cold War on PlayStation. Recently, my account was compromised, and it got linked to a battle.net account that doesn't belong to me. I've managed to recover my account and secure it, but I'm unable to remove the unauthorized battle.net account. The hacker keeps accessing my games through that linked account, causing disruptions when I play. The system won't allow me to unlink the accounts for 12 months, which is problematic as the perpetrator continues to interfere with my gaming experience. My pertinent information includes my Activision ID: DiaIsquare1886#[redacted], the problematic Battle.net account: Grumpypants#[redacted], and the email associated with my Activision account: [redacted]

Dear Sir/Madam,
Around two weeks ago, my Black Ops Cold War account was permanently suspended for alleged cheating. I am puzzled as I have always played the game honestly. Given that I mainly play COD Zombies, I fail to see the reason to use cheats on non-player zombies. Shooting them is not so challenging. I have consistently played with fair statistics and have not engaged in any cheating behavior. I kindly request guidance on how to contact Activision support to address this unjust suspension.
As a dedicated and honest player within the COD franchise, I am seeking assistance as I firmly believe I have been unfairly banned. Thank you.

My Battle.net account was hacked, and despite regaining access, the hacker attempted to cheat in Call of Duty, resulting in a ban falsely attributed to me. I believe my account's compromised state led to this unfair ban. I kindly request for my account to be unbanned, and I am willing to provide proof of the hacking incident. The Issue ID is #[redacted]3. Although I understand the need for account security, I assure you that I am not responsible for the cheating behavior. I implore you to reconsider this ban. Thank you.

First and foremost, I'd like to express my gratitude for your attention. I will endeavor to succinctly outline my situation. I recently joined Activision in Eden Prairie, MN, under activision [redacted]. I have received various emails but have not received the offer letter mentioned in them, which I was supposed to review, sign, and return within seven days by the 18th of last month. Following the zoom interview, I was congratulated on being hired with a target start date of the 12th of this month. Although John Parrish assured me the offer letter would arrive soon, I did not receive it until the 18th in an email stating that failure to return it within seven business days would result in the job offer being rescinded. Despite expressing my commitment to the job, I was informed I had lost the opportunity. I believe this outcome, due to the missing letter, is unjust. Despite my efforts to address this matter professionally, my appeals seem to have fallen on deaf ears. I am disappointed by this turn of events, as I had high hopes. Thank you for your time and understanding. Apologies for the lengthy message. Regards, Joey

A friend used my account to help with the Cold S* battle pass since I was ill last season. Recently, he informed me that my account was banned without any explanation. I'm puzzled by the ban as I believe I should still have access to the game even if restricted from playing online. I feel it's unfair to be banned without cause, especially when I wasn't the one using the account at the time. A temporary ban or warning would have been more appropriate. I need clarification on why my account, valued at over ***$, was banned. Unfortunately, I can't even report the ban myself as it was my friend who did so on my behalf.

Yesterday morning, an account named "BATTLE" was connected to my Activision account without my consent, with the username "SuperMage#[redacted]". My Activision username was also changed from "zExtrAPoweR" to "LomazthecheatFB#[redacted]" again without my permission. Yesterday, I tried to unlink this unauthorized account from your website, but was unsuccessful. This morning when I launched Warzone, I discovered that I had been permabanned even though I did not engage in any activities on my account recently. I kindly request not only the removal of the ban but also the removal of this unwanted account from my Activision account. I want to emphasize that any violations leading to the ban were not committed by me; my account was compromised by this unknown "hacker." Please carefully review my case and reinstate my account, which I have been dedicated to since the release of Warzone. Thank you, and I hope you can resolve this.

I recently returned to playing Warzone after being away for a week. When I launched the game, it kept crashing but worked in safe mode, leading me to update my drivers. Upon returning after a few hours, the Blizzard launcher indicated my "Account Banned," which left me puzzled as to the reason. I checked with my online friends, who confirmed their accounts were unaffected despite some seeing me online during my absence. This situation is worrying for me as it is the second account I've had to create after my first one was stolen last year. I'm concerned about the possibility of being targeted by someone trying to disrupt my gaming experience, which is both disheartening and frustrating.

I bought an Xbox a year ago and got into playing Call of Duty Warzone. Recently, I got a new PC and wanted to transfer my Activision account to it. However, there seems to be an issue with the email address and phone number associated with my account. The email address is set to my first and last name @gmail.com, which is not correct. Also, the phone number is wrong, and I never had that number. I suspect my account hasn't been compromised, but I want to move my games and items to my Battle.net account so I can play them on my PC, especially Warzone. I've tried using various options like the Xbox console ID and payment details, but I can't proceed without the correct email and phone number, both of which appear to have been automatically set. Any guidance would be appreciated. Thank you.

Two days ago, my Activision account was hacked. After changing my password, I still couldn't log in on my Xbox to play Call of Duty. When I tried to unlink the three hacker accounts on Activision's website, I got error messages saying I couldn't unlink them as they were unlinked within the past 12 months, but the hackers relinked them. Despite filing an account recovery report four times today, all attempts were denied by Activision. Calling customer service didn't help as the automated system wouldn't connect me with an operator. I just want to remove the hackers from my account and be able to use it again, considering the significant amount of money I've spent on COD purchases.

Two days ago, my Activision account was hacked, prompting me to change my password immediately. Despite changing it, I still couldn't access my account on Xbox to play Call of Duty. I visited activision.com to unlink the accounts linked by the hackers, but I encountered errors during the process. The system indicated I couldn't unlink them as they were unlinked in the past 12 months, yet the hackers managed to relink them. Repeated attempts to file an account recovery report were denied, and contacting customer service via phone proved challenging as the automated system didn't connect me to an operator. I'm eager to have the hacker accounts removed, and I've already updated my email and password. I hope Activision can resolve this issue promptly and reconnect my Xbox Live account with my Activision account.

Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with my CP points in the battle pass. My points unexpectedly dropped from [redacted] to [redacted] after contacting Activision about the issue. Despite my confusion, I decided to purchase the Golden Zane skin, which brought my balance to 0 CP instead of the proper [redacted] CP. This has affected my ability to participate in the battle pass, and I am hesitant to invest more money until this matter is resolved. My gamer tags are as follows:
PlayStation ID: The_Real_Jamzy
Activision ID: Killed_By_Jamz#[redacted]. I have been trying to get this sorted out for a month now, and any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

My account was compromised by a hacker, and even though I followed the account recovery process on their website by creating a new account and filing a claim, it has been a week with no resolution. The stolen account was "gmoneymacmurda#[redacted]" linked to my "[redacted]" email. The account was taken on July 1st, and despite multiple follow-ups and claims, some are not addressed, and the promised 24-hour resolution has not occurred. The new account I had to set up is "gmoneymac#[redacted]" with the email "[redacted]" I have paid for content and have significant progress on the stolen account, making this recovery process very difficult. I have already contacted the investor relations team and filed another claim this morning with case number [redacted]07. I hope for a prompt resolution.

I am writing to inform you about a series of events that occurred within the past week since July 3rd. I mistakenly downloaded questionable content which resulted in my computer being infected with harmful viruses. As a consequence, two of my email accounts were compromised, my battle.net account was hacked, and it seems someone gained access to my Activision account around July 4th or 5th. The discovery was made when I noticed my battle.net account had been reset without my knowledge. Upon further inspection, I realized my Activision account had an active enforcement on it. A friend confirmed that my account in Warzone now shows me as level [redacted] prestige 15 under the username Palex072#[redacted]. I have attempted to appeal the ban previously; however, my explanation was rushed due to my initial shock. I kindly request that my account be unbanned as I work on restoring my battle.net account. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
