Hello, I recently encountered an issue with my PSN account linked to Call of Duty. Despite creating a new account as instructed, I noticed someone using my account via the Compassion app. I have made numerous purchases on this account and have attempted a recovery process. However, I received a response stating that my request (Case Number [redacted]20) could not be processed as it did not align with the form's purpose. I am seeking assistance in recovering my account. The response directed me to manage my Activision Account or contact Activision Support for further help. I attempted to call 1[redacted], but to no avail. I find it unfair that someone can simply take what is rightfully mine. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently opened the game to play and found that all my progress, skills, loadout, skins, and level were deleted. I need help restoring my account with the username Hsin#[redacted]. I used to have the Dimascis skin and was part of the 3okd clan from season 3 chapter 1 to season 2 chapter 2. I reached out via email but haven't received a response yet. I want to link my account to my Battlenet with the same name, Hsin. The account name was changed to LAGG#[redacted] without my consent, so I'm kindly requesting to revert it back to the original name, Hsin. Thank you for your assistance. Have a great day.

About a month ago, my Call of Duty account was compromised, and the screen name was altered. Activision has refused to let me contest the ban, claiming I was the account holder when unauthorized software was used. They could verify the IP address during that time, but they choose not to. I find it difficult to accept this decision as I spent $[redacted] on Modern Warfare, a game I enjoyed for over a year without any issues. I took a break from the game for almost a year due to my daughter's illness, and on returning, I discovered the ban. Despite the online tracker indicating activity on a new map in April [redacted], which I didn't play, I am being penalized. How can I come to terms with this unfair situation?

The other day while playing, my screen suddenly turned black with a loading symbol and then I got kicked out of the game. I assumed it had crashed as my PC struggles with demanding games. When I tried to log back in, I was surprised to see that I had been banned. I didn't receive any notification via email about this. I contacted Activision, and they claimed I was using unauthorized software and manipulating game data. They stated the ban was final. I have never cheated in any game. Has anyone else faced a similar ban recently for no reason? If so, how did you manage to get your account reinstated? I enjoy playing Warzone with my friends, and not being able to access it is frustrating, especially with new missions in Cold War that I cannot complete without Warzone access.

To those who modify the PS4 store, Greetings, this is Harold N. I apologize for the repeated requests, this is my third attempt. I am seeking access to the licenses for Crash N.Sane Trilogy, Spyro Reignited Trilogy, and CTR themes and avatars. Despite my current account status, I was unable to pre-order these items. I understand that pre-ordering was necessary, but I bought the pack containing all three digital games to access this content. Unfortunately, as I didn't pre-order, I cannot restore the licenses or clear the cache. Being a devoted fan, I truly want to enjoy this content on my PlayStation 4. My email associated with my PS4/Activision account is [redacted], and my PlayStation ID is shiny-genesect. I am hopeful that with this information, I can receive the bonus content. The inability to do so has been quite disheartening for me.

I began playing Call of Duty Mobile through my Facebook account. A friend recommended linking it to an Activision account to acquire the Ghost skin, so I followed the advice. Four months later, at level [redacted] with a paid pass, upon logging in through Facebook, I was confronted in the lobby by a boy and a girl who claimed my account was no longer mine due to its sale on G2G. Despite still being able to access it via Facebook, the boy, using Activision or another method, threatened to ban my account for a decade. To my dismay, he followed through with his threat the next day even after I reported the incident. The support chat informed me they couldn't assist, leaving me bewildered as no one reached out to explain the situation or offer guidance. It's disheartening that they believed the imposter over me. The ID of the person who acquired my account is: [redacted][redacted]97.

My Activision account in Warzone has been reset to level 1. It's as if I've never played it before. Please assist. Hello, I have been playing Warzone since it was released and recently took a break for about six months. When I tried to play again, I noticed that all my progress and purchases were gone. It's like I have a new account. When I log into the Call of Duty Companion App, I see a completely new BattleTag for my profile that I have never seen before. I have submitted several tickets to support but keep getting turned away. Please help me recover my very expensive account or compensate me for it. The BattleNet account is Kaizo#[redacted]. The Activision account is registered under the email: [redacted]. It's also interesting to note that on 15/04/[redacted], all my account links were removed. I did not do this. Please, please help me.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding an issue I encountered with my Call of Duty account. I last played the game on Friday, May 28th, [redacted] before going on a bank holiday weekend break. Upon returning on Tuesday, June 1st, I tried to log in to my account but was unable to. Despite numerous attempts to reset my password, I did not receive the necessary link. When trying to access my data on the Call of Duty mobile app, I noticed that my progress and stats were unavailable. Additionally, I received emails from Activision stating that my account had been unlinked. As an active player, I was disappointed to face this problem upon my return. I believe my account may have been compromised. I can provide screenshots of my gameplay and iOS app to verify my ownership of the account. Thank you, Ujel

Last week, while playing Call of Duty Cold War on my Xbox One, I encountered a prompt to create an Activision account, which was unusual as I had never been asked to do so before. I decided to create the account and connect it to my Xbox gamertag, hoping to transfer my progress over. However, instead of transferring my stats, my Activision account reset them. I am unsure how to sign out of my Activision account in the game. I would like to either move my progress from my Xbox account to my Activision account or access my stats through my Xbox account. I am open to providing my gamertag and any other necessary information to resolve this issue. While I prefer live communication via phone or chat, I am open to any form of assistance. I am eager to return to one of my favorite games, and I appreciate any help offered. Thank you.

I am reaching out regarding my Account Recovery Case ID: [redacted]07. For the Account Recovery process, I was instructed to create a new Activision Account in Step 1. However, I am unable to do so as my Battlenet account was unlinked and hacked today. I am unable to link it to a new Activision account. I am compelled to use this account that I did not create, and my original email is connected to it. Today, at roughly 9 p.m. in Singapore, upon logging in through Battlenet, I was prompted to log in to my Activision account, an occurrence that has never happened before. Despite attempting to log in, I was informed that my password was incorrect, leading me to reset it. Upon successful login, I discovered that my entire account had been reset. Notably, my display name had been changed to Awa Awa (which I did not set), I had been reduced to Rank 1, my unlocks such as blueprints, camos, operator skins, and purchases were all missing. The only thing that remained was my remaining cod points. It is disheartening to have lost everything I earned or bought in the game. Subsequently, after seeking assistance, I was directed to create a new Activision Account and relink it to my Battlenet account. Sadly, I am unable to do so as the hacker had already unlinked my account, and I cannot link it to a new Activision account due to the 12-month rule. Upon checking my email for any suspicious activity, I found an email at 3 a.m. in Singapore, indicating that I completed the Activision Account Registration, which I did not authorize. I find it perplexing that my email was used to form an account (Awa Awa) that I did not create, yet I have no alternative but to utilize it for the recovery process. While I believe I have not linked my Activision account to Battlenet previously, the urgent matter is the use of an account (Awa Awa) that is not of my making. Due to the above issues, I am unable to use a new email address and must use my original [redacted] I request the prompt recovery of my account. I have invested considerable time and money into this game, and I trust that Activision will manage this situation appropriately and restore my account efficiently. Best regards, Nicholas

I recently purchased a PlayStation 5 and realized I had not linked my Call of Duty account, wanting to transfer my progress from Xbox One S to PS5. Despite trying to link accounts on the Call of Duty website for Battle.net, Xbox, and PlayStation, it did not work. Subsequently, after logging in on Xbox, I lost all my progress and purchases. While attempting to link via the website, I unintentionally signed into my PlayStation account instead of Xbox, leading to confusion. Can you assist remotely in linking my accounts or provide guidance through email to alleviate the stress of troubleshooting on my own?

While playing a game on Call of Duty Modern Warfare, I encountered a sudden kick out during a match. Upon restarting the game, I noticed that my username had been altered without my consent. After attempting to log into my Activision account, I realized that my account details had been changed entirely, including my email, password, address, username, and name. Despite managing to rectify most of the changes, I was unable to revert my username back to its original form. It is currently set as AAWolf##[redacted] instead of EmulousEeyore#[redacted], and I have exhausted my available Username Changes. Upon researching, I discovered that my old username was listed for sale on the website PlayerUp, indicating that it was likely sold by the individual who hacked into my account. I am seeking assistance to better understand the situation and enhance the security of my account, along with addressing the username change issue. Although I have already lodged an email complaint, I am exploring alternative avenues for resolution. I appreciate your patience and understanding regarding this matter.

My Call of Duty Mobile account was stolen and sold on a platform known as G2G without my knowledge. I was unable to access my account for about a month due to exams. Today, when I logged in, I noticed purchases were made including a war ticket with CP loaded. The person who did this added his friend to my account and threatened to have me banned for 10 years. As a result, my account has been banned until 07.06.[redacted]. This situation is extremely unjust, and I am reaching out in hopes of receiving assistance and justice.

Last week on July 4th, I tried to log into Call of Duty Modern Warfare, but it kept asking me to log in again. When I did, it said there was something wrong, and in my Activision account email, it mentioned that my account was unlinked from PSN. I initially thought it was my password, but when I tried to reset it multiple times, I didn't receive any emails. I couldn't play. I use the Call of Duty app on my phone, and when I logged in, it showed games I didn't play. There's another username, but my stats and game history are there, indicating my account was stolen. That user hasn't played using my account since. I need my account back as it has many hours of gameplay and progress. I've had Call of Duty points since Season 1 Battle Pass, so I've played for a long time. I need a solution for my account. My Activision username is ELVIO LAO. In the Call of Duty app, it now shows the name as xreetilnul#[redacted]. I hope to hear back soon because starting over from scratch is daunting. Thank you.

I'm experiencing issues with Activision support. Someone attempted to compromise my Call of Duty: Cold War account, resulting in the loss of all my progress. Despite contacting support three weeks ago to explain that I can't create a new account due to the old one being linked, I haven't received a resolution. The support representative requested my email and ATV ID multiple times in a repetitive manner. They suggested creating a temporary account, which raised concerns regarding progress and purchases not carrying over. I'm unsure if I'm conversing with a bot or a human representative. As a dedicated player who has invested time and money in the game, I simply seek assistance in restoring my progress and being able to enjoy the game I love.

Hello, I have a situation with Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. Last time I logged in, I was prompted to either log in with my Xbox Live account or create an Activision account, which was unusual. I opted to create a new Activision account assuming it might be a new requirement. Now, my new account is linked, but all my progress, ranks, bundles, and battle pass progress have been reset to zero when I enter the game. Trying to unlink the account on the Activision/CoD website has been unsuccessful as it claims it was done within the last year, which is inaccurate. The option to delete the account is also unavailable at the moment. I have reached out to their support team, but after 2 days, I have only received an initial response with no further assistance. I am eager to resolve this issue as I aim to complete the battle pass before it expires. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Dear Activision Team, On June 10th, I received an email informing me that my account's email address had been changed. Initially, I thought it was a scam, but it turned out to be legitimate. Today around 1 p.m., I tried to log back into Call of Duty and was surprised to find that I couldn't. I've attempted everything to regain access to my account, but all my efforts have been unsuccessful. I created a new account in hopes of recovering my old one, but I was told to wait as my account had recently been linked to another. While I don't mind losing my levels, I'm concerned about the money I've invested in the game. I would appreciate a prompt response. Email: [redacted] Phone: [redacted]5 Best regards, E. Sorrentino
