It appears that I've been unexpectedly logged out of my account and I'm unable to access the game I purchased for the new season. I play on PlayStation and I assure you that I have never engaged in any hacking activities. It's frustrating to see legitimate players facing issues while hackers go unpunished. I hope that the account access matter can be resolved promptly by tomorrow, May 10th.

I am currently unable to access my main PlayStation account and I am attempting to link my Activision account to my other PlayStation account for cross-progression and cloud friends features. Despite following the instructions and entering my login details, I keep encountering an error message about a merge conflict. I invested in the battle pass and now I am unable to log in to access my progress, including reaching tier [redacted]. I am frustrated with the issues I am facing and it feels like a scam.

I logged onto Call of Duty Warzone as usual last night to play some games before bed. I was prompted to sign into an Activision account, which seemed odd because I thought I already had one linked to my Xbox account "Dugs." I created a new Activision account assuming I didn't have one before and that it would link to my Xbox account, but I ended up starting over at level one on both Cold War and Warzone without any unlocks. When I checked the Call of Duty companion app, I saw that I was still logged into my old account, which had my previous stats. However, the account name had been changed from "Dugs#(I don’t remember the numbers)" to "M7MD#[redacted]." It appears someone may have taken over my old account and linked it elsewhere because matches were played on it while I was trying to resolve the issue. I'm seeking assistance to recover my original account, where I had put in a lot of time and effort. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I recently encountered issues logging into my Activision account while playing Warzone as my password was not accepted. Upon attempting to reset it, I did not receive any reset email. After exploring my inbox, I discovered four emails from Call of Duty.
The first email notified me that my PSN account was unlinked, the second mentioned that my Battle.net account was unlinked, the third one informed me of my account being linked to a new Battle.net account, and the last email confirmed a successful change of my email address to a different one.
Realizing my account was compromised, I swiftly contacted Activision support two weeks ago but have not received any response yet. I even communicated with the individual now using my account, who confessed to purchasing it and subsequently blocked me.
Despite the breach, I am still logged into the COD companion app and have documented evidence, including match details. I possess several Battle.net receipts as well, unsure if they are relevant.
Having invested considerable time, effort, and money into customizing my account with gold guns on MW and Cold War, I am hopeful for a resolution to reclaim it. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I used to have an old account that was permanently banned without any valid reason. I created a new account which is now shadow banned. When I play, I only encounter hackers and experience high ping. The old account might have been banned because it was accessed on a computer with hacks, but those were not used by me intentionally. I spent a significant amount of money to return to the game and have fun, only to encounter a shadow ban due to your system. I feel frustrated having wasted $[redacted] and still unable to play. The situation of getting banned unjustly and then shadow banned with the new account, causing a loss of time and money, is disheartening. My old account was associated with Blizzard, and my new one is linked to [redacted]. I hope for assistance regarding this matter.

Nine business days ago, I submitted a support ticket to Activision regarding my Call of Duty Mobile account. While on the road, I kept receiving error messages stating, “Account accessed from another location. Please secure your account. (0,[redacted])” and would be unexpectedly logged out. Upon logging back in, I noticed unauthorized name and class changes happening during a match, persisting for hours. Due to lack of computer access, I could only address this once home. Activision mentioned a 4-day response time. I can provide purchase history dating back to October [redacted]. Although I have Facebook access, my Activision access is lost. Upon checking my Warzone account, I discovered my email and password had been changed. I wasn’t aware of the option for 2-factor authentication as I seldom visit Activision’s main site. The account seems compromised with evidence in the form of videos and screenshots of error messages. I possess payment history back to October [redacted] and recent transaction records. I have all UID’s and Player IDs for both Warzone/Modern Warfare and COD Mobile accounts. Contacting Activision has been challenging. CODM UID is [redacted][redacted]81.

I need to report an issue with my Activision account being compromised. On January 4, [redacted], at 1:25 am local time in West Indonesia, I received multiple emails notifying me that my PlayStation account was unlinked, my password was changed, and my Activision account was linked to a hacker's Battle.net account named ShadowStorm#[redacted]. My PlayStation account is Babayaga_IDN, and my Activision account is D-Soerja#[redacted]. I am concerned that my account might be misused for hacking activities or sold to a third party. Additionally, I have invested a significant amount of money in my account through purchasing the battle pass and various cosmetics. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

While my husband was playing Cold War on his PC with our son, his account was suddenly banned without a clear explanation. The accusation of using unauthorized software and manipulating data lacks specifics, making it difficult for us to address the issue. We have invested a significant amount of money into your products and would like his account to be reinstated so we can continue enjoying the game we paid for or receive a refund. After researching, it's evident that this problem has affected other PC players as well. Please feel free to reach out to me if you need more information.

On Friday, my Battle.net account was compromised, but I was able to regain access the following day, Saturday, 05/15/[redacted]. Unfortunately, my Activision account was permanently banned for alleged unauthorized software usage and manipulating game data. I've attempted to appeal the decision without success. I am seeking a more in-depth review of my case, including examining devices and locations that accessed my Activision and Battle.net profiles. I'm also interested in contacting local support by phone for further assistance. I appreciate any help resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am a 40-year-old father with a 14-year-old son who occasionally uses my account. On May 16th, my son used my computer and installed cheat software for MW without my knowledge or permission. I do not support cheating and have always been vigilant in reporting cheaters to maintain the integrity of the game for my enjoyment with friends. I have invested a significant amount of money in weapons and packages to play the game legitimately. Discovering this unauthorized activity, I will ensure that my son no longer has access to the game and will have a serious conversation with him about the consequences of cheating. I kindly request that this situation be reviewed by a manager or appropriate personnel to avoid incorrectly penalizing me as a cheater. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On July 5, [redacted], I encountered an issue logging into my Activision account to play Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War/Call of Duty Modern Warfare. Initially, I didn't need to provide my email/password, but now upon entering my email, it states 'invalid email'. Concerned, I asked my friends to check on my account, suspecting it may have been sold with a different name.
I've cherished this account since my teenage years and have invested a significant amount of money on the Call of Duty series. Despite my efforts to reach out, I have faced silence from their end. I've also sought assistance from the BBB in the hope of resolving this matter.

I am seeking assistance again as I have not received a follow-up email confirming the creation of my ticket. Early this morning on the 19th, I mistakenly purchased a tier skip in the Battle Pass while trying to skip a celebration. This was the first time this has happened and I now only have 200cp left. Considering my progress in the Battle Pass at level 48, I should have had around 600cp. I am concerned that when I accidentally bought the tier skip, it also purchased the tiers I intended to skip. I am unsure how this occurred, and I wish to review my purchases and balance to potentially revert the transaction. I have not played since the incident and encountered difficulties signing into my Activision account on the website. Despite attempts to create a support ticket, I have not received any confirmation emails or case numbers. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I need help as I have not received a confirmation email for my ticket creation. Early on the 19th, I made a mistake while trying to skip the battle pass celebration and accidentally bought a tier skip instead. This has left me with only 200cp remaining. Usually, by reaching level 48 in the battle pass season, I should have acquired around 600cp, which is concerning as I have been playing and saving for a long time. I suspect that when I accidentally purchased the tier skip, I might have also inadvertently bought additional tiers. I am worried about my lost cp and would like to review my purchases to understand what happened and possibly revert them. I have been unable to access my Activision account on the website as it redirects me in a loop for Google authentication. I am frustrated with the situation and the lack of communication regarding my support ticket. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out again regarding your initial response, which I find unacceptable!! I have been banned from the game Modern Warfare/Warzone due to a potential hacking of my account, which was then used by someone employing cheats. I have invested money and time into your game! Surely, you can see from the cheat detection that it was not me playing (IP address, location of connection, etc.). You stated the case is closed, but you are responsible for the security vulnerabilities in your game - there is now even a two-step verification upon logging into the Activision account, indicating you are aware that accounts get hacked! I am 43 years old, I have never cheated. After two months of not playing, when I restart the console, my password no longer works, I create a new one, and then I get banned! By acting this way, indeed you may have expelled a cheater, but you are also driving away honest players! Do you think I will create a new account, spend money on it after this? You cannot do whatever you want to anyone. I await a response or a phone number for further discussion! Thank you for your reply.

I've been experiencing Dev error [redacted] whenever I try to load Warzone on my PC. This issue started after I purchased the Carv.2 bundle. I've attempted all suggested solutions like reinstalling, scanning and repairing the game. To troubleshoot, I created a new account where I can play without any crashes. The problem seems to be isolated to my main account. Despite multiple attempts, the crashes persist. I'm reaching out for help as this has been incredibly frustrating, especially since I've invested money into battle passes, gun skins, and operators on my main account. If transferring my items to the new account is a possibility, I'd appreciate it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello,
I hope this message finds you well.
I encountered a problem with my Activision account on May 9, [redacted]. After receiving an email notifying me that my account had been unlinked from my email, I discovered I could no longer access Call of Duty Warzone. I proceeded to fill out the hacked accounts form on the Activision website, created a new account to link with the old one, and followed the process, waiting for them to address the issue within 10 business days. Unfortunately, I did not receive any communication from them, and I have been unable to contact Activision via phone or email. It appears that I may not receive assistance from them. The ticket number for my request with Activision is # [redacted]25. The hacked Activision account is Agent_forty_7 (PSN).
I appreciate any help you can offer.
Thank you.

I could access my Activision account on the evening of 5/5/21. The next morning, when I tried to play warzone with my friends, I was prompted to sign in again. After signing in, I realized that I lost all my progress, stats, challenges, levels, attachments, and camos, including Damascus and DM Ultra. I was reset to level 0 in Modern Warfare and Black Ops Cold War.
Despite reaching out to Activision's support, following the 10-day waiting period suggestion, and attempting troubleshooting steps like unlinking and relinking the account, tweeting, and direct messaging on Instagram, I have not made any progress in recovering my account. I received a confirmation of my support case filed on 5/6/21 but have not received any updates since then.

Hello, I'm Phaeton. I am a player of COD Mobile and the Master of my clan. Recently, I made the mistake of passing the leadership to a member who is not responding to my messages or playing actively. I have tried to communicate with him in-game, but to no avail. This player joined the clan recently, plays only a few games, and seems to be a young kid based on the photo I found. Despite my attempts to talk to him, he has not accepted the invitation. As the Vice-master, I need to regain control of the clan before upcoming competitions and clan wars. I urgently need advice on how to resolve this situation and retain leadership of my clan. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

I experienced issues with Warzone crashing frequently, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the game. Upon reinstalling, I was asked for my Activision login details, but my account was not found. I attempted to reset my password online but did not receive a reset email, as it claimed no account existed. The last time I reset my password successfully was in June [redacted]. I then logged in with my Xbox credentials, which prompted me to create a new Activision account. Unfortunately, all my progress and unlocks in Warzone and Cold War, accumulated over [redacted]+ hours, have been reset. My friends can still see my account with our clan tag, stats, and emblem that was purchased with COD points recently, but the name now reads as Danger#[redacted] instead of my original username Starkiller#[redacted]. I am uncertain about what transpired, whether it was a hack or if my account was unlinked from Xbox, but I am eager to recover my account as it still seems to be intact.

Between May 16 and May 22, my COD Mobile account was hacked. Upon logging in on the 23rd, I observed the following changes: 1) my name was altered from el_kloppo to dog+ 2) all my loadouts were modified 3) coins were spent 4) the hacker played Free for All 5) friends were removed. Despite being connected to my Apple ID and Line ID, I have never created an Activision account. I suspect the hacker linked it to their own. Occasionally, upon logging in, I receive a message saying "Account accessed from another location. Please secure your account," leading to me being kicked out. This occurred multiple times in a short span with a new friend added (Mop+). The hacker demanded £35 for account control, which I declined. I established a new COD Mobile account (UID H3C2V5), an Activision account, enabled 2FAuth, and linked them. However, I seek the recovery of my old account (UID D7TSX2) which contains valuable progress and purchases. I request assistance in regaining control, potentially identifying and banning the associated Activision account.
