I recently received a permanent ban on Warzone, despite having done nothing wrong while playing the game. I have not engaged in any glitches, used offensive names or clan tags, or hacked/cheated in any way. I am confused about why this has happened as I have used this account for years on Xbox and recently started playing on my new gaming PC. After around a month of playing, I was suddenly kicked out of the game and informed of the permanent ban. I have noticed that many others are facing a similar issue, and I believe there may have been an error. Despite reaching out to the support team, I have not received any assistance. I urge you to investigate this matter as I am adamant that I have not violated any rules. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am reaching out for assistance regarding my Activision account being compromised. Although I can still play due to my Facebook account connection, I receive a message notifying me of unauthorized access. I have tried resetting the password but have not received any emails from Activision. The hacker has used all my CP intended for the battle pass. I kindly request to deactivate the hacked Activision account while noting that I can log in through Facebook and have also linked my game to Google. My in-game name is "venkatesh" and my corresponding email is "[redacted]". Thank you.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Activision account while trying to play COD MW this morning. Even though I used the correct email and password that I've always used, it keeps telling me they are wrong. I have tried the forgot password link multiple times but have not received the reset email. Since I can't access my account, I am unable to contact support to resolve this issue. I even created a new account with the same email, which makes me concerned my original account may have been compromised. I have made in-game purchases on that account and would like to regain access to it with all my previous purchases intact. If that is not possible, I would like a refund for all the items I've bought.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Activision account. Today, when I launched COD MW, it asked me to log in to my Activision account, which only happened the first time I played. I entered my email and password, but it keeps saying they are incorrect. Despite clicking the forgot password link several times, I have not received an email to reset the password. I have never changed my password, so I believe it was correct. I tried to reach out to Activision support but was directed to chat with an agent, which I cannot do as I cannot log in. I have lost all the content on my Call of Duty account, for which I made significant purchases. I would appreciate it if my account could be restored with all my items intact. If this is not possible, I would like a refund for all my Activision-related purchases.

Game: Warzone Issue 1: Incorrectly banned account Issue 2: Unable to obtain evidence for the ban reason. I have never violated any rules, and I have been a dedicated player using the same account and nickname for a long time without any issues. Please review my account's progress and usage history. While loading a game, the video froze, and upon restarting, I discovered my account was banned. Please investigate if a poor connection or startup issue caused this problem. I request the reinstatement of my account.

I encountered an issue with my Microsoft-linked Activision account while trying to play Modern Warfare. It required me to sign in, but my attempts were unsuccessful. Upon signing into Activision on my computer using my Microsoft details, I was asked to create a new account, indicating a potential hack or deletion of my original account, "Deathblade37," associated with my Microsoft account, Legitbook193432. Both accounts are linked to [redacted] This is troubling as I have invested $[redacted] in the game and approximately $[redacted] in in-game purchases, with recent expenditures showing on my bank statements. I hadn't played since 08/13/[redacted] and today (8/19/[redacted]) was my first attempt to log in. Assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I experienced an issue when trying to launch the game. Upon starting it, I only had a brief 5-10 second window before encountering a Fatal Error. While I understand the cause of the error, the time provided was insufficient for me to address it. Each time it happened, I had to close the window without any other option. I found a solution on YouTube, but I hesitated as it required deleting game files to trigger an update. I was apprehensive about potential complications that could arise, leading to a loss of all my progress.

While I was out today, my wife was at work, so I asked my little brother to watch my dog. I let him use my Xbox and laptop so he wouldn't be bored. However, when I returned home, I discovered that my account was permanently banned. I'm confused as to what led to this ban since I wasn't even home when it happened. I've invested a lot of time and money into this game, so I'm hoping for clarification on the ban and possibly having my account unbanned. My Xbox account is Crazyscheffy, and my Battlenet account is Scheffy47#[redacted]. I recently upgraded my computer to enhance my gaming experience.

Hello. I seem to have lost or had my account reset on Warzone and Modern Warfare multiplayer. I've been playing since day one and participated in all seasons, but when I now log in, everything is gone - my rank, skins, barracks records, friends, and the Regiment we created. According to my friends, I was last online on Friday 14/08, but now they can't find me in their lists or on the scoreboard. I mainly play on PS4, but I also use my laptop for work offshore, where I play on PC. I've been trying to contact Activision, but their chat feature isn't loading for me; I've attempted for several hours without success. What should I do to resolve this issue?

I purchased the battle pass, but it did not unlock any content. When I try to claim the battle pass tokens, I receive an error message. I have been trying to reach out for assistance all day but haven't received a response. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the battle pass that I paid for, and if possible, the full game as well. Thank you.

A few days ago I attempted to log in to Modern Warfare, only to find out that my PlayStation Network ID was no longer linked to the account. I was prompted to create a new Activision ID which I don't want to do as I have numerous purchases and a significant amount of time invested in my original account. Even though I could still access the CoD app, I discovered that my PSN user had changed all the account details. I am unsure of who to report this issue to as Activision seems to lack email or phone support. I tried reaching out to them via Twitter with no response yet, and their "LIVE CHAT" feature does not function. Additionally, they changed the email linked to the account, preventing me from using the "Forgot Password?" option. My original Activision account is now inaccessible. How else can I go about recovering it?

I recently received a one-week suspension for using the name "Jude" in the game, which happens to be my real first name. It was quite puzzling to find out that this was the reason for my ban. Upon investigating, I discovered that "Jude" means "Jew" in German. I want to clarify that I had no intention of causing offense with my name choice, just as my parents did not 18 years ago when they named me. Despite numerous discussions with Activision staff, they claim they are unsure why I was banned and that there is no solution. As a dedicated Call of Duty player who enjoys the game daily, you can understand my frustration at having to use the generic name "User[redacted]9."

My son was banned from Modern Warfare for downloading an injector, so I wiped the computer, got him a new one, and repurchased the game. I originally played on PS4 and downloaded the game on his old computer after wiping it, which mistakenly got my account banned too. I spent over $[redacted] purchasing the game multiple times and additional extras, and now I'm unable to play. I planned on spending more money in the future but I'm unsure where to do so without risking another ban. I would like to be either unbanned entirely or at least have my PS4 unlinked from Battle.net. I innocently linked the accounts and have never cheated or even know how to cheat. My son is taking responsibility for his actions, and I've primarily played on PS4 without any issues until connecting to his banned computer.

Hello, During the pandemic, I've been playing a lot of Call of Duty Warzone, which has helped me get through this tough time. This is the first Call of Duty game I've purchased in a while, and I've been having a lot of fun playing it, including streaming it occasionally. Today, while playing with my friends, I was unexpectedly kicked from the game and later discovered that my account was banned. I am confused as to why this happened, as I was streaming my gameplay and received no prior explanation for the ban. I have invested in COD points, skins, and the full game, so this ban is disheartening. I kindly request an explanation and assistance in resolving this issue as I believe I was unjustly banned. My Activision account for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has been hacked. I am unable to log in as the hacker changed both my email and password. The only place I can access the account is through the Call of Duty app on my phone where I screenshotted the important information. I noticed it being used by different PS4 users with different PSN tags. I had put in a lot of effort to achieve Damascus and purchased many COD points from the store. I just want my account back. Any help to resolve this would be highly appreciated. Do you require any specific information from me?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Letzte Woche habe ich erneut eine PlayStation 3 mit dem Spiel MW3 gekauft, um online zu spielen. Leider kann ich nicht auf die Server zugreifen, da die alte Online-ID der PS3 durch die neue der PS4 ersetzt wurde. Ich habe also 30€ bezahlt, aber kann das Spiel nicht richtig nutzen. Ich habe einen neuen Account mit einer neuen Online-ID auf der PS3 erstellt, musste jedoch MW3 erneut für 30€ kaufen. Trotz LAN-Verbindung und gutem NAT-Typ ist das Online-Spielen nicht möglich. Ich bitte um Rückerstattung des Geldes für die Spiele oder um eine Lösung, um online spielen zu können, da das Spiel derzeit in beiden Fällen nicht funktioniert. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Paul V. Hello, I recently bought the Mara Operator Bundle in COD: Modern Warfare, and afterwards, I got a notification prompting me to create an Activision account to continue playing the game, something I had not done before. I followed the steps, created a new Activision Account, and linked it to my Blizzard BattleNet account. Unfortunately, after doing this, all my game data, including the battle pass and purchased bundles, disappeared. My rank was also set back to 1, and I lost the battle pass completely. Despite my attempts, such as unlinking the Activision Account, I have been unsuccessful in recovering my game data. It's essential to me as I have invested a significant amount of effort and money into it. If anyone can offer assistance, I would greatly appreciate it. I have been experiencing an issue with the Chronic blueprint in Call of Duty. Whenever I use it, it breaks both the Thermite rounds and Explosive rounds. Despite my attempts to contact Activision support, I have not received a response. I paid [redacted] cod points for this bundle and all I want is for someone to acknowledge the problem so it can be fixed. I just want to be able to enjoy using the fun ammo types without any issues. It's frustrating that this problem seems to be unknown to many, and I hope for a resolution soon.

After buying 1,[redacted] cod points, a pop-up appeared stating that the purchase was successful, but there was a temporary issue adding some of the items to the account. Despite restarting the game and playing several matches, the purchased items have not been received in-game. These purchases were made on August 7th, 15th, and September 9th, about a month and a half ago.
