I recently purchased a new phone and transferred my data. However, I am having issues with my Call of Duty mobile game not transferring my purchases and progress. Despite numerous attempts to contact Activision for support, I have been unable to start a live chat for the past four days. I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of assistance from Activision. I am requesting that my account be restored with all my purchases and progress intact. If this is not possible, I am also seeking a full refund for all transactions for which I have receipts.

Hello, I'm Joan. This is the third time I'm reaching out. When I first played Call Of Duty Warzone, I mistakenly used an old email address that I can no longer access. I'm unable to recover the password for it. I'd like to update my account to use my current email address, which is [redacted] This is my third attempt to get this issue resolved.

I tried to log in with my email address for TheGulagGandhi account, but ended up logging into my other account - xWDJx on [redacted] I mistakenly used my mobile number. I removed the mobile number from xWDJx account to use it for logging into TheGulagGandhi account on my PC (from PlayStation). However, it now shows an error message stating the mobile number is already linked to another Call of Duty: Warzone account. Although I unlinked the phone number from xWDJx account, I am unable to use it for TheGulagGandhi account. I need assistance in logging into PC Warzone with TheGulagGandhi account and that mobile number. Thank you for your help.

I urgently seek assistance as my account was hacked two days ago. Despite trying to contact Activision through various platforms, I have not received any support. While playing, I was suddenly kicked out with a message stating my account was logged into a different console. Furthermore, I received an email indicating a change in the associated COD account without specifying the new address. Despite my efforts to contact support, I only received an auto-generated email about banning players. I am currently locked out of my account and unable to report the issue. I kindly ask for immediate help in resolving this matter.

A few months ago, my account was hacked, and the hacker gained access to all my credentials. I managed to recover my Blizzard account with the help of customer service, but I just realized that my Activision account was also removed. I'm now unable to retrieve my Activision account, which I had invested in purchasing and had already achieved the Damascus camo. I worked tirelessly on that account, spending both money and hours. Please assist me in recovering it.

I am concerned about the ease with which email and password changes can be made for an Activision account. I have put in a lot of effort to achieve certain goals within the game, including obtaining the Damascucs characters and purchasing two season battle passes. Unfortunately, a hacker was able to effortlessly change the email and password associated with the account, allowing me to create a new account using the same email without any notification that an account already existed. Unlike Activision, Blizzard notifies users via email when a password is changed. Is there a way for me to recover my account? Is there a record of the previous links to that account that could help with the recovery process?

Hello,
I hope you're well. I upgraded my device and am encountering difficulties accessing my former Call of Duty account. Every attempt to link it via Google results in an error message saying, "Link unsuccessful. Please try again." I solely rely on Google since I lack accounts with Activision or Facebook. The thought of starting anew is daunting as I risk losing valuable progress. I am eager to resume where I left off instead of commencing from square one. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

I created an account on my PC and played for about 2 hours on the first day and ended up in a lobby full of cheaters, so I stopped playing the game for a few days. When I returned yesterday, [redacted]7, I played for around 4 hours, mostly on shipment. However, when I logged in today, [redacted]8, I was shocked to find out that my account had been permanently banned. I want to clarify that I never used any cheats or engaged in inappropriate behavior. Despite encountering cheaters in the game, I always reported them. It is frustrating to see legitimate players being unfairly banned while actual cheaters continue to play without consequences. I have invested money in multiple Call of Duty games, including Modern Warfare and Cold War, buying skins and season passes. I would appreciate it if my account, with the username Darth Revan2, could be reinstated, or at least receive a temporary ban instead.

I am requesting an appeal for the ban on my gaming account. I am confident that I have not engaged in cheating or offensive behavior that would warrant a ban. I do not have the financial means to afford hacks even if I wanted them. My gameplay statistics reflect my dedication, with a KD ratio of 1.42 after 30 days of play, with [redacted] kills and [redacted] deaths. While I may have used a broken game variant in the past, it was not for cheating purposes but influenced by streamers. My gaming history includes [redacted] games with only 98 wins, illustrating my fair play.
Despite my efforts to achieve legitimate milestones such as Damascus, my multiplayer stats remain modest, with a win ratio below 0.5 and a KD ratio of 1.05. I take pride in my account and find it disheartening to face a ban under unclear circumstances. I believe my ban contrasts with the leniency shown towards actual hackers in the game who achieve significantly higher kill counts without repercussions. I seek resolution for this issue promptly as I value my hard work and enjoyment of the game. My contact information is provided for further communication.

I have recently been banned from my main account. I've been playing this game since season 1 with no issues. After taking a break for a month to play GTA roleplay due to encountering hackers, I returned excited for season 5. As a skilled player with a K/D of 3.50, sometimes my shots are mistaken for hacking, which my friends tease me about. Unfortunately, a friend jokingly reported me, resulting in a ban. I have never used hacks in any game, including Call of Duty since MW2. I value my progress, money, and time on this account, and I hope for a resolution to this matter so I can continue enjoying the game. Thank you for your attention to this. Sincerely, TheRaiin17.

Dear Blizzard Team,
My friend and I were banned from Cod MW WITHOUT REASON! We have invested a lot of money into the game and consider it outrageous to have our accounts suspended. I often read about players being banned for no reason! What is going on?! Many players are frustrated, not for fun! We do not use hacks or mods!!! How could something like this happen? Were there players who reported people without reason? Is that all that's considered? Respect! We hope our account will be reinstated, otherwise, we will ensure to get our money back. And if necessary, involve a lawyer! My friend's account email is: [redacted] My account email: [redacted]
Sincerely

I have been playing Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 1+2 on Xbox One using the gamertag Serenity Now197. Recently, I encountered an issue in the Create A Park section of the game. Despite creating and publishing three parks with accumulated upvotes, I noticed a problem this week. Whenever I attempted to edit or play in one of my created parks, I was redirected to a different park that I had not created. This issue occurred for all three of my parks, leading me to believe that my parks may have been deleted. Surprisingly, my screenshots still show my creations, but when accessed, they display different content.
In an attempt to resolve this myself, I tried unpublishing and republishing my parks, only to lose all the upvotes they had garnered. It was disheartening to lose the recognition I had earned for my hard work.
I am hopeful that my parks can be restored to their original state to avoid losing the effort I invested in creating them. The names of the parks affected are: The Two Towers, Alki, and District 13. Any assistance with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your help.

Since the launch of Call of Duty: Warzone, I have enjoyed playing the game with minimal issues. However, a week ago, my PC started experiencing crashes to the desktop or freezing with fatal errors, making it impossible for me to play. I have exhaustively searched for solutions online and tried various fixes. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the game and Battle.net, updated the drivers for my AMD and NVIDIA graphics cards, and even performed a full Windows reinstall, but the problem persists. I have adjusted graphical settings and confirmed that my system meets the recommended specs.

After transitioning from Xbox to PC, upon logging into my account, I noticed a high [redacted] mbs ping which led me to suspect I might have been shadow banned based on what I've read online. Creating a new account confirmed my fears as it was also shadow banned right from the start. I have been a devoted Call of Duty player for a decade and have always played fairly without any cheating. I am confident that a mere inspection would prove the legitimacy of my account. Despite the strict anti-cheat policy, I believe I should not be penalized as I have never engaged in cheating. It's frustrating as I recently invested in a $[redacted] PC, aiming to start streaming, yet I cannot participate in real matches. I am reaching out to seek assistance in resolving this issue promptly. My Activision accounts linked to reidmontano10@gmailcom and [redacted] have been unfairly banned, causing distress considering the time and money I have invested in the game. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Subject: Request for Account Review Due to Shadow Ban
Good afternoon,
I am reaching out concerning my Activision account, which appears to have been shadow banned recently. While I understand the importance of combating cheating in games like Call of Duty: Warzone, I believe this ban may have been a mistake. I play Warzone daily as I stream regularly, and I rely on a stable connection. Unfortunately, my ping has soared to 350ms, impacting my ability to enjoy the game.
Despite assessing my internet connection through diagnostics with my provider, all seems to be functioning correctly. I have been advised to seek support from Activision. I urge the Activision team to thoroughly investigate my account and any associated reports to uncover the root of this issue.
I acknowledge the prevalence of cheating in online gaming and support efforts to maintain fair play. I share my PC with my younger brother, who has faced a permanent ban for cheating. While he denies any wrongdoing, I understand that his actions may have unintentionally impacted my account. I emphasize my dedication to fair play and the investment I have made in the game, both financially and in terms of time.
Please conduct a detailed review of my account, as I am confident it will reveal my commitment to playing within the rules. My Activision account details are Lowy#[redacted]. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Thank you for your assistance.
Regards,
Steve

Hello,
I received an email today notifying me that my Activision account email and password have been changed. Initially, I didn't think much of it, as it went directly to my email. Upon returning from work, I tried to play Call of Duty and realized that all my loadouts had been altered. When attempting to join a game, I was unable to play as I got kicked out of COD. Checking my COD app on my phone, I noticed that my Xbox account had been removed and a PlayStation account was added instead. Following the recovery process outlined on activision.com, I created a new account and reconnected my Xbox account. However, upon logging back in on the Xbox, all my progress was lost. I have invested a significant amount of time in both Warzone and multiplayer, achieving numerous accomplishments, and I am distressed by the prospect of losing all my hard work in leveling up every gun and pursuing achievements. I possess the name of the person who took over my Activision account, but I am unaware of how they obtained my information. I never share my login details and have no idea who could be behind this. I kindly request assistance in recovering my account and information.

Recently, I was mistakenly banned by Activision due to the wave of hackers using random but real hardware serial numbers. After reaching out on the company forums, my case was finally reviewed, and I regained access to the game. However, I'm now facing issues with my NAT appearing as "strict," making it hard to join matches. Even when I manage to, I encounter suspicious players with higher health, weapons that don't need reloading, etc. I need assistance as to why, after approving my complaint and restoring my access, I'm facing such limitations. I hope they can help me and others in a similar situation. It's frustrating trying to contact support for something basic and receiving minimal commitment on the other end. It's truly disappointing.

Hello Activision,
I have been trying to reach you for the past two days without success. My Activision account linked to my PSN was deleted, so I relinked it on your website. Upon signing into Warzone, my account was reset to rank 1, causing me to lose all progress, including operator packs, COD points, and the battle pass. I am not upset about the rank reset but rather the loss of purchased items. I am frustrated with the support provided, and this situation is unacceptable. I have evidence of my stats and receipts for COD points purchases. Kindly assist me with this issue.
Thank you,
Jules

My PlayStation account was recently compromised, and the hacker changed my name and associated details. After regaining access, I re-downloaded Call of Duty and discovered my Activision account had been tampered with. The hacker altered gun classes and other settings, which I rectified. However, after playing for a couple of days, I was locked out of my account due to the Activision email and password no longer working. Despite trying to create a new account on your site, I was unsuccessful. I had made purchases on my Activision account, including the next Call of Duty with season pass for $95.70 and some COD points for $4.99. I submitted a ticket but received a response stating my account could not be located. Is there a way for someone to contact me to verify my purchases using my credit card information to re-establish ownership of my account? I have invested time and money into this game and my Activision account, and I am eager to regain access. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

After taking a break from Modern Warfare for a few days, I attempted to play the game again following a new update. To my surprise, it required me to have an Activision account, although I had previously linked it to my Xbox account. Although I tried re-entering my information, the initial attempts failed. I then tried to reset my password, but despite requesting the link multiple times, I never received it – even after checking my junk and spam folders. Eventually, I created a new Activision account, leading to the unfortunate loss of all my progress, including guns and the battle pass from my old account, which I had heavily invested time and money in. I hope there may be a solution to recover my old account, as I cherish the progress made on it. If not, I am unsure of how to proceed.
