I recently regained access to my email and PlayStation account after they were hacked. However, the hacker changed the email associated with my Activision ID before I could stop them. I tried using my email on the Activision website, but it created a new level 1 account, causing me to lose all my progress and purchases. Thankfully, my old account is still on my friends' lists and part of our group. I've reached out to Activision for help but haven't had any success yet.

I have contacted support multiple times without a response. My ticket numbers are Case number [redacted]1 & Case#[redacted]1. After turning on MW on my PS4, I got a message that my account is in use. When I restarted the PS4, my account was reset, causing me to lose money and progress. My Activision account shows my PS4 and PC linked, but all my data is gone, including my battle pass, after the update. I have evidence of my rank and purchases, but I can see you have access to this information. My tags are Recker and PS4 tag DoN_Recker. I urgently need help as I am losing streaming time on Twitch. My account was unexpectedly banned yesterday. Upon contacting the in-app support, they informed me that my name was the reason for the ban. My name and account details are as follows: Name: XTŹ§STF Player UID: [redacted][redacted]45 The "XTŹ§" represents my clan name, which I must use as part of being in a clan. "STF" stands for Special Task Force. I fail to see how this combination should lead to a ban. Could I request an appeal to have my account reinstated? I am currently participating in stage 2 and require my account for my team. I am willing to accept a temporary ban and change my name if necessary. Your help in unbanning my account would be greatly appreciated.

I encountered an issue with my CoD Mobile account where I was unexpectedly logged out and had to reset my password. Now, when I try to log in, it prompts me to create a new character even though I already had a World Championship character with paid content. I am frustrated over this matter as I have not engaged in any cheating activities or used mod software for any games. Additionally, I am disappointed that I and my associates have been unable to reach your customer support via phone despite multiple attempts. It seems like a deliberate difficulty in getting assistance. I urge you to promptly address this situation to avoid legal action. I am seeking a resolution that allows me to recover my existing character without losing any content or progress from Season 6 or the current season. I recently played Cod Mobile after a few days and achieved Legend in Ranked MP. After a successful game with a friend on Rust Domination, where I scored 48 to 1, the game unexpectedly banned me right before showing the top 3 players. I am certain I did not cheat, but I was unjustly banned, possibly due to reports from the opposing team. Despite having a jailbroken phone, I took precautions to prevent any unfair advantages in the game. I am frustrated by this ban and considering legal action if the situation is not resolved promptly.

My original Activision account is inactive. After the recent game update, it started crashing more frequently. On Father's Day, it crashed again, and when I tried to log back in, my saved password didn't work. I attempted to reset the password, but no reset email was received despite multiple tries. Contacting Activision customer service led me to create a new account, inadvertently losing access to all my progress and purchases. Hello, I am reaching out because my Warzone account has been banned, and I am not sure why. The game was purchased, as you can see. I don't play much, but my son uses my account and told me he couldn't log in this morning because the account was banned. You can easily verify this by checking the IP address the account is connected to - one is in Paris where I play occasionally and the other is in Villebon-sur-Yvette where my son connects. He is 15 years old and is afraid to tell me what he did. I apologize for any issues he may have caused and assure you it won't happen again. On Father's Day, my Activision account had an issue, and now all my progress is gone. Here's a summary of what happened: 1. While playing, the party got kicked, and I had to restart the app, which is a common occurrence. 2. The account failed to log in on PlayStation 4 automatically, and none of my passwords worked when I tried to log in. 3. Attempts to log in on PC and recover my password were unsuccessful as I didn't receive any email notifications despite trying multiple times. 4. Accessing support on the Activision website required a login, which I couldn't do, so I had to create a new account to contact customer service. 5. I was playing CoD: Warfare on Monday, July 6 without any problems. However, when I logged in on July 7, I discovered that my account had been permanently banned. I haven't received any explanation via email or notification regarding this ban. After reviewing the terms and policies, I can't figure out why I was banned since I haven't violated any rules. I've been a loyal customer and feel unjustly accused with no evidence of wrongdoing. Many other players have faced similar situations, and I believe there may be an error in the banning system. I have played the game for a while now, and I feel that significant changes are required to meet my expectations. Numerous decisions have contributed to my growing dissatisfaction with the game. I disagree with the current content and the overall direction it is taking. I am contemplating not just deleting the game but also seeking a full refund. The prevalence of cheaters, ongoing connectivity issues, unfair matchmaking, and a lackluster campaign have all contributed to my negative experience. I am disappointed with the company's decisions, specifically their support of a "Pay-To-Win" model that they do not acknowledge. The refund policy on PlayStation is not satisfactory to me, and I intend to contact the company directly to arrange a refund. My frustration with Activision and the game has reached a breaking point.

I have been playing Call of Duty since launch using my regular email, the one listed below for contacting about this issue. Today, when I tried to log in, it said my email didn't exist. I attempted to recover the account using my email, but it didn't work. I ended up creating a new account with the same email and lost all my progress in the game, including the battle pass and the Damascus camo. I can provide proof of me having these items. I am really disappointed and unsure of what to do next. If my account was hacked or if there is a way to retrieve my items, I don't want to play Call of Duty until this matter is resolved.

My gamertag, sir_kushdaddy, is simply a wordplay based on my name Kusha, used innocently. I am perplexed by the ban as I have never violated any rules, have no prior offenses, and only use the microphone to communicate with friends in Warzone. My game keeps crashing with a long beeping sound, forcing my tablet to restart. As a result, I lost [redacted] points and my status dropped. Strangely, my tablet doesn't overheat or crash with other apps. This issue caused me to lose the third game in a tournament after winning the first two. I am seeking clarification on the recent suspension of my Modern Warfare account for six days. Despite reviewing the resources provided, I'm uncertain about the reason for this action as I always adhere to the guidelines by maintaining a positive gaming environment and muting offensive players. I want to highlight that I do not engage in boosting, cheating, or any activities that violate the terms of service. As a deployed individual spending a significant amount of time in my room weekly, the game serves as a vital outlet for me. I was recently banned from my account for 7 days because of my stance against the BLM movement. While I believe Black lives matter, I also value the importance of all lives. I do not agree with targeting individuals based on their skin color, which I feel goes against equality. I want to appeal the ban as I don't think my disagreement with a political group should lead to discrimination. I am open to changing my Clan tag, but I wanted to express my concerns about being penalized for holding a different opinion.

While I managed to recover my account through Battle.net after proving ownership, my account has now been permanently banned.
