I bought tickets for the Buckcherry concert in Athens, GA. I entered all information requested, including my debit card. Despite being told the purchase was successful, we never received the confirmation email for will call ticket pickup. Even though the debit card was charged, we couldn't enter the concert without the email. We traveled for hours, paid for accommodation, and missed work for a concert we couldn't attend. The online policy stated we only needed the card used for purchase at will call. I seek a refund for the ticket amount. I tried calling AXS customer service, but never received a response. Please help resolve this promptly.

In December [redacted], I purchased two tickets to see Prof Brian Cox at the O2 in London on 1 October [redacted]. Due to the pandemic, the event was rescheduled for 31 August [redacted]. Despite my original email and payment through Amex, I did not receive any further communication. The O2 directed me to AXS, their ticket sales handler, mentioning I had bought re-sale tickets unknowingly. I've tried contacting AXS multiple times without success. The LiveChat always puts me in a long queue, making it impossible to get help. With only 8 weeks left until the event, I am concerned as Amex has not been refunded. The O2 confirmed I still have seats reserved, but AXS has not contacted me. I worry about attending the event without confirmation. Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my recent package purchase for Kamp LA through AXS. I encountered issues with the presale code, which I received an hour after the presale start time at 10AM. This delay affected my seat selection, and I missed out on potentially better seats. Despite being informed that seat selection was available to others, I was unable to choose my seat after purchasing. Initially, I selected GA tickets but later found out there was a payment plan option, which was not accessible to me. I bought tickets for the US Open Golf Tournament in June, which I couldn't attend, so I sold them for over $[redacted]. AXS website requested a filled [redacted] form, which I completed. Despite contacting their customer service multiple times over the past two months, I haven't received my refund. During a recent call, I was promised a check but no such request was found in their records today when I followed up. The ongoing struggle with AXS is becoming frustrating, with excuses and delays. Their customer service seems ineffective, and the situation feels like a scam. I have evidence of our conversations and this experience has been incredibly challenging. Consideration should be given to initiating a class action lawsuit against them.

Hello everyone, I need assistance with transferring funds from my AXS account to my PayPal account. I'm based in the UK and recently sold tickets to buyers in the USA. When I access my AXS account and check my sales balance, it shows up under the USA section. However, I'm encountering issues transferring the funds to PayPal as it requires a US address when adding my PayPal account. I have already linked my PayPal to my UK account. Has anyone else experienced this problem and can offer any suggestions on how to resolve it? Thank you.

I put 2 tickets on layaway and made monthly payments through the AXS app. The card I used got hacked, so I added a new card, but it didn't charge for the monthly payments. Instead, the amount I paid was refunded to the new card. I want the tickets back in my account. I can provide bank statements showing the payments I made and the refunds. I am willing to pay the full price for the tickets. Thank you for your time and understanding.

We are having trouble listing 2 tickets for sale to the Big 12 MBB tournament tonight. The system won't allow us to list them together, even though they are consecutive seats: T-Mobile Arena section [redacted], row 7, seats 9-10. After contacting customer service, we were advised to list them separately or wait up to 48 hours for a ticket resolution. With the game happening tonight, we've been dealing with this issue for a day already. These premium tickets may now result in a costly mistake if we end up with one ticket left unsold.

Hi, I purchased PIT GA tickets for the upcoming Le Tigre show at the Greek Theatre on July 9th. I recently received an email from someone claiming to be from SeatGeek stating that the PIT area had been removed and I needed to switch seats. After confirming with SeatGeek, I allowed the change. However, when I contacted the Greek Theatre, they indicated they had no knowledge of such changes. Furthermore, a friend with PIT passes did not receive any notification of a section change. Yesterday, I attempted to purchase tickets for Liam Gallagher multiple times, but each time I tried to authorize my payment, it failed despite using different cards. After speaking with my card issuers, they confirmed the payments were authorized on their end, placing the fault on the website. I had standing tickets in my basket but was unable to proceed to payment, leading to a timed-out session and losing my tickets. This issue occurred during the o2 presale as well. This recurring problem of not being able to complete the purchase after authorization is frustrating. Limiting the number of users on the site could help resolve these order processing issues. My family and I are extremely disappointed by this experience. I have screenshots showing the tickets in my basket.
