I want to inform you that I missed my connection in Seattle due to mechanical delay NH118 on November 16th. Instead of Business Class, I had to take alternate flights and arrived at LAX 5 hours later in Coach. This change also led to additional costs for canceling a car rental reservation. I am David Carden, my ANA reference number is [redacted], and my booking reference is [redacted]2. You can reach me at [redacted] Please advise on the process for seeking compensation for the inconvenience and cancellation expenses incurred. In Seattle, there was no ANA staff available to assist us, which was disappointing considering we had initially booked Business Class and expected support for our connecting flight. Thank you.
