I recently downloaded version 7 of the software, and my older password-protected version disappeared along with all my saved passwords. The new version does not allow me to access my account and keeps leading me in circles, prompting me for a setup ID number that I cannot locate. The older version was simpler to navigate on my Mac, and now I am unable to locate any menu options or access my account at all. I am unable to recall the details of my purchase but seem to have an account that I am locked out of due to this Secret Key number. Assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I accidentally created two different profiles during my recent installation. I have been trying to access the 'cywelles' account data with the master password I set up last week but it keeps saying it's incorrect. It seems like the Emergency Kit Secret Key for cywelles456.1password.com is associated with the other account 'Cliff Welles'.
I need help from 1Password to merge these accounts or cancel the 'Cliff Welles' account so I can retain my 'cywelles' data. If merging is not possible, I'll need guidance on creating a new master password. Is there a way to generate a temporary master password to regain access to the system?

I am having difficulty adding 1Password to my new laptop. Currently, I have it on my iPhone, iPad, and work computer with my assistant also having access for updates. Unfortunately, we cannot locate the master key needed to log in. Contacting 1Password has only yielded automated responses. My team and I have exhausted all options. Years ago, I purchased the desktop version of 1Password instead of opting for the monthly subscription model. I currently need to back up the file to use it on my other devices. Now, I am considering upgrading to the monthly subscription model despite already owning the program. I have some questions regarding the subscription:
- What advantages does the subscription model offer compared to the paid program?
- Does it sync continuously?
- Can I use it on multiple devices with the same username?
- Am I able to create private vaults?
- Can I set up separate passwords for these private vaults?
- Is it possible to share vaults?
- I run a very small business; can I utilize the personal version for this purpose? Are there any additional benefits to using the business version?

I am reaching out to address an issue with my 1Password accounts. I initially purchased a single account but later found myself erroneously charged for a family account, which I never required as I am the sole user. Despite this, a refund for the family account was not issued last year.
After experimenting with various password apps unsuccessfully, I recently purchased an individual account. However, upon reviewing my checking account today, I discovered two unauthorized charges from 1Password (refer to figure 2). If I accidentally opted for auto-renewal, it was unintended. As I am a single user, one account (as depicted in figure 1) suffices.
Kindly assist me in canceling the unnecessary accounts listed in figure 2 and issuing a refund to my account promptly. I would appreciate confirmation of the receipt of this request.

My mother, Carolyn Brown Spiller, was charged $35 for a password account she did not intend to sign up for. At 80 years old, she has minimal password needs and did not realize she would be billed for this service. She downloaded it by mistake and now urgently requires a refund and closure of the account. I am considering discontinuing my use of 1password software. The support provided is not helpful, causing frustration. The stringent password requirements are burdensome, and I find myself spending too much time on this. I believe that the focus on client protection overlooks user experience. Three months ago, my card ending in [redacted] was closed due to fraudulent activity, leaving me unable to contact support effectively. Emails to [redacted] bounce, so I am using [redacted] or [redacted] instead. I noticed a recent charge of $59.69 - is this for a renewal? I was recently informed that my debit card had expired. I didn't use the service due to its complexity. Now, after a year of no benefits, I'm being asked to pay $36. Contacting customer service has been challenging. The lack of service, high cost, and poor website usability are disappointing.

I purchased my license back in [redacted], and I'm looking to upgrade to the latest plan for 1Password. I have been using 1Password 4 for Windows and I am currently running Android version 7.3.4. I would like to understand the benefits of upgrading to the newer version and need assistance in sorting out why my Android and Windows versions are different. I am feeling quite bewildered. I own a Chrome laptop that is prompting me to change passwords due to security weaknesses. I wish to remove some unnecessary accounts. However, my main concern is setting up iPass on my iPhone rather than on my computer. I am not very tech-savvy, so I'm unsure how to proceed. Should I first update the passwords on my Chromebook? Once that's done, can I easily sync them to my iPhone? Also, my laptop mentioned a free 30-day trial, but when I attempted to download iPass on my iPhone, it indicated a charge of $8.99. I am in desperate need of guidance. Completely puzzled.

Regarding #HII-[redacted]-[redacted], I would like to address the email conversations we have had. The issue revolves around the functionality of your app/extension on my Dell desktop computer. With only one account under my name, it is clear that it is the Ernest Ginsberg account causing the concern. The account on the Dell provides me with the necessary details like the account name, User Name, Master Password, Secret Code, and Emergency Kit Password. However, despite this information, when trying to sign in to Firefox/DuckDuck Go on this computer, using the provided details from the Dell, I face rejection by the app/extension with an accompanying error message.

I need to transfer my private vault from my previous work account, managed by the company CEO on 1Password, to my newly created personal 1Password account after leaving my job. I used a shared vault for work passwords and created a private vault for personal passwords. I currently have access to my private vault in the business account. I received an email this morning from 1Password confirming a payment of $59.85 for the Families Plan (Annual) under the account name "heidi's Family". The invoice mentioned an Invoice ID: in_1Hhwu6HBax7L5HDfh0YCsuk4. However, I don't know anyone named Heidi, and I don't have a subscription with 1Password. I replied to the email expressing my concern about possible unauthorized charges on my card. I am awaiting a resolution and hope to receive a refund if necessary. Please address this issue promptly. Hello, I am a new subscriber using the email address [redacted] I downloaded your software directly to my iPad Air 4 and entered my credit card information. Unfortunately, I have been experiencing issues using the app on my iPad. Today, I attempted to download the software on my Mac as well, doing a fresh download instead of pulling it from iCloud. I provided my email, secret number, and master password, but received a message stating "no response from Server" multiple times.
I am seeking assistance to successfully access the app on my Mac, iPad Air 4, and iPhone 8. I appreciate any help you can provide to help me start using the app effectively.

I installed 1Password with my son, and everything appeared to be functioning correctly. Chrome seems to be overriding the passwords created by 1Password, and now I am unable to access my bank accounts and credit unions. I am considering canceling or deleting the program, but I am unsure of the consequences. If I proceed, will I be able to recover my passwords by requesting a reset code from my banks? If this is not an option, I would greatly appreciate any advice on how to resolve this issue.

I am having difficulty organizing my family account with multiple vaults. I currently have two Vaults, one named for my account and an additional one. Within each, there are sub-vaults labeled Primary and Private. While they contain mostly similar items, there are differences. I would prefer to consolidate to just one personal vault and perhaps keep another for family items. Additionally, I need assistance securing my sensitive financial documents using 1Password. I have been attempting to request a refund for an unauthorized charge on my credit card but have not received any assistance. If the refund and account cancellation are not processed promptly, I will escalate this matter to the Better Business Bureau and involve my attorney. I am seeking assistance from 1Password as I recently upgraded from version 6 to version 7 and have encountered a significant loss of important data. My Mac and iOS devices were previously synchronized using version 6, but they no longer sync after the update to version 7. I stored my 1Password data on Dropbox.
Following the upgrade to version 7 on my Mac, I discovered that a substantial amount of data is missing, although it seems to still be available on my iOS devices. On my iOS devices, the item count is as follows: [redacted] (All items), [redacted] (Logins), 1 (Secure Notes), 4 (Credit Cards), 3 (Memberships), 86 (Software Licenses), and 7 (Bank Accounts).
Conversely, on my Mac, only [redacted] items are displayed, with no breakdown for Logins, Secure Notes, Credit Cards, Memberships, Software Licenses, and Bank Accounts. Additionally, the 'Secure Note' on the Mac is 'Welcome to 1Password,' whereas on iOS, it is my Driver's License.
The discrepancies between the data on my Mac and iOS devices are concerning, as certain items are missing or incorrectly categorized. I am disappointed by the loss of data and functionality in version 7 compared to version 6. I am eager to find a solution to resolve this issue promptly. Thank you.

I am reaching out for assistance with a recent charge on my card. I noticed a transaction of $59.85 that I did not authorize or use any service for. I have tried four times to sign up for 1Password using email links sent by two executives at my company. Despite my efforts, I have not received any emails from 1Password in the past two weeks. I have also submitted a customer support ticket via email, but I have not received any response to that either after a week. The only email I received from 1Password was to inform me that there is no account registered with my email address when I tried to get password support. This situation is frustrating, and it seems that the issue can only be resolved with your intervention. There seems to be a problem between signing up for my team's 1Password and receiving the confirmation email.
I urgently need access to 1Password as I manage my company's social media, and not having it has been a major inconvenience for me in the past few weeks.
