How Do I Reset My iPledge Password?

To reset your password, log in to iPledge and click the Reset Passwords link. On the Forgot Your Password screen, enter your Member ID and click Continue. 1. Visit iPledge Website

4. Create a New Password

You can create a new password for your iPledge account. Follow the steps below:

Enter your account number and PIN.
Select Create Password from the main menu.
Choose a new password. This must be at least eight characters long and not previously used on iPledge.

5. Log in Using Your New Password

Once you've reset your password, you can log in using your new password (and a second-factor authentication method) on the Member Login page. You can change your password at any time by visiting the Password Change page and following the steps to change it.
