How Do I Cancel My Zazzle Order?

Log in to Your Account

Enter the email address associated with your Zazzle account and click Continue. You can also sign in with Google, Facebook, and Apple.

Click the Profile Icon

Click Order History

Find the order you wish to cancel, then click View Order Status to see whether it can still be cancelled.

Click Cancel Your Order

Confirm the cancellation and follow the prompts to complete it. After cancellation, Zazzle also notifies you via email that the order has been successfully cancelled. If you don't see this in your email, check your spam folder.

If you're using a mobile device, the process is the same. Open the app and go to My Orders. Then, tap View Order Status to check whether it's still possible to cancel the order.
