If you bought something from WalletGear and need to return it, you should be able to get a full refund, less shipping costs, as long as you make the return within 60 days of the date of purchase. If you recently purchased something from WalletGear and want to return it, this article will teach you what you need to know about WalletGear's return and refund policy.

WalletGear's Return and Refund Policy

If you return an item to WalletGear for any reason within 60 days of purchase, you will receive a full refund for it. Items that arrive after 60 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for refunds under any circumstances.

While you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item, you will not receive a refund for the shipping charges unless WalletGear is at fault for the error leading to the return. You will also have to pay the shipping costs for the item you are returning. If you had the item shipped internationally, you will not receive a refund of shipping charges under any circumstances.

Your refund will be made to the same method of payment you used to make the purchase. You will receive your refund no later than three weeks after you ship it back to WalletGear. Frequently, it should be much less than that, though. Please note that your card issuer's policies may further delay your refund by a few business days.

If your WalletGear purchase was returned to WalletGear because you entered an incomplete or incorrect address when you made the purchase, you will have to pay additional shipping charges to have the item sent to you again.
