According to Sling TV's Terms of Use, all payments are non-refundable. Subscribers aren't entitled to any refunds for unused or partially used service. However, Sling TV may decide to compensate or provide credits or refunds from time to time, at their sole discretion. If you wish not be charged for the next billing, it's recommended to cancel your subscription with Sling TV. You may wish to also pause your subscription for up to three months to take a break. Continue reading for information on how to cancel or pause your subscription.

Log In to Your Account

Sign in with your email address or password. If you don't remember the password, tap Forgot password or username/email and follow the instructions on how to reset your password.

Select Cancel Subscription

You can find this in My Account on your Dashboard. Follow the on-screen instructions on how to successfully cancel your account with SlingTV.

Subscriptions for those on free trial are canceled immediately. Otherwise, your current paid subscription will continue until your next billing cycle. This means you can still enjoy streaming your favorite shows at Sling TV until your renewal date.

To pause your subscription, follow the next steps below.

Go to Manage Account

Don't log out or sign back in if you're no longer on the Sling TV homepage.

Tap Pause Subscription

You can select how long you want to pause your subscription. Choose one, two or three months and follow the on-screen instructions to pause your subscription with Sling TV. Note: if you have DVR recordings, try not to pause for more than a month as you might lose them.
