Simple Mobile offers tempting mobile phone upgrade offers; you can upgrade your phone after 6, 12 or 18 months depending on your subscription.

Continually upgrading your phone, however, causes significant increases on your bills. If your phone is in good condition, there is absolutely no reason for an upgrade. They are expensive and unnecessary.

Turning down upgrade offers could cut down on your phone bills.

3. Cut off Unnecessary Products

It is essential that you thoroughly analyze the past calls, data and texts usage reports. This will help you determine the right plan that fits your monthly needs.

Having an unlimited plan is only useful if you are running a business or often surpass your plan limits. Otherwise, it is a total waste of money to get an unlimited plan for the common calling, texting and browsing. Unrestricted plans are more expensive as compared to the regular basic plans.

4. Negotiate for Better Deals

If you happen to find a plan outside the Simple Mobile plan that is better than what you have, contact the Simple Mobile customer support team. Ask them to cancel your current plan since you find it more expensive.

In most cases, they refer you to the sales teams and give you a counteroffer. Sometimes they are willing to go down to meet the competitor's prices to keep you locked in. You should, therefore, take advantage of this to access cheaper and affordable plans.

5. Use Wi-Fi

Use secure free Wi-Fi instead of data for streaming and downloading.

This will help you reduce your data usage and at the same time, help you pick a plan with a lower data allowance. The lower the data allowance is, the cheaper the cost of the plan.

  • The balance on data, calls and texts allowances

2. Monitoring Bills on Phone

Through phone, you should submit your Simple Mobile phone number on the enquiry page and verify it. The balance of your calla, data and texts allowance comes through a text message on your phone for free.
