Simple Mobile customers have options when it comes to canceling or changing their payment arrangements. However, prepaid customers that aren't on an auto-renewal plan don't have to do anything more than opting not to refill their plan. However, Simple customers that are on an auto-renewal plan will need to access their account online and either make changes to their payment date or choose the option to cancel without any additional penalties or fees. These actions can be accomplished via customer service as well.

Most of us have wireless phone plans that we must pay every month to keep our service going. However, what happens when is an unexpected expense comes up requiring us to slide other monthly bills to the back burner, including a Simple Mobile bill? Are there options for Simple/TracFone customers who need to make changes in their payment arrangements? Fortunately, Simple Mobile customers do have options in situations like this.

Changes to Payment Arrangements

Simple Mobile is a prepaid service that operates with preset due dates. As a result, any payment arrangement you make with them will more than likely be set up through customer service on a case by case basis. However, if you have auto REUP, you can cancel a payment and make other changes by accessing your account online. Customers can also call customer service for help with changes to their payment plans as well. However, this option is targeted for customers who have the flexibility to make changes because they are on an auto-renewal plan.

Canceling Payment Arrangements

Prepaid customers who don't have auto REUP can simply allow their air service to run out without refilling it if they want to cancel their service. However, REUP customers will need to login to their account and cancel. This can be done at any time without and additional penalties or fees. Simple Mobile sends out alerts before an auto REUP payment is scheduled making it easy for customers to cancel if needed. Customers who choose not to go online to cancel their payment can call customer service for help with this action.
