How Do I Close My Line of Credit from Nebeus?

As a Nebeus trader, if you have borrowed crypto or are thinking of borrowing crypto from the exchange, it's important to know how to close your line of credit. You can learn more about Nebeus lending by contacting customer support here, and below are instructions for how you can close your line of credit.

Understanding Nebeus Loans

It's important to understand how Nebeus loans work so you know when and how to close your line of credit. There are two types of loans offered through the exchange: quick loans and flexible loans. Quick loans are very short-term transactions with smaller amounts. A flexible loan is a line of credit with higher limits and a longer repayment period.

Flexible Loan Terms

Flexible loans or lines of credit allow users several options. The features of a line of credit include:

  1. Ability to borrow up to 80% of your crypto value.
  2. Up to 36 months to repay your loan.
  3. A maximum loan limit of 250,000 in fiat currency in one of the three acceptable currencies: US dollars, British pounds or Euros.
  4. Only require you have a verified account and have enough collateral to cover your loan if you do not pay it back.
  5. Tools to protect against margin calls.
  6. Collateral stored in a separate vault insured by Lloyd's of London for up to $100 million.
  7. Multiple loans at one time.
  8. Quick turn around between loan approval and crypto appearing in your account.

Closing Your Line of Credit

After you receive a loan from Nebeus, you can take the full three years to pay it back, or you can pay it back early with zero penalties. The loan must be paid in full before closing your line of credit. To close your line of credit, you must contact Nebeus customer support here with your request. The customer support team will review your loan and determine if you have any outstanding balance before closing it out. Your collateral is returned once the loan is paid and closed. If your collateral experiences a drop in value, you will receive the remaining balance.

Nebeus is one of many exchanges that offer loans to its traders. For more information on Nebeus loans, contact customer support here.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Nebeus Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Comcast in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our What do I do if my Xfinity TV or internet is out? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
