How Do I Report a Problem to NCSoft Customer Service?

There are a number of issues you can report to NCSoft customer support. These include:

  1. Game Support: Any issues you have with the game itself such as a bug, lagging or in-game problem.
  2. Account Support: Here is where you will report any issues with your account such as forgotten passwords or trouble accessing your account.
  3. Technical Support: If you experience issues installing a game or if the game keeps crashing, you can get assistance.
  4. Billing Support: This is where you can report unknown charges to your account or if you have trouble completing a purchase.

Making a Report

When you experience an issue with an NCSoft game, log in issues or other technical questions, you can report the issues by doing the following:

  1. Open NCSoft's website in your browser.
  2. Click on "Support" in the upper right-hand corner of your screen.
  3. Select the game icon of the game you are having issues with.
  4. Tap on the type issue you are having (Game, Account, Technical or Billing issues).
  5. You can also scroll down to read the announcements for that particular game. If the game has been taken down for maintenance or upgrades, you will be able to find that out here. If that is the issue, there is no need to make a report.
  6. Under "Frequently Asked Questions" you can learn if you are trying to log in from a banned country, how to reset your password or other issues that are commonly reported for that particular game.

When you open the support window for the game you are having difficulty with, you also have the option to click on the "Help" button in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Here you can type in your question or issue and find out if there is a way to correct the problem.
