so, i get a message saying my reward is being processed, 2 to 3 days usually but up to 10 business days. i try to login and check on the status and it says account deactivated

I redeemed points on July 7 and have not received my gift cards

Account deactivated when trying to log in

How can I get my points to change my old email address janiceragsdale18@gmail.com to my new email address? I've requested this over and over.

How can I change my email address to my new email address?
