If your Keurig unit is turning on but not brewing, first ensure there's enough water in the reservoir and try a brew. Otherwise, a simple reset may help. Unplug it for a few minutes, then plug it back in, fill the water reservoir, and try brewing again. If your machine has a descale notification, it's also possible that it needs descaling due to mineral build-up—follow the instructions for descaling in your machine's manual. If these steps don't resolve the issue, there may be a mechanical problem that needs professional attention.
