However, that sometimes involves extended hold times. If you don't have the time to wait around on hold then you can submit an online request for information. Just follow these steps:

  1. Go to Kenwood's home page.
  2. Click on the My Account link at the top of the page.
  3. Sign into your account.
  4. Click on the Customer Service link at the top of the page.
  5. Click on the "online inquiry" link under the Online header.
  6. Enter your name and contact information in the appropriate text fields.
  7. Click on the Product Family drop down menu and select which type of product you have.
  8. Click on the Product Category drop down menu and choose the relevant category.
  9. Click on the Product Name drop down menu to find the name of your product.
  10. Click on the Message Category drop down menu and select Other.
  11. Write your question in the Message text field.
  12. Attach any files you feel are relevant using the tool under the Message text field.
  13. Click on the Privacy Policy button.
  14. Fill out the CAPTCHA.
  15. Click on the Submit button.

Getting the Warranty Service

Once you have determined that your product is covered by the warranty, you need to find the nearest Kenwood Authorized Service Center.

  1. Go to Kenwood's service center finder tool at https://www.kenwoodworld.com/en-us/customer-services/service-centers.
  2. Enter your city name in the Location text field.
  3. Select the distance you want to search in with the Distance menu.
  4. Click on the Search button. Service center locations will appear on the map.
  5. Click on the service center location nearest you. The address will appear.
  6. Drive to the service center with the product and your receipt for its purchase, and leave it there for repair. If the service center is too far away, mail the product and the receipt to the service center.
