FAQ page

The first step in your journey to getting customer support from Jio is to visit their FAQ page. Most technical issues will have satisfactory answers on the FAQ page.

  1. First and foremost, open your browser and visit the official website of the company and take a good look at its FAQ section.
  2. There are three columns on the FAQ page. First column is 'I want to know something about my device.'
  3. Below that column, you should see a clearly named 'Services & Devices' section.
  4. Click it and then select JioFi from the list.

Jio customer care

Lucky for you Jio has an active customer service line which you can call to get technical support. It is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. There is a short wait time which lasts an average of five minutes after which you should be connected to a live customer care agent. To find their number:

  2. At the bottom of the site you will see a 'Contact Us' option. Click it
