Formstack Customer FAQ

To transfer a Formstack account between companies, the current account holder should submit a support ticket directly to Formstack, requesting the transfer of ownership. They are typically asked to provide the full name and email address of the new owner. The request should be made from the email address currently associated with the Formstack account. Once Formstack receives and processes your request, they will handle the transfer internally, and the new owner will be granted access to the Formstack account. Please remember to make any necessary billing changes after the transfer process.
