I am consistently getting invoices, similar to the one below, but I am uncertain if any funds are owed. I am not familiar with the website referenced on the invoice. While Donovan does work for me, Peter does not. Donovan mentioned not having any information about this invoice either. I am looking to contact someone regarding this matter, but it has been challenging as there appears to be no available phone number for assistance. One of my employees mistakenly placed an order with your company for an unnecessary product. We are an investigative agency working on behalf of a client. The website for ordering was ambiguous, lacking clear pricing information. Upon proceeding to the next page, the order was automatically processed without displaying the price, and no confirmation number or email verification was provided. The site misleadingly implied it offered birth certificates, but it turned out we had only purchased paperwork to complete the documents ourselves.
