Yes, you can stop your photos from being automatically added to your Flickr camera roll. If you are using the Flickr mobile app, go to "Account", then to "Settings", then to "Auto-Uploadr" and switch the toggle to 'off'. This feature will prevent additional photos from being automatically uploaded from your device, but won't remove any added previously. To remove the thousands of photos that were added accidentally, you'll need to delete them manually from your camera roll.
