I have an old Flickr account from 2[redacted] with the username Lullaby476 (pookie_love in the link). The email address linked to this account, [redacted], is no longer accessible, and I have forgotten the password. I can provide answers to any security questions to regain access. There are embarrassing photos from my high school years on this page that are impacting my career. I have been recommended to either make the page private or delete it as it appears prominently in Google search results for my name. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I'm having trouble logging into my free Flickr account ever since the company asked me to download the new app. I reached out to the Flickr service department over a month ago, but I have not received any response. This situation is incredibly frustrating because there is no contact phone number available, and my issue was not addressed previously. I have been attempting to cancel my account for several months now. Despite sending numerous emails requesting cancellation, my account continues to be active with warnings of automatic renewal. I am adamant about not renewing my subscription and seek an immediate cancellation to end this ongoing issue. Kindly cancel my account without delay as I do not wish for it to be renewed. After downloading photos from my Flickr page, they appeared fine. However, upon returning to my site on the computer, the recently added photos were missing. Oddly, when viewing the site on my iPhone, the last downloaded photo was visible but stuck, unchangeable, despite receiving attention from over 50 individuals who marked it as a favorite. I was unable to access any details about that specific photo. I am uncertain if this issue is connected to renewing my subscription for 2 years through Digital River Inc.

I recently updated my credit card information on my Flickr account since receiving a new card in late October. I did not get any emails from Flickr until the one on November 9. Concerned about my account status, I want to confirm if the new card I entered was accepted to ensure my account remains active and avoid any issues mentioned in Flickr's previous email referencing automatic billing. I have reached out to Flickr seeking assistance regarding a charge of $63.95 on my credit card, but have not received a response. Please contact me by Monday, January 25 via email at [redacted] or phone at #[redacted]. Some background information: 1) I do not have a Flickr account. 2) My late daughter, Adrienne Cutburth, had a Flickr account until her passing on November 24, [redacted]. 3) The charge seems to be a renewal on my credit card instead of hers, which I possibly initiated to access her photos after her passing. I was banned from Flickr a few months ago, and I am seeking to be reinstated. I believe the ban was unjust compared to other content on the site. I have tried to reason with Flickr support, but they have been unresponsive and unsympathetic to my pleas for forgiveness. I have invested a significant amount of time in creating beautiful groups on Flickr and acknowledge past conflicts, but I am asking for a chance to follow the rules going forward. The Trust and Safety team at Flickr seems to pass judgment without considering individual circumstances. Despite my efforts to apologize and make amends, I have been treated unfairly. I hope to be given the opportunity for a second chance, especially considering the content inconsistencies on the platform.

I've updated my email and need to change it on Flicker. After requesting the change, I quickly received an email requesting confirmation. After confirming twice, I kept getting automated emails stating they didn't hear from me, even though I responded each time. The process repeats without success, and I'm concerned about not receiving important emails sent to my old address. It feels like there may be an issue with communication at Flickr Help.

This afternoon in California, I'm experiencing issues with my Flickr account. My data speeds are only 3 KB, while the Apple Store has [redacted] MB. I've attempted to use Safari and Firefox on my MacPro, closing all other applications. Overnight, I tried to upload 3 images from Lightroom to Flickr via a plug-in, but only 1 image uploaded. Yesterday, I faced constant blocking after 10 posts, even when the images were different. This ongoing bugginess is frustrating as an active user, as I cannot upload, post to groups, or comment. Also, I have a couple of suggestions for improvement: 1) Allow posting to groups alphabetically on the iPad. 2) Improve search functionality in groups to accurately reflect the search query, like when searching for "10" only display results containing "10" specifically, not variations like 50, [redacted], [redacted], or [redacted]. The same issue occurs with "20" faves. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my Flickr account to view the items. I remember my username, but when I try to log in using the email address, it keeps saying my email and password are invalid, although my username icon appears in the email slot. I have changed my password multiple times, but none seem to work. Accessing my items on Flickr used to be straightforward, and now I am struggling. Can someone guide me through this issue? Thank you.

Good morning, I have been attempting to delete my old Flickr account, which I cannot access due to forgotten login details. The account contains a small gallery of bird and flower images with incorrect captions that I would like to remove. I also have a PRO gallery with bird pictures that I wish to keep. I forgot my Flickr password and successfully changed it after receiving your email. I had one set of patterns remaining, but I decided to delete all of them. However, the top pattern on the main page remains, and I would appreciate it if you could remove it. I have decided to no longer use Flickr and I also request the removal of my vault that is now active. Once this is done, I can delete my Flickr vault entry from LastPass Password Manager where it is stored among many others.

Hello, I have been unable to access my main account for a week now due to it being hacked. I have sent numerous emails without any response. Every time I tried to create new accounts and added my profile picture, they were deleted. Someone is trying to harm me. The account I created with love ❤️, as it contained photos of my deceased daughter. It was created in her memory. Your site is not safe, as anyone can easily take over an account even if it is well secured. I am truly disappointed and saddened to have lost everything due to malicious individuals. I hope you will respond to me quickly and resolve this painful issue. I have also lost my friends, all my messages, and conversations which hold sentimental value.
