You can find your EDF Energy account number by logging into your online account on the EDF Energy website. Once logged in, your account number should be displayed in your account details. Alternatively, if you have the EDF Energy app, you can also find your account number there.

You can monitor and check your electricity usage by logging into your EDF Energy online account. Once logged in, select 'Energy usage' from the dashboard, where you will see a detailed breakdown of both your gas and electricity usage. Depending on your meter type, this could even be in near real-time, allowing you to better understand and manage your energy usage. Remember, your online account is updated monthly, so to track your usage more accurately, submit your meter readings regularly. If you don't already have an online account you can create one easily on the EDF Energy website.

As an energy supplier, EDF Energy doesn't directly handle the replacement of fuse boxes on private properties since they fall under the domain of the certified electrician. If your fuse box needs replacing, it's essential to hire a registered electrician familiar with local and national regulations. It's always advised to regularly inspect electrical installations in your property for safety. EDF Energy is responsible for the energy supply up to your meter. Everything after the meter, including the fuse box, internal wiring, and appliances, is the responsibility of the property owner. Remember, never attempt electrical work yourself unless you're properly trained and qualified.
