If you use manual invoicing or pay by check then you can't access your invoices and receipts on Dropbox. However, you can send an email to invoices@dropbox.com to request a copy of your invoice.
Dropbox payments will appear on your statement as DROPBOX*(transaction number).
If you want to find a receipt or invoice on Dropbox, skip to step 3.
If you purchased Dropbox in Apple's app store and want to find a receipt for your purchase there, skip to step 13.
If you purchased Dropbox in the Google Play store and want to find a receipt for your purchase there, skip to step 16.
After every transaction, Dropbox will send you a receipt by email.
To find a receipt or invoice for an individual account, continue on with the next step.
To find a receipt or invoice for a team Dropbox account, skip to step 10. (You must be an administrator of the account to view receipts and invoices.)
All of the transaction information for the team will be displayed for you, with the most recent transaction at the top.
Open the Google Play app and sign in to your account.
Your transaction should be in the list you are shown.
