Once your return has been processed and approved, you will receive credit in the form of a gift card, which will be emailed to you. The amount will be equivalent to the price of the returned item, less any applicable fees or deductions. You can redeem this gift card when purchasing from Dress Barn either online or in-store. During the checkout process, there will be an option to enter your gift card code. Enter the code and the amount will be deducted from your total. Please ensure you enter the code accurately.
