Locate the menu on the Capital One website. It's the three horizontal black lines in the upper-left corner of the homepage.

Click on "Credit Card FAQs," which will direct you to a page that says "FAQ for credit cards" at the top.
The first section on the page is "Account Information," but to its right is the "Lost or Stolen" section header. Click on the header to display the list of topics in that section.
Look for the line that says, "How can I report a lost or stolen credit card?"
