How Do I Reset My Air Miles Password?

Subscribers need their Air Miles PIN to sign in, use the IVR, and unlock their Cash Account. If you forgot your PIN, go to the Reset PIN page, enter your Collector Card Number, and click Continue. Subscribers who forgot their Collector Card Numbers must have their last name and a verified email address to retrieve it. Otherwise, contact Air Miles Customer Support.

For security purposes, Air Miles will ask for your PIN, or personal identification number, to sign in and to use the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system. The PIN is also used to unlock your Cash Account balance.

What if You Forgot Your Pin

Go to the Reset PIN page, enter your Collector Card Number, and click Continue. Simply follow the instructions on the website to reset your PIN.

If you forgot your Collector Card Number, click on Forgot Collector Number, and follow the steps on the website. Please ensure that the information you provide matches your Air Miles profile. Also, you'll need to provide your last name and a verified email address to complete the process. Contact customer support if you don't have the needed information — a customer care ambassador can help you retrieve your collector number.

How to Retrieve a Collector Card Number

Fill out the email address, last name, postal code, and date of birth info fields. Double-check the info to make sure it matches your profile.

The next step is to select an image. The image is included in the email that Air Miles sends you, so make sure you remember it. The system will check to confirm whether you're a human or a bot, so put a checkmark in the "I'm not a robot" box, and click Submit.

Wait for the Air Miles email for the retrieval of your Collector Card Number. As soon as you have the information, go back to the Reset PIN page, type in your Collector Card Number, and click Continue. Follow the instruction on the page to reset your PIN.

If you have other concerns about your Air Miles account, go to the FAQ or Get Help page. If you have other concerns, reach out to Air Miles Customer Support.

Why does GetHuman Write How-to Guides for Air Miles Problems?

GetHuman has been working for over 10 years on sourcing information about big organizations like Air Miles in order to help customers resolve customer service issues faster. We started with contact information and fastest ways to reach a human at big companies. Particularly ones with slow or complicated IVR or phone menu systems. Or companies that have self-serve help forums instead of a customer service department. From there, we realized that consumers still needed more detailed help solving the most common problems, so we expanded to this set of guides, which grows every day. And if you spot any issues with our How Do I Reset My Air Miles Password? guide, please let us know by sending us feedback. We want to be as helpful as possible. If you appreciated this guide, please share it with your favorite people. Our free information and tools is powered by you, the customer. The more people that use it, the better it gets.
