When you book a flight with wheelchair assistance on Aeromexico, you should arrive at the airport early to ensure you have enough time to receive the assistance you need. Upon arrival, notify the airline staff at the check-in counter. They will arrange for a wheelchair and an attendant to help you through security, to the gate, and onto the plane. If needed, further assistance will also be provided during deboarding and baggage claim at your destination.

If you experience any issues with your luggage, such as delay, loss, or damage, you can report your issue to Aeromexico's baggage service department. However, it's important to note that for instant help, you should report any issue directly at the airport right after your flight arrival. Aeromexico doesn't provide a dedicated email address for luggage issues. Instead, they handle these matters mainly through their customer service line or through the Baggage Resolution Center in their respective airports. You should contact the airline's customer service or visit the Baggage Service Office at the airport for further assistance.
