AdventureRV.net's Return and Refund Policy

You can return a purchase for a refund if you make the return within 30 days of the purchase. If you are returning the item because it's defective or damaged, the company will either replace it or repair it and return it to you. Keep in mind that if you've used or damaged an item, you probably won't receive a refund.

AventureRV.net doesn't accept returns for electrical devices, LP items, appliances, or special order items. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Your refund will have a 15% to 25% restocking fee taken out of it, depending on the item. The restocking fee will not be applied if you are returning the item because it was damaged or defective.

To return your item to AdventureRV.net, follow these instructions:

  1. Go to the company's home page.
  2. Click on the Contact Us link in the lower-left corner.
  3. Ask to return your purchase. If the company authorizes the return, it will send you a Return Authorization Number.
  4. Pack up the item or items you are returning.
  5. Print the Return Authorization Number clearly and prominently on the package.
  6. Ship it to the address below.
